技术领域
本发明涉及工装冲压夹具领域,特别是涉及一种小型GPU板散热片气动修正装置。
背景技术
在电子产品中有很多电路主板都是带有高发热元件的,如电脑显卡板、手机主板的处理器附近,平板电脑的主处理器和显示处理器等,这些都是高发热元件,需要专门形状的定制散热片来帮助散热,这些散热片是预先按照设计要求冲压成型的,但是在使用时为了满足进一步的贴合需求需要二冲压修正形状,普通的人工是无法达到休正要求的。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种小型GPU板散热片气动修正装置,能够替代人工快速精准的进行散热片的修正,定位精准,修正标准。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种小型GPU板散热片气动修正装置,该小型GPU板散热片气动修正装置包括底座、双启动按钮、冲压支架和散热片修正机构,所述底座上平面设有双启动按钮和冲压支架,冲压支架上安装有散热片修正机构;所述散热片修正机构包括修正汽缸、上底板、上修正模、下修正模、定位挡块和导向杆,所述修正汽缸安装于冲压支架的前板,修正汽缸的活塞板固定于上底板,上底板的下平面设有上修正模,上修正模下方的底座上平面对应位置安装有下修正模,下修正模前侧的底座上平面设有定位挡块,上底板穿在两根导向杆上,导向杆的下端固定于底座,导向杆的上端固定于冲压支架的背板。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种小型GPU板散热片气动修正装置,能够替代人工快速精准的进行散热片的修正,定位精准,修正标准。

一种小型GPU板散热片气动修正装置,该小型GPU板散热片气动修正装置包括底座1、双启动按钮2、冲压支架3和散热片修正机构4,所述底座1上平面设有双启动按钮2和冲压支架3,冲压支架3上安装有散热片修正机构4;
所述散热片修正机构4包括修正汽缸40、上底板41、上修正模42、下修正模43、定位挡块44和导向杆45,所述修正汽缸40安装于冲压支架3的前板30,修正汽缸40的活塞板固定于上底板41,上底板41的下平面设有上修正模42,上修正模42下方的底座1上平面对应位置安装有下修正模43,下修正模43前侧的底座1上平面设有定位挡块44,上底板41穿在两根导向杆45上,导向杆45的下端固定于底座1,导向杆45的上端固定于冲压支架3的背板31。
本发明小型GPU板散热片气动修正装置,能够替代人工快速精准的进行散热片的修正,定位精准,修正标准。

1.一种小型GPU板散热片气动修正装置,其特征在于:该小型GPU板散热片气动修正装置包括底座、双启动按钮、冲压支架和散热片修正机构,所述底座上平面设有双启动按钮和冲压支架,冲压支架上安装有散热片修正机构;所述散热片修正机构包括修正汽缸、上底板、上修正模、下修正模、定位挡块和导向杆,所述修正汽缸安装于冲压支架的前板,修正汽缸的活塞板固定于上底板,上底板的下平面设有上修正模,上修正模下方的底座上平面对应位置安装有下修正模,下修正模前侧的底座上平面设有定位挡块,上底板穿在两根导向杆上,导向杆的下端固定于底座,导向杆的上端固定于冲压支架的背板。
