技术领域
本发明涉及一种容器破损后阻止容器内液体向外泄漏的装置，特别涉及一种油箱堵漏器。
背景技术、
车辆油箱安装在车体内侧，其下部却没有任何保护装置，容易在行驶中被异物撞击或者划伤，使油箱小面积破损，造成油箱内油液泄漏，需要将受损车辆移至修理厂维修，目前，针对此类油箱泄漏问题在短时间内将其堵住的专业工具。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、方便使用的油箱堵漏器。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种油箱堵漏器，包括螺杆、限位螺母和折叠组件，螺杆上端固定连接有挡块，限位螺母与螺杆配合，折叠组件套装在在限位螺母与挡块之间的螺杆上；
所述的折叠组件至少包括上盖、下盖、若干支架和密封裙套，所述支架两端分别与上盖和下盖铰接，每个支架包括若干依次铰接的支撑杆，密封裙套包裹在支撑杆外侧，密封裙套的上、下开口分别与上盖和下盖密封固定，螺杆分别贯穿上盖和下盖。
采用这样的结构后，将本油箱堵漏器插入油箱的破损处，限位螺母处于油箱外侧，转动螺杆使螺杆相对限位螺母发生轴向移动，限位螺母和挡块分别挤压折叠组件的下盖和上盖，使支架的支撑杆向远离螺杆方向伸出，随着上盖与下盖之间位置逐步靠近，折叠组件的支架将密封裙套抵靠在油箱破损处的周围，达到密封目的。
本发明的有益技术效果为：结构简单、方便使用，可以在油箱发生小面积破损后在短时间内将其堵住，而且其具有较强的适应性，一旦固定在油箱的渗漏部位，在颠簸的路况中行驶时不脱落。
本油箱堵漏器的折叠组件还包括复位弹簧，复位弹簧套装在螺杆上，复位弹簧上、下两端分别抵靠在上盖和下盖上。
采用这样的结构后，可以在使用后自动复位，方便反复使用。
本油箱堵漏器的螺杆在限位螺母与折叠组件之间位置还套装有堵漏胶垫；采用这样的结构后，保证油箱堵漏器在使用时，限位螺母和油箱外壁的充分贴合。
本油箱堵漏器的螺杆固定连接有旋转柄；采用这样的结构后，方便转动螺杆。

具体实施方式
如图1至3所示
油箱堵漏器包括螺杆1、限位螺母2和折叠组件，
螺杆1上部焊接有挡块1a，螺杆1下端面上焊接有旋转柄1b，限位螺母2与螺杆1之间螺纹配合，限位螺母2的面积大于挡块1a的面积；
折叠组件套装在在限位螺母2与挡块1a之间的螺杆1上，折叠组件包括圆形的上盖4a、圆形的下盖4b、十个支架、复位弹簧4f和密封裙套4e，上盖4a与下盖4b平行放置，上盖4a、下盖4b的面积小于限位螺母2面积，上盖4a与下盖4b之间设置有十个支架，每个支架都包括第一支撑杆4c和第二支撑杆4d，第一支撑杆4c下端和第二支撑杆4d上端之间铰接，第一支撑杆4c的上端对应与上盖4a下端面的边缘铰接，第二支撑杆4d的下端对应与下盖4b上端面的边缘铰接，十个支架分别沿上盖4a边缘均匀圆周分布，在上盖4a、下盖4b相对靠近时，支架可以向远离螺杆1方向折叠伸出，密封裙套4e包裹在所有支架杆外侧，密封裙套4e的上、下开口分别与上盖4a侧壁边缘和下盖4b侧壁边缘密封粘合，螺杆1分别贯穿上盖4a和下盖4b，复位弹簧4f套装在螺杆1上，复位弹簧4f上、下两端分别抵靠在上盖4a和下盖4b上，折叠组件整体相对螺杆1可以自由移动。
螺杆1在限位螺母2与折叠组件之间位置还套装有堵漏胶垫3。
当油箱5破损发生油液泄漏时，先调节限位螺母2至远离挡块1a的位置，折叠组件的上盖4a与下盖4b在复位弹簧4f的作用下保持最大间距，此状态中，支架的第一支撑杆4c和第二支撑杆4d趋近竖直有略微倾斜；
再将油箱堵漏器的上端插入油箱5破损的泄漏孔中，挡块1a和折叠组件都处于油箱5中，堵漏胶垫3抵靠在油箱5侧壁外侧，限位螺母2相对油箱5侧壁固定，转动螺杆1下端的旋转柄1b，螺杆1与限位螺母2螺纹配合且螺杆1相对限位螺母2发生轴向移动，固定在螺杆1上的挡块1a逐步向限位螺母2靠近，进而带动折叠组件的上盖4a和下盖4b相互靠近，复位弹簧4f被挤压，支架的第一支撑杆4c和第二支撑杆4d的铰接处向远离螺杆1方向伸出，直至挡块1a运动至距离限位螺母2最近位置时，支架的第二支撑杆4d将外侧密封裙套4e抵靠在泄漏孔周边，进而达到将泄漏孔密封的目的。
使用后，可以反向转动螺杆1下端的旋转柄1b，直至折叠组件恢复至初始状态，再将油箱堵漏器从油箱5的泄漏孔中拔出，便于再次使用。
上述密封裙套采用防水材质，且具有一定的弹性。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一种实施方式，应当指出，对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下，还可以作出若干变型和改进，这些也应视为属于本发明的保护范围。

1.油箱堵漏器，其特征为：它包括螺杆、限位螺母和折叠组件，螺杆上部固定连接有挡块，限位螺母与螺杆配合，折叠组件套装在在限位螺母与挡块之间的螺杆上；
所述的折叠组件至少包括上盖、下盖、若干支架和密封裙套，上盖与下盖平行放置，所述支架两端分别与上盖和下盖铰接，每个支架包括若干依次铰接的支撑杆，密封裙套包裹在支撑杆外侧，密封裙套的上、下开口分别与上盖和下盖密封固定，螺杆分别贯穿上盖和下盖；
所述的折叠组件还包括复位弹簧，复位弹簧套装在螺杆上，复位弹簧上、下两端分别抵靠在上盖和下盖上；
所述的螺杆在限位螺母与折叠组件之间位置还套装有堵漏胶垫；
所述的螺杆固定连接有旋转柄。
