本发明提供一种改性高密度聚乙烯管,各组分及其质量份数为:高密度聚乙烯树脂100-120份、炭黑母料6-10份、三元乙丙橡胶10-15份、丁腈橡胶5-7份、丁苯橡胶1-3份、丁基橡胶2-5份、苯乙烯一丁二烯三嵌段共聚物1-3份、石蜡1-2份、碳酸钙2-3份、铅盐稳定剂1-2份。本发明进行了高密度聚乙烯管增韧改性,提高了基体与弹性体的相容性和两相之间的粘结强度,具有提高高密度聚乙烯管性能等优点。

一种改性高密度聚乙烯管
技术领域
本发明属于聚烯烃管材领域,尤其是涉及一种改性高密度聚乙烯管。
背景技术
近些年来,在整个建筑给排水的最大热点是新型管材的广泛应用。传统的镀锌钢管和普通铸铁管由于易锈蚀、自重大、运输施工不便等原因被取而代之。目前,给排水常用管材主要涉及到塑料管,塑料管是合成树脂加添加剂经熔融成型加工而成的制品。由于塑料管具有化学稳定性好,不受环境因素和管道内介质组分的影响,耐腐蚀性好;导热系数小,热传导率低,绝热保温,节能效果好等优点被广大企业制造使用。但是塑料管也存在力学性能差,抗冲击性不佳,刚性差,平直性也差,因而管卡及吊架设置密度高;且阻燃性差,大多数塑料制品可燃,且燃烧时热分解,会释放出有毒气体和烟雾等缺点。所以,在推广塑料管的同时,还需要发展技术克服其缺点。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种改性高密度聚乙烯管,尤其指出了对高密度聚乙烯管韧性创新。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种改性高密度聚乙烯管,各组分及其质量份数为:
高密度聚乙烯树脂100-120份、炭黑母料6-10份、三元乙丙橡胶10-15份、丁腈橡胶5-7份、丁苯橡胶1-3份、丁基橡胶2-5份、苯乙烯一丁二烯三嵌段共聚物1-3份、石蜡1-2份、碳酸钙2-3份、铅盐稳定剂1-2份;
进一步,所述高密度聚乙烯树脂,其熔融指数为0.3-0.6g/min。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:本发明进行了高密度聚乙烯管增韧改性,提高了基体与弹性体的相容性和两相之间的粘结强度,具有提高高密度聚乙烯管的性能等优点。
具体实施方式
实施例:
一种改性高密度聚乙烯管,各组分及其质量份数为:
高密度聚乙烯树脂100份、炭黑母料8份、三元乙丙橡胶12份、丁腈橡胶6份、丁苯橡胶2份、丁基橡胶3份、苯乙烯一丁二烯三嵌段共聚物2份、石蜡1份、碳酸钙2份、铅盐稳定剂1份;所述高密度聚乙烯树脂,其熔融指数为0.4g/min。
所述高密度聚乙烯树脂、炭黑母料、三元乙丙橡胶、丁腈橡胶、丁苯橡胶、丁基橡胶、苯乙烯一丁二烯三嵌段共聚物、石蜡、碳酸钙、铅盐稳定剂在搅拌机中加热共混,然后用挤出机冷却成型,定长切割,制得改性高密度聚乙烯管。
按以上实施例配方制得的改性高密度聚乙烯管,其物理性能明显高于未改性前高密度聚乙烯管。

1.一种改性高密度聚乙烯管,各组分及其质量份数为:高密度聚乙烯树脂100-120份、炭黑母料6-10份、三元乙丙橡胶10-15份、丁腈橡胶5-7份、丁苯橡胶1-3份、丁基橡胶2-5份、苯乙烯一丁二烯三嵌段共聚物1-3份、石蜡1-2份、碳酸钙2-3份、铅盐稳定剂1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改性高密度聚乙烯管,其特征在于,所述高密度聚乙烯树脂,其熔融指数为0.3-0.6g/min。
