本发明涉及藤编皮条加工设备技术领域，具体属于皮带自动粘胶辊调节装置。
背景技术
通过皮条进行编制一些东西，这种传统的工艺，将其引进到包包制作上，生产出的包包比较时尚，很受年轻人喜欢。但在制作编制皮条时，需要在皮条上均匀附上粘胶层，现有技术主要通过人工操作，工作效率低；粘胶不均匀，影响产品品质。粘胶的厚度需要根据生产不同的产品，进行不同的厚度控制调节。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了皮带自动粘胶辊调节装置，解决了皮带粘胶厚度调节的问题，设计简单，结构合理，通过在刮胶辊上设置滑动块，滑动块设置于机箱凹槽，通过调节螺杆带动滑动块移动，控制刮胶辊靠近粘胶辊的距离，控制操作方便。
本发明采用的技术方案如下：
皮带自动粘胶辊调节装置，包括粘胶辊、上胶辊、刮胶辊和机箱及其固定架，所述的粘胶辊、上胶辊和刮胶辊设置于机箱的固定架上，粘胶辊、上胶辊和刮胶辊同侧一端设有相互啮合的传动齿轮，所述的刮胶辊一端的传动齿轮内侧设有滑动块，滑动块固装刮胶辊上，滑动块上连接调节螺杆。
所述的滑动块上下端卡合于机箱凹槽内。
所述的调节螺杆通过固定板支撑于机箱凹槽外壁。

本发明通过在刮胶辊上设置滑动块，滑动块设置于机箱凹槽，通过调节螺杆带动滑动块移动，控制刮胶辊靠近粘胶辊的距离，控制操作方便。

参见附图，皮带自动粘胶辊调节装置，包括粘胶辊1、上胶辊2、刮胶辊3和机箱及其固定架，粘胶辊1、上胶辊2和刮胶辊3设置于机箱的固定架4上，粘胶辊1、上胶辊2和刮胶辊3同侧一端设有相互啮合的传动齿轮5，刮胶辊3一端的传动齿轮5内侧设有滑动块6，滑动块6固装刮胶辊3上，滑动块6上连接调节螺杆7，滑动块6上下端卡合于机箱凹槽8内，调节螺杆7通过固定板9支撑于机箱凹槽8外壁。

1.皮带自动粘胶辊调节装置，包括粘胶辊、上胶辊、刮胶辊和机箱及其固定架，其特征在于：所述的粘胶辊、上胶辊和刮胶辊设置于机箱的固定架上，粘胶辊、上胶辊和刮胶辊同侧一端设有相互啮合的传动齿轮，所述的刮胶辊一端的传动齿轮内侧设有滑动块，滑动块固装刮胶辊上，滑动块上连接调节螺杆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的皮带自动粘胶辊调节装置，其特征在于：所述的滑动块上下端卡合于机箱凹槽内。
