本发明公开了一种处理纺织印染废水用混凝剂，包括三氯化铁、硫酸铁、马来酸‑丙烯酸共聚物、膨润土。该混凝剂用于处理纺织印染废水，将纺织印染废水先经过格栅过滤后，进入沉淀池，将混凝剂投入沉淀池中的纺织印染废水中进行处理，生成的凝聚我结实，不易破坏，沉淀性能好，脱色、除油效果好，并且，本发明的混凝剂适应pH值范围大，热稳定性高，效果稳定。

技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理技术领域，特别是涉及一种处理纺织印染废水用混凝剂。
背景技术
纺织印染行业是工业废水排放大户，纺织印染废水具有水量大、有机污染物含量高、色度深、碱性大、水质变化大等特点，属难处理的工业废水。棉纺织工业废水主要来自染整工段，包括退浆、煮炼、漂白、丝光、染色、印花和整理等。如何有效处理。
近年来由于化学纤维织物的发展，仿真丝的兴起和印染后整理技术的进步，使PVA浆料、人造丝碱解物(主要是邻苯二甲酸类物质)、新型助剂等难生化降解有机物大量进入纺织印染废水，其COD浓度也由原来的数百 mg/L上升到2000～3000mg/L，从而使原有的生物处理系统COD去除率从70%下降到50%左右，甚至更低。传统的生物处理工艺已受到严重挑战；传统的化学沉淀和气浮法对这类纺织印染废水的COD去除率也仅为30%左右。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述存在的缺陷而提供一种处理纺织印染废水用混凝剂。该混凝剂用于处理纺织印染废水，将纺织印染废水先经过格栅过滤后，进入沉淀池，将混凝剂投入沉淀池中的纺织印染废水中进行处理，生成的凝聚我结实，不易破坏，沉淀性能好，脱色、除油效果好，并且，本发明的混凝剂适应pH值范围大，热稳定性高，效果稳定。
本发明的一种处理纺织印染废水用混凝剂技术方案为，包括三氯化铁、硫酸铁、马来酸-丙烯酸共聚物、膨润土。
具体包括按重量比的以下成分：包括三氯化铁8-20份、硫酸铁15-25份、马来酸-丙烯酸共聚物3-5份、膨润土5-15份。
优选的，包括按重量比的以下成分：包括三氯化铁12份、硫酸铁23份、马来酸-丙烯酸共聚物5份、膨润土10份
该混凝剂还含有熟石灰。
熟石灰占混凝剂的重量百分比的2-8%。
优选的，熟石灰占混凝剂的重量百分比的5%。
所述的一种处理纺织印染废水用混凝剂，每1L污水投入200-500mg的混凝剂。
本发明的有益效果为：该混凝剂用于处理纺织印染废水，将纺织印染废水先经过格栅过滤后，进入沉淀池，将混凝剂投入沉淀池中的纺织印染废水中进行处理，生成的凝聚我结实，不易破坏，沉淀性能好，脱色、除油效果好，并且，本发明的混凝剂适应pH值范围大，热稳定性高，效果稳定。

本发明的一种处理纺织印染废水用混凝剂，包括按重量比的以下成分：包括三氯化铁12份、硫酸铁23份、马来酸-丙烯酸共聚物5份、膨润土10份
每1L污水投入400mg的混凝剂。
实施例2
本发明的一种处理纺织印染废水用混凝剂包括按重量比的以下成分：包括三氯化铁20份、硫酸铁15份、马来酸-丙烯酸共聚物5份、膨润土15份。
该混凝剂还含有熟石灰。
优选的，熟石灰占混凝剂的重量百分比的5%。
所述的一种处理纺织印染废水用混凝剂，每1L污水投入450mg的混凝剂。
实施例3
本发明的一种处理纺织印染废水用混凝剂，包括按重量比的以下成分：包括三氯化铁8份、硫酸铁15份、马来酸-丙烯酸共聚物3份、膨润土5份。
该混凝剂还含有熟石灰。

以上实施例中的混凝剂用于处理纺织印染废水，将纺织印染废水先经过格栅过滤后，进入沉淀池，将混凝剂投入沉淀池中的纺织印染废水中进行处理。处理时间4.5h后，效果如表1所示:

1.一种处理纺织印染废水用混凝剂，其特征在于，由按重量比的以下成分组成：三氯化铁12份、硫酸铁23份、马来酸-丙烯酸共聚物5份、膨润土10份，熟石灰占混凝剂的重量百分比的5%，每1L污水投入200-500mg的混凝剂。
