Although this manual relates to floor panel, its description for technology and problem is also applicable to other application, for example wall panelling, ceiling panel, furniture etc.
The shortcoming that is provided with the known building panelling of mechanical locking system is that gap may appear between two adjacent building panellings that lock together when the moisture of building panelling reduces. The tension load applying that mechanical locking system also may cause because of the reduction for by moisture damages.
To the explanation of various known aspects, be that applicant describes the characterization of these aspects above, but be not that any above stated specification of approval belongs to prior art.
Summary of the invention
Therefore an object of the present invention is above-described technology and prior art that improvement is provided.
Another object is to provide a kind of solid wood building panelling, and this solid wood building panelling is provided with locking system, and this locking system is configured to so that when weather changes to when dry from humidity, gapless occurs or only less gap occurs the in the situation that of indoor location. To be the described mechanical locking system of structure change to when dry from humidity with convenient weather another target that it can not damage.
Another object is reduce or eliminate the warpage of building panelling and a kind of effective production method is provided.
At least some from describe in apparent these and other objects and advantage are realized by building panelling according to a first aspect of the invention.Described building panelling, preferably floor panel each include top first element of solid wood, top first element of this solid wood is fixed to bottom second element of solid wood. The first and second elements are preferably comprised of different timber kinds.Building panelling is provided with mechanical locking system, and this mechanical locking system is included in the locking band of the first edge of the first building panelling.Locking band is provided with locking member, and locking member is configured to the latch recess coordinated with the second edge at the second building panelling, for the first and second building panellings of horizontal lock when applying tension force. The machine direction of the first element and the second element is substantially along the first and second edges. The second element have approximately identical with the first element or than the first element higher humidity shrinkage value, preferably height approximately 0.2 to approximately 5 percentage, high approximately 0.5 to approximately 2 percentage more preferably, and high approximately 1 percentage most preferably.Locking band comprises the material of the second element.
The first and second building panelling preferred general are identical.
The first and second elements can directly interfix by gluing.
Described in each, building panelling can comprise along the direction at the first and second edges a plurality of the second elements, and each second element includes the feature identical with the second element as described above. The second adjacent element can pass through cemented joint, preferred gluing finger joint is mutually attached.
The first and/or second element preferably extends along cardinal principle whole first and/or whole the second edge.Yet, along the first and/or second edge, can there is two, three or more the second element.
Wooden building panelling is subject to the impact of ambient humidity.According to the building panelling of one embodiment of the invention, be mainly intended to be arranged on indoor.During winter, indoor climate is dried, and has low humidity, and during summer, is moist, has high humidity.Interior temperature is identical conventionally substantially, and just relative humidity is being low during winter and during summer, is being high.Wooden building panelling shrinks and expands under high relative humidity under low relative humidity. The pucker & bloat of building panelling has produced problem, because can produce gap between two building panellings adjacent and assembling when building panelling shrinks.Solid wood products is for example, than the pucker & bloat of wood based products (HDF plate and veneer) higher. Therefore, the clearance issues relevant with solid wood products is even more serious.
Embodiments of the invention can solve with mounted building panelling along the relevant problem of the contraction of the direction perpendicular to the first and second edges. How a lot of wood elements is along the expansion of the direction parallel with machine direction and contraction with shrinkage ratio along the expansion of the direction vertical with machine direction. The first and second elements of building panelling all have the machine direction parallel with the second edge with the first edge, thus the expansion of building panelling and contraction problem the most serious in the first and second edges of two adjacent panellings that locked together by mechanical locking system.
When building panelling shrinks, locking band locks together two building panellings adjacent and assembling, so tension load is applied on locking band.According to some embodiments of the present invention, locking band has the humidity shrinkage value higher than top the first element.Thereby therefore lock band, shrink manyly and with larger power, building panelling moved to together, so that gap can be avoided or at least minimize.
If the first element has the machine direction parallel with the second edge with the first edge, the second element should also have the machine direction parallel with the first and second edges and more locks band to have than the first component shrinkage.
A replacement scheme of different timber kinds is first and second elements with the annual ring of different directions, to obtain different humidity shrinkage value.
The thickness of the first element can be greater than building panelling thickness approximately 1/3, be preferably greater than building panelling thickness pact half or be even greater than building panelling thickness approximately 2/3.
The second element can be used for balance the first element to avoid the crosswise concaving of panelling. Can carry out with the second thinner element balance the first element, because it is more than the first component shrinkage.

The specific embodiment
In one embodiment of the invention shown in Fig. 3 A.The first floor panel 1 (this first floor panel 1 comprises the first top solid wood element 31 attached with the second bottom solid wood element 32) is locked to the second substantially identical floor panel 1a.Described the first and second floor panels 1,1a are provided with mechanical locking system, and this mechanical locking system is included in the locking band 6 with vertically outstanding locking member 8 at the first 5b place, edge of the first floor panel 1.Latch recess 14 coordinated at locking member 8 and the second 5a place, edge at the second panelling 1a, for flatly locking the first and second panellings 1,1a when applying tension force. The first element 31 is preferably by bonding attached with the second element 32.Mechanical locking system can be formed on by milling in the first and second elements 31,32 when attached the first and second elements 31,32 are mutual.
Mechanical locking system also can be included in the first floor panel 1 the first 5b place, edge tongue groove 11 and at the joint tongue 10 at the second 5a place, edge of the second floor panel 1a.Joint tongue 10 and tongue groove 11 coordinated are for vertical locking the first and second floor panels 1,1a.Also can the second joint tongue 70 be set at the first 5b place, edge of the first floor panel 1, and can the second tongue groove 71 be set at the second 5a place, edge of the second floor panel 1a.As shown in Fig. 7 A-7B, the second joint tongue 70 and the second tongue groove 71 coordinated are for vertical locking the first floor panel 1 and the second floor panel 1a.
