Abstract

本发明公开了一种针对春季水培生菜的专用配方,配方中水杨酸的浓度为0.05mg/L,螯合铁的浓度为1.2mg/L;本配方中添加的水杨酸能够促进生菜叶细胞饱水,防止细胞膜损伤导致缺水,维持内外叶水分平衡,提高生菜对温湿环境的抗逆性,并通过螯合铁维持水杨酸的活性持续作用,在整个春季生长期内能够避免野心坏死腐烂。

一种针对春季水培生菜的专用配方
技术领域
本发明涉及植物种植领域,具体涉及一种水培配方。
背景技术
现有技术中水培芦蒿配方多为四季通用配方,没有针对不同季节生菜营养需求的差异,导致现有生菜生产效率停滞不进。现有配方的制备流程为,称取A液药品四水硝酸钙236毫克,硝酸钾404毫克,逐个加入、搅拌使之充分溶解于烧杯中(内含600毫升水);然后称取B液药品磷酸二氢铵57毫克,边将药品倒入烧杯边充分搅拌,并加水100毫升,称取七水硫酸镁123毫克,边将药品倒入烧杯边充分搅拌,并加水100毫升;然后分别称取C液药品硫酸亚铁20毫克硼酸2.86毫克,硫酸锰2.13毫克,硫酸锌0.22毫克,硫酸铜0.08毫克,钼酸铵0.02毫克,然后逐个溶解于烧杯中并加水100毫升;调整PH至6.0左右,最后将营养液定容至1L即可以投入使用。
上述配方是上世纪七十年代末日本农业学家山崎肯哉发明的,已经有三十多年的历史,在此期间育种技术的进步和水培技术的迅猛发展,同时该配方没有兼顾由于生菜生性喜寒,在春天温暖潮湿气候时,生菜易因局部热量不散,引起叶心坏死腐烂,生长不良。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种针对春季水培生菜的专用配方,可有效防止春季水培的烂心现象。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种针对春季水培生菜的专用配方,配方中水杨酸的浓度为0.05mg/L,螯合铁的浓度为1.2mg/L;水杨酸的含量能够保护生菜幼苗叶片免受水分胁迫引起的膜损伤导致的叶片萎败,延缓叶片相对含水量的下降趋势,避免叶心溃烂,辅以螯合铁,稳固水杨酸的成分稳固,维持活性持续。
进一步,配方中四水硝酸钙的浓度为2.35mg/L,硝酸钾的浓度为3.8mg/L;添加的钙和钾离子成分可提高叶片组织对热刺激伤害的抵抗能力,适应春季温热免受胁迫。
进一步,磷酸二氢钾的浓度为2mg/L,七水硫酸镁的浓度为2.55mg/L,磷酸二氢铵的浓度为0.5mg/L。
进一步,硼酸的浓度为0.0286mg/L,硫酸锰的浓度为0.0213mg/L,硫酸锌的浓度为0.0022mg/L,硫酸铜的浓度为0.0008mg/L,钼酸铵的浓度为0.0002mg/L;添加的成分及用量补充生菜育苗必须的养分配比,使内外叶皆能保持鲜嫩,叶球大而水分充足。
有益效果:本配方中添加的水杨酸能够促进生菜叶细胞饱水,防止细胞膜损伤导致缺水,维持内外叶水分平衡,提高生菜对温湿环境的抗逆性,并通过螯合铁维持水杨酸的活性持续作用,在整个春季生长期内能够避免野心坏死腐烂。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明技术方案进行详细说明,但是本发明的保护范围不局限于所述实施例。
实施例:一种针对春季水培生菜的专用配方:
(1)称取四水硝酸钙235毫克,硝酸钾380毫克,逐个加入、搅拌使之充分溶解于烧杯中(内含500毫升水);
(2)称取磷酸二氢钾300毫克,边将药品倒入烧杯边充分搅拌,并加水100毫升,称取七水硫酸镁245毫克,边将药品倒入烧杯边充分搅拌,并加水100毫升,称取磷酸二氢铵50毫克,边将药品倒入烧杯边充分搅拌,并加水100毫升;
(3)称取硼酸2.86毫克,硫酸锰2.13毫克,硫酸锌0.22毫克,硫酸铜0.08毫克,钼酸铵0.02毫克,然后逐个溶解于烧杯中并加水100毫升;
(4)取EDTA-2Na 20毫克于搪瓷杯中加水1升进行加温,待沸腾后关火,冷却至65度左右时,取20毫克硫酸亚铁,边缓慢倒入边充分搅拌,待冷却后定容至1L;
(5)然后取螯合铁溶液30毫升加入至烧杯中,边倒入边搅拌;
(6)称取水杨酸5毫克加入烧杯中,搅拌均匀;
(7)调整PH至6.0左右,最后将营养液定容至1L即可以投入使用。
采用本发明配方与传统配方两种配方水培生菜30天,种植出的生菜品质如下表所示:(为每株平均数据),其中,传统配方为代号A,本发明配方为代号B

将A配方、B配方的数据进行对比,如图1、2所示,可以看出,本发明配方种植的生菜叶球饱满,水分充足,内叶健康,叶片中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白及维生素、叶绿素等含量多,因此叶味香甜,口感好,品质佳。

1.一种针对春季水培生菜的专用配方,其特征在于:配方中含有四水硝酸钙、硝酸钾、磷酸二氢钾、七水硫酸镁、磷酸二氢铵、硼酸、硫酸锰、硫酸锌、硫酸铜、钼酸铵、水杨酸和螯合铁,所述四水硝酸钙的浓度为2.35mg/L,所述硝酸钾的浓度为3.8mg/L,所述磷酸二氢钾的浓度为2mg/L,所述七水硫酸镁的浓度为2.55mg/L,所述磷酸二氢铵的浓度为0.5mg/L,所述硼酸的浓度为0.0286mg/L,所述硫酸锰的浓度为0.0213mg/L,所述硫酸锌的浓度为0.0022mg/L,所述硫酸铜的浓度为0.0008mg/L,所述钼酸铵的浓度为0.0002mg/L,所述水杨酸的浓度为0.05mg/L,所述螯合铁的浓度为1.2mg/L,所述螯合铁是由EDTA-2Na和硫酸亚铁生成的。
