Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于操作机动车操作装置的方法。此类型的方法在DE10 2009034 068 A1中公开。
背景技术
在该种类型的方法中借助视线检测装置来检查:在给操作装置指令输入期间操作者的视线是否注视在指示单元上。倘若在指令输入期间视线没有注视指示单元,则不实施指令输入。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的在于,改进此种类型的操作方法以简化操作并且改善交通安全性。
根据本发明的机动车操作装置的操作方法,根据视线检测的必要性定义两组输入指令,其中对于第一组输入指令,仅当操作者的视线在输入指令期间在一定的时长内注视至少一个指示单元时才实施输入指令,而对于第二组输入指令,对于第二组输入指令输入指令与视线检测无关地被实施。通过此种类型的方法简化了操作装置的操作,因为对于第二组输入指令操作者无需为给出该输入指令而将其视线注视指示单元。此外还提高了安全性,这是因为操作者,一般是机动车的驾驶员,在其给出第二组输入指令中的输入指令时不必将其视线从道路上移开。
在本发明方法的一种有利的改进方案中,只有当操作者在输入指令期间在1秒至10秒的时长内注视所述至少一个指示单元时,第一组输入指令中的输入指令才被实施。通过此种类型的技术方案可确保:当操作者的视线在其(例如由于无意地接触到了操作元件)无意给出输入指令期间掠过所述至少一个指示单元时,不会引起意外的输入指令。
在本发明的另一个有利的改进中,输入指令借助手势给出。因此在机动车辆中操作元件的数量可以明显降低,由于操作者无须再首先寻找相关的操作元件并由此能将其视线注视路况,其进一步改善了交通安全。
在本发明的另一个改进方案中,利用第二组输入指令操作多媒体系统和/或空调系统,因为一般来说其所需的输入指令例如与导航系统相比更为简单。此种类型的输入指令例如可以为多媒体系统的音量控制、无线电发射机的转换或者空调系统的温度控制。通过此改进方案可以确保,无需为较简单的输入指令而将视线转移至指示单元,这样考虑到了交通安全性。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于操作机动车操作装置的方法,该操作装置具有至少一个用于显示出变化的信息的指示单元,根据视线检测的必要性定义两组输入指令,其中借助视线检测装置来检查操作者的视线是否注视所述至少一个指示单元,如果操作者的视线在输入指令期间没有在一定的时长内注视所述至少一个指示单元,则在第一组输入指令的情况下不实施输入指令,而在第二组输入指令的情况下与视线检测无关地实施输入指令,其特征在于,借助于手势给出输入指令。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在来自第一组输入指令的输入指令期间所述时长为1秒至10秒。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,利用第二组输入指令操作多媒体系统和/或空调系统。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,第二组输入指令包括例如用于多媒体系统的音量控制、无线电发射机的转换或者空调系统的温度控制。