The locking surface coordinated of the locking surface of latch recess 14 and locking member 8 is for horizontal lock. The thickness of locking band 6 is preferably greater than the vertical elongation of the locking surface of coordinated.
The thickness T 1 of the first element 31 and the thickness T 2 of the second element 32 are roughly the same, and in the line of demarcation 33 between the first element 31 and the second element 32, are positioned at the centre (for example, below the upper surface 34 of tongue groove 11) of joint tongue 10.Yet the thickness T 1 of the first element 31 can be greater than the thickness T 2 of the second element 32.
The second element 32 can be used for balance the first element 31 to avoid the crosswise concaving of floor panel 1.The second thinner element 32 can be used for balance the first element 31, more because it shrinks than the first element 31.
Locking band 6 and locking member 8 be the outstanding top edge that surpasses the first edge 5b flatly. The protuberance of locking band 6 and locking member 8 is greater than the thickness T 2 of the second element 32.
The second element 32 has width W 2, and the width W 1 of these width W 2 to the first elements 31 is wider, and the second element 32 extends below whole the first element 31, as shown in Figure 5A.The second element 32 at least extends to the latch recess 14 at the second 5a place, edge of the first panelling 1 from the locking member 8 of the first edge 5b of the first panelling 1.
The first edge 5a and the second edge 5b are preferably long edge, and this long edge configuration becomes by drift angle to regulate (angling) action assembling, referring to for example Figure 1A.The 4th edge 4b of the 3rd panelling 1 ' that the 3rd edge 4a of the first panelling is identical with cardinal principle is preferably minor face edge and is provided with the mechanical locking system that permission is assembled by vertical motion. As shown in Figure 1A, the assembling of minor face edge can with by drift angle, regulate action the long edge 5a of the 3rd panelling 1 ' is assembled to the 4th panelling 1 " long edge 5b realize simultaneously.
Figure 1B discloses the identical floor panel in assembling and latched position. The 4th panelling 1 " be arranged in first row R1, the first panelling 1 and the 3rd floor panel 1 ' are arranged in second row R2, and the second panelling 1a is arranged in the 3rd row R3.
Mechanical locking system at minor face edge 4a, 4b place is preferably included in the displaceable and flexible joint tongue 30 at the 3rd 4a place, edge, this joint tongue 30 with tongue groove 20 coordinated at the 4th 4b place, edge for vertical locking.Fig. 2 A-2C illustrates the minor face edge 4a of the first panelling 1 and the 3rd floor panel 1 ', the assembling of 4b with three orders.Flexible and displaceable joint tongue 30 is pushed into displacement groove and springs back in tongue groove 20.Mechanical locking system at minor face edge 4a, 4b place is preferably also included in the locking band 6 with locking member 8 at the 3rd 4a place, edge, this locking member 8 with the latch recess coordinated at the 4th 4b place, edge for flatly locking the first floor panel 1 and the 3rd floor panel 1 '.As an alternative, flexible and displaceable joint tongue 30 can be arranged on the 4th 4b place, edge and tongue groove 20 can be arranged on the 3rd 4a place, edge.
Fig. 6 A illustrates the lateral view of the element 60 with tangential annual ring T.Fig. 6 C illustrates along the width W of element has the radially lateral view of the element 61 of annual ring R.Fig. 6 B illustrates the top view of the element 60 with tangential annual ring T, and Fig. 6 D illustrates and has the radially top view of the element 61 of annual ring R.Element 60,61 has machine direction FD, and this machine direction is extended perpendicular to annual ring T, R.Element the 60, the 61st, by cutting from log, element 60,61 produces. In Fig. 6 E, described element is cut log 65 and cut from log 65 by parallel running through. How Fig. 6 F illustrates and obtains the element (referring to element 60) with tangential annual ring from log 66, has radially the element of annual ring (referring to element 61) and has radially and the tangential element (referring to for example element 62) of the mixing of annual ring. For the element of the timber kind from identical, the humidity shrinkage value of element with tangential annual ring is larger than the humidity shrinkage value with the element of annual ring radially.Between different timber kinds, also there is the difference of humidity shrinkage value. For example, the humidity shrinkage value of oak is just lower than the humidity shrinkage value of beech or birch.
One embodiment of the invention can comprise bottom the second element 32 that top the first element 31 that oak is made and birch or beech are made.If the annual ring direction of the first and second elements 31,32 is identical, the second element 32 will shrink more than the first element 31.When the first and second floor panels 1,1a shrink, locking band 6 locks together the first and second floor panels 1,1a, and therefore a tension load is applied on locking band 6.According to the structure of the locking surface of locking member 8, latch recess 14 and coordinated, locking band 6 also may descend curved.Locking band 6 has than the larger humidity shrinkage value of top the first element 31, and that therefore when humidity reduces, shrinks is more.So locking band 6 is moved the first and second floor panels 1,1a together to larger power, so that gap can be avoided or at least minimize.
The floor panel ratio of solid wood is as the floor panel of HDF or for example for having more that the interlocking formation of veneer of the layer of vertical fibers direction shrinks. Therefore the tension force applying is very high. Therefore, comprise that having the locking band 6 that the timber kind (for example beech or birch) of high tenacity makes is advantages.
For avoiding gap or minimum gaps at least, the machine direction FD of the first and second elements 31,32 should be identical, because be greater than the expansion of the direction parallel with machine direction along the expansion/protuberance of the direction vertical with machine direction.
The first and second floor panels 1,1a expand when humidity increases, and have respectively extruding force in the vertical plane of the cardinal principle of the upper edge of the first and second edge 5b, the 5a of the first and second floor panels 1,1a.
