本发明公开了一种具有减震反弹结构的充气鞋底，包括具有透气微孔的上层底、下层底以及多层次微孔发泡层，所述上层底、多层次微孔发泡层、下层底之间从上至下依次连接并且在上层底和下层底之间构成气腔室；其中上层底的底部成型有压在多层次微孔发泡层上的导流柱并且所述导流柱在上层底的上表面留有导流柱孔。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种鞋底，尤其涉及一种具有减震反弹结构充气鞋底。
背景技术
目前，市面上存在各种各样的充气鞋底，充气鞋底与传统鞋底相比，具有缓冲震动和提高弹性的特性，既可保护使用者脚部免受震动冲击也让使用者的弹跳力提高。
中国专利2013.07.03公开的公开号为CN203028253U申请号为201220507032.7的实用新型名称为一种具有减震反弹结构充气鞋底，其特征在于，所述鞋底设有充气空心层、缓冲空心层和填充空心体，具有所述鞋底结构的鞋底与传统的充气鞋底相比，具有更好的缓冲减震效果，所述鞋底采用一体成型结构也降低了鞋底的生产成本。然而，所述鞋底的气孔平常处于封闭状态，充气空心层内的空气无法通过气孔与外界进行气体交换，不利于鞋底散热。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述问题，提供一种具有反弹减震效果以及换气散热功能的充气鞋垫。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种具有减震反弹结构的充气鞋底，包括具有透气微孔的上层底、下层底以及多层次微孔发泡层，所述上层底、多层次微孔发泡层、下层底之间从上至下依次连接并且在上层底和下层底之间构成气腔室；其中上层底的底部成型有压在多层次微孔发泡层上的导流柱并且所述导流柱在上层底的上表面留有有导流柱孔。
进一步，所述上层底的上表面留有直径为3-8mm的调节气孔，所述调节气孔连通所述气腔室。
本发明的有益效果是，气腔室内部的空气可以增强充气鞋底的减震反弹能力，具有透气微孔的上层底和导流柱上的微孔能让空气进出气腔室从而达到换气散热的功能，多层次微孔发泡层能在受到挤压时产生弹性形变，进一步增强充气鞋底的减震反弹能力。

其中，1为上层底，2为下层底，3为多层次微孔发泡层，4为气腔室，12为导流柱，13为导流柱孔。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式和附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1和图2所示，本实施例的充气鞋底由具有透气微孔的上层底1、下层底2和多层次微孔发泡层3构成，其中上层底1的底部设置有导流柱12，导流柱12在上层底1的上表面留有导流柱孔13，上层底1采用多微孔橡胶材料制成，其表面充满了微小的气孔使空气可以穿过上层底1和导流柱12；由于上层底1被导流柱12支撑因此在上层底1和下层底2之间形成气腔室4，在导流柱12底部与下层底2之间连接着多层次微孔发泡层3，多层次微孔发泡层3的表面有大量微孔，可以使气腔室内4内的空气可以在通过这些微孔而穿过多层次微孔发泡层3。
在使用时，使用者行走踩踏充气鞋底会使其产生弹性形变，气腔室4会受到压迫而使气腔室4内的部分空气通过上层底1和导流柱12排除气腔室4外，让使用者产生凉快的感觉，而留在气腔室4内的部分空气则会在内部循环流动，至于多层次微孔发泡层3则会受压迫产生弹性形变，达到减震反弹效果；当使用者收脚后，充气鞋底会恢复原来的形状，空气会通过上层底1和导流柱12回流到气腔室4内，而气腔室4内的空气会再一次循环流动，同时多层次微孔发泡层3会恢复到原来的状态。通过不断的踩踏和收脚，使上述过程不断重复，从而使充气鞋底具有散热减震的功能。
在另一个实施例中，上层底1的表面留直径为7mm有调节气孔，所述调节气孔连通气腔室4，由于调节气孔的直径比上层底1上的微孔大，更多的空气会通过调节气孔进出气腔室4内，可以利用调节气孔控制了空气的进出量以及空气的主要进出的位置。

1.一种具有减震反弹结构充气鞋底，其特征在于；包括具有透气微孔的上层底（1）、下层底（2）以及多层次微孔发泡层（3），所述上层底（1）、多层次微孔发泡层（3）、下层底（2）之间从上至下依次连接并且在上层底（1）和下层底（2）之间构成气腔室（4）；其中上层底（1）的底部成型有压在多层次微孔发泡层（3）上的导流柱（12）并且所述导流柱（12）在上层底（1）的上表面留有有导流柱孔（13）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有减震反弹结构充气鞋底，其特征在于；所述上层底（1）的上表面留有直径为3-8mm的调节气孔，所述调节气孔连通所述气腔室（4）。
