(5): after the insulated plastic bed of material 1 is cooling, at the upper surface for the treatment of the insulated plastic bed of material 1, applies one deck epoxide-resin glue and form composite layer 2;
(6): at the upper surface of composite layer 2, stick under light and show that along with light angle is different the color variable color PET of different colours seven film forms seven color variable color PET substrate layers 3;
(7): take the epoxy acrylate of 49 parts, the dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate of 1.8 parts, the butanone of 44 parts, 4.4 parts of 1-hydroxyl-cyclohexyl benzophenones, said components is joined in dispersion machine and mixed;
(8): under lucifuge condition, mixer stirs 2.8h hour with the speed of 500 r/min, logical water quench in the time of stirring;
(9): after each component is uniformly dispersed, obtain anti-scratch antifouling ink;
(10): by optics coating machine, be coated on the upper surface of seven color variable color PET substrate layers 3, after solidifying by UV equipment, can obtain anti-scratch layer 4;
(11): then the thermoplastic acrylic resin of 28 parts is added in solvent, this solvent is the solvent of the butanone composition that component is mixed of the butyl glycol ether of 4.8 parts, the acetic acid second vinegar of 0.9 part and 60 parts;
(12): the speed high-speed stirred by mixer with 24r/s, continues 29min and fully dissolve to thermoplastic acrylic resin;
(13): add successively the butyl glycol ether of 4.8 parts, the ethyl acetate of 0.9 part, the sensitization discoloration nanometer grade powder of 24 parts, the potassium rhodanide of 1.6 parts, the acrylic acid modified polyester of adhesion promoter of 1.8 parts and the butanone component of 40 parts, speed high-speed stirred with 24r/s, continue 29min, with 12500 object filters, filter until completely dissolved, after sampling inspection particle precision is less than 1 micron, obtain anti-forgery ink, packing is standby;

(12): the speed high-speed stirred by mixer with 15r/s ~ 25r/s, continues 30min and fully dissolve to thermoplastic acrylic resin;
(13): add successively the butyl glycol ether of 5 parts, the ethyl acetate of 1 part, the heat discoloration nanometer grade powder of 25 parts, the potassium rhodanide of 1.8 parts, the acrylic acid modified polyester of adhesion promoter of 2 parts and the butanone component of 40 parts, speed high-speed stirred with 25r/s, continue 30min, with 12500 object filters, filter until completely dissolved, after sampling inspection particle precision is less than 1 micron, obtain anti-forgery ink, packing is standby;
