本发明涉及一种纳米塑料。
背景技术
纳米材料学是近年来刚刚兴起的一个完全崭新的科学领域,它涉及到聚集态物理、化学、材料、生物学等多领域的知识。纳米塑料”是指基体为高分子聚合物,通过纳米粒子在塑料树脂中的充分分散,有效地提高了塑料的耐热、耐候、耐磨等性能。“纳米塑料”能使普通塑料具有象陶瓷材料一样的刚性和耐热性,同时又保留了塑料本身所具备的韧性、耐冲击性和易加工性。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种塑料,其具有良好的韧性,且耐磨,并且添加了降解材料和植物纤维淀粉,能够分解,对环境的污染较小。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是,一种纳米塑料,所述塑料由下列重量份数的各组分组成:
聚乙烯30-50份,PBM降解材料10-20份,填充料5-10份,甘油3-7份,植物纤维淀粉7-13份,二硫化钼2-5份,分散剂1-3份,硬脂酸钠1-4份,偶联剂2-4份。
本发明的优化技术方案是,所述塑料由下列重量份数的各组分组成:
聚乙烯40份,PBM降解材料15份,填充料8份,甘油5份,植物纤维淀粉10份,二硫化钼4份,分散剂2份,硬脂酸钠2.5份,偶联剂3份。
本发明的优化技术方案是,所述塑料填充料为碳酸钠。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的塑料其具有良好的韧性,且耐磨,并且添加了降解材料和植物纤维淀粉,能够分解,对环境的污染较小。

聚乙烯40份,PBM降解材料15份,填充料8份,甘油5份,植物纤维淀粉10份,二硫化钼4份,分散剂2份,硬脂酸钠2.5份,偶联剂3份。

聚乙烯30-50份,PBM降解材料10-20份,填充料5-10份,甘油3-7份,植物纤维淀粉7-13份,二硫化钼2-5份,分散剂1-3份,硬脂酸钠1-4份,偶联剂2-4份。
