本发明涉及一种利用太阳光能进行黄瓜加工的装置,属于太阳能利用技术领域。
背景技术
黄瓜是一种可口的蔬菜农产品,黄瓜加工成的各种黄瓜商品香脆可口,别具特色,很受人们的欢迎,因此黄瓜在我国的生产量很大。黄瓜的加工产品中最多的是黄瓜皮,所谓的黄瓜皮就是将黄瓜进行压榨减水后的黄瓜盐腌产品,黄瓜皮由于被压榨减水后体积和重量大大地减少,很适合运输和存放;黄瓜皮加水浸泡后又能恢复到原来黄瓜的形状特征,因此,把黄瓜加工成黄瓜皮成为黄瓜加工的主要加工方式。
    把黄瓜加工成黄瓜皮的重要工序就是将黄瓜进行压榨减水、缩小体积,成为一扁块状体。对黄瓜的压榨并不是直接进行高压就能成功的,直接对黄瓜压榨会把黄瓜压榨开裂、甚至烂碎。对黄瓜的压榨部减水必须先对把黄瓜进行高温烫浸,然后放进压榨箱中进行压榨,压榨也不能直接地高压,必须要逐渐加高压力,才能达到完美的压榨效果,因此,在压榨黄瓜时,人们只能逐渐往上加压块,这样就会很麻烦,压榨需要一天或两天时间,要按时加压块,很是浪费时间,压榨完了还要卸下午所有的压块,劳动量很大。有的较聪明者使用液压提升器(千斤顶)进行辅助压榨,但也需要每间隔一段时间进行操纵加压,不失麻烦。
发明内容
为了能制作出种更科学、更简便的黄瓜夺榨箱,为了克服人工压榨的缺点和液压榨的缺点,本人发明了太阳能黄瓜压榨箱,这种压榨箱不需要液压器频繁加压、也不需要往上频繁加压块、卸压块,少略了很多麻烦,并且加工的黄瓜产品质量一流。
太阳能黄瓜压榨箱解决问题所采取的技术方案是:太阳能黄瓜压榨箱主要由气体仓、吸热板、压榨箱、套筒、压杆构成,吸热板分布在气体仓的上表面,气体仓安装在压榨箱的上部并由转动连接扣连接,气体仓内还均匀分布有四个套筒,套筒内的压杆能伸进下部的压榨箱进行压榨。
太阳能黄瓜压榨箱是利用气体仓吸收太阳光能产生压力对下部的压榨箱进行压榨黄瓜的。气体仓的上表面是一层黑色的吸热板,这些吸热板粗糙黑色,能快速地吸收太阳光线使仓内气体升高温度,气体的温度升高,气体的压强也随着升高,于是气体会产生澎胀,推动套筒内的压杆向外物体进行推压。压杆在向外推压的过程中也会使气体仓内部的体积稍有增大,但这点增大的体积对气体仓体积与温度、压力的关系不构成太大的影响,也就是说,顶杆的向外推压力一样会随着气体仓内温度的升高而增大。
     太阳能黄瓜压榨箱利用气体仓受热而进行缓慢的压力增加特点进行压榨黄瓜。我们知道,压榨黄瓜不能突然加大压力,例如,在压榨箱上突然加上一块过大的石头,就会压碎黄瓜,因为黄瓜的出水要有一个过程。但是,太阳光线也不一定能稳定的照射,例如多云的天气,一直在阴天,但是中午时空然太阳从云隙中钻出来猛烈的照射,太阳能黄瓜压榨箱能经得起考验吗?会不会空然产生高压把黄瓜压碎了呢?我们进行分析:当猛烈的阳光突然照射到气体仓上时,气体仓内的气体与仓体壁间的热量传递会有一个缓慢的过程,这个过程需要很长的时间,也就是说,虽然太阳突然猛烈,但是气体仓内气体的温度和气压却是缓慢的提升,顶杆向下的推压力也只能是缓慢的增大压力,不会造成对黄瓜的突然高压,不会压碎黄瓜,原来如此简单。那突然阴天或下雨呢?突然变阴天或突然下雨只能是使气体仓内的气体减少热量、降低压力、压杆向内回缩,不会对黄瓜造成影响,黄瓜也不会吸水澎胀,因为水分已经向下流走。
 太阳能黄瓜压菜箱的有益效果是:太阳能黄瓜压榨箱利用一个气体仓吸叫太阳能量进行升高气压对下部的黄瓜进行压榨,压力能够缓慢、稳定地升高,符合压榨黄瓜需要缓慢稳定压力的要求,并且太阳能黄瓜压榨箱不因变化的天气所影响压榨效果,大大地节省了人工,是最好的黄瓜加工装置。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对太阳能黄瓜压榨箱作进一步的实施说明。
图1展示了一个太阳能黄瓜压榨箱的结构形状。图中展示的太阳能黄瓜压榨箱主要分作上、下两部分:下部为一个长方体形状的压榨箱(6),上部的拱圆形顶面体为气体仓(1),上、下两部分间用一面用转动连接扣(4)连接,另一面有拉提柄(8),使用者可抓住提拉柄(8)把上部的气体仓(1)当作整个盖子一样提拉翻开,使下部的压榨箱(6)露出上部宽阔的开口,方便装卸黄瓜。装好黄瓜后又回扣盖上气体仓(1),并扣好连接扣(9),上、下两部分又固定了。我们注意到气体仓(1)的内部下部左右有两条套筒(2),其实是四条,这是平面图,所以只能看到其中两条。套筒(2)内部有压杆(3),当气体仓(1)内的气压变化时,压杆(3)就作伸缩推压下部的一块压板(5),压板下面是黄瓜了。图中的气体仓(1)上还设置有气嘴(7),人们可以按要求增加或加注气体,一般注入的气体是空气就可以了。人们在气体仓(1)注入的气体压力如果与个界压力相当,那么早上装入黄瓜,经过一天的太阳照射,内部气压缓慢升高,刚好产生缓慢的压榨过程,到了下午太阳落山时,温度又刚好降到早上的温度,这时可以安全地解开连接扣(9),抓住提拉柄(8)把上部的气体仓(1)提拉翻开,一看:黄瓜已经榨好了,整个过程,不必有人看管,也不必装卸石块,也不必加注气体,真是省了人工又省力气。
