本发明涉及阀门装置技术领域,尤其是一种耐磨型出料阀。这种耐磨型出料阀,具有阀体,所述阀体外壁两侧设有侧阀体,阀体中心内置有阀杆,阀杆顶端设有连接块,连接块两端设有阀板,连接块内置有弹簧,所述弹簧与阀板连接;所述侧阀体内壁与阀板相接处设有密封圈;所述阀体外部连接有驱动阀杆的气动装置,阀体上设有堵头。本发明设计合理,具有耐磨、抗热的性能,延长了阀门的使用寿命,适用于火力发电厂、冶金、医药、化工等各类粉尘、颗粒的输送系统,积灰少,无卡涩,维护简单,密封性能良好,使用寿命长。

一种耐磨型出料阀
技术领域
本发明涉及阀门装置技术领域,尤其是一种用于火力发电厂、冶金、医药、化工等各类粉尘、颗粒输送系统中的耐磨型出料阀。
背景技术
火力发电厂、冶金、医药、化工等各类粉尘、颗粒的输送系统中采用的出料阀通常采用碳钢材质,由于粉料颗粒的不间断冲刷,密封圈和阀板很容易就被磨穿,密封性能和耐磨性能差,最后导致整个出料阀报废,出料阀使用寿命短,不仅提高了成本,还会影响输送效率。若采用不锈钢材质,会大大地增加制造成本。传统出料阀结构复杂,且常有卡灰及结灰现象,极大的影响使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术中之不足,提供一种结构简单,耐磨且密封性能好的出料阀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种耐磨型出料阀,具有阀体,所述阀体外壁两侧设有侧阀体,阀体中心内置有阀杆,阀杆顶端设有连接块,连接块两端设有阀板,连接块内置有弹簧,所述弹簧与阀板连接;所述侧阀体内壁与阀板相接处设有密封圈;所述阀体外部连接有驱动阀杆的气动装置,阀体上设有堵头。
进一步地,所述的阀体和气动装置之间连接有连接杆。
进一步地,所述的阀体和侧阀体均为耐高温和耐磨的球墨铸铁阀体。
进一步地,所述的密封圈为陶瓷密封圈。
工作原理:当气源从上进气口通入时,阀杆带动阀板向下运动,阀门关闭。当气源从下进气口通入时话,阀杆带动阀板向上运动,阀门开启。阀板与密封圈之间加载弹簧,弹簧力始终使阀板压向密封圈,又容许阀板在垂直上下方向移动,这有助于补偿阀门零件的热胀冷缩,并能克服任何背压变化对出料阀密封性能的影响,以及防止颗粒介质进入两密封面之间。在启闭过程中,阀板能产生自转,使得密封面之间产生研磨、抛光作用,在开启排卸物料时,会产生涡流,形成的物料旋涡会自行清扫阀门内腔,减少积灰,无卡涩。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明设计合理,具有耐磨、抗热的性能,延长了阀门的使用寿命,适用于火力发电厂、冶金、医药、化工等各类粉尘、颗粒的输送系统,积灰少,无卡涩,维护简单,密封性能良好,使用寿命长。

如图1所示的一种耐磨型出料阀,具有阀体1,阀体1外壁两侧设有侧阀体2,阀体1中心内置有阀杆7,阀杆7顶端设有连接块6,连接块6两端设有阀板3,连接块6内置有弹簧5,弹簧5与阀板3连接;侧阀体2内壁与阀板3相接处设有密封圈4;阀体1外部连接有驱动阀杆7的气动装置10,阀体1上设有堵头8。
阀体1和气动装置10之间连接有连接杆9。
阀体1和侧阀体2均为耐高温和耐磨的球墨铸铁阀体。
密封圈4为陶瓷密封圈。
这种耐磨型出料阀结构简单,设计合理,具有耐磨、抗热的性能,延长了阀门的使用寿命,适用于火力发电厂、冶金、医药、化工等各类粉尘、颗粒的输送系统,积灰少,无卡涩,维护简单,密封性能良好,使用寿命长。

1.一种耐磨型出料阀,其特征在于:具有阀体(1),所述阀体(1)外壁两侧设有侧阀体(2),阀体(1)中心内置有阀杆(7),阀杆(7)顶端设有连接块(6),连接块(6)两端设有阀板(3),连接块(6)内置有弹簧(5),所述弹簧(5)与阀板(3)连接;所述侧阀体(2)内壁与阀板(3)相接处设有密封圈(4);所述阀体(1)外部连接有驱动阀杆(7)的气动装置(10),阀体(1)上设有堵头(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨型出料阀,其特征在于:所述的阀体(1)和气动装置(10)之间连接有连接杆(9)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨型出料阀,其特征在于:所述的阀体(1)和侧阀体(2)均为耐高温和耐磨的球墨铸铁阀体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨型出料阀,其特征在于:所述的密封圈(4)为陶瓷密封圈。
