本发明涉及机加工技术领域,尤其是一种锁芯用开槽切断机构。
背景技术
锁芯是控制锁开启的主要零件,是锁具的心脏,指跟钥匙配套能够转动并带动锁栓运动的核心部分。现有技术中,在锁芯的机加工过程中,需要锁芯进行开槽、切断等工序,在流水线加工中,通常需要将原材料切断,然后输送至下一工序中进行开槽,其操作麻烦,工作效率低。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有生产技术中的缺点,提供一种结构合理的锁芯用开槽切断机构,从而在同一工位实现开槽和切断的工序,大大提高了工作效率。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种锁芯用开槽切断机构,包括定位板,与定位板垂直安装有平板,所述平板的底部两侧分别安装支撑板,所述平板的上部两侧分别安装导轨,所述导轨上分别通过滑块安装有底座和底板,所述底板上固定电机,所述底座上固定减速机,所述减速机输出端的转轴上间隔安装有切断刀片和开槽刀片。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明结构紧凑、合理,操作方便,在同一根转轴上安装开槽刀片也切断刀片,同时完成对锁芯的开槽和切断工作,工作效率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,本实施例的锁芯用开槽切断机构,包括定位板5,与定位板5垂直安装有平板7,平板7的底部两侧分别安装支撑板11,平板7的上部两侧分别安装导轨8,导轨8上分别通过滑块安装有底座9和底板10,底板10上固定电机6,底座9上固定减速机4,减速机4输出端的转轴3上间隔安装有切断刀片2和开槽刀片1。
实际使用过程中,通过导轨8的作用,确定刀片所需位置,然后驱动电机6,切断刀片2和开槽刀片1同时工作,对锁芯进行切断和开槽的动作。
切断刀片2和开槽刀片1之间的距离可以根据锁芯所需加工位置进行调整。
