Abstract

本发明公开了一种LED显示屏内置灯管压装设备的压合机构,该LED显示屏内置灯管压装设备的压合机构包括向上开口的“Ц”形横梁、导向杆、压合汽缸和压板,所述向上开口的“Ц”形横梁两端固定于压合支架的上连接板,向上开口的“Ц”形横梁中间安装有压合汽缸,向上开口的“Ц”形横梁上设有四根可上下活动的导向杆,四根可上下活动的导向杆对称分布于压合汽缸两侧,导向杆的下端均连接到压板,压板的上平面还与压合汽缸的活塞杆连接。通过上述方式,本发明结构简单实用,利用汽缸替代人工,压合力比较均匀,同时此设备可以安装于显示屏流水线上配合使用,当显示屏通过时候直接将放置好的LED灯管直接压合,大大提高生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及电子元件组装设备领域,特别是涉及一种LED显示屏内置灯管压装设备的压合机构。
背景技术
在显示屏的生产在电子产品的生产中占有很大的比重,其应用也是非常广泛,所以生产环节对常量和成品的要求都比较高,显示屏生产中有一个环节就是安装显示用的发光源,就是LED灯管的侧位压装,现有技术都是人工放置,手动压装,这样效率比较低,专业的单压设备价格比较高,生产成本就会增加。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种LED显示屏内置灯管压装设备的压合机构,其结构简单实用,利用汽缸替代人工,压合力比较均匀,同时此设备可以安装于显示屏流水线上配合使用,当显示屏通过时候直接将放置好的LED灯管直接压合,大大提高生产效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种LED显示屏内置灯管压装设备的压合机构,该LED显示屏内置灯管压装设备的压合机构包括向上开口的“Ц”形横梁、导向杆、压合汽缸和压板,所述向上开口的“Ц”形横梁两端固定于压合支架的上连接板,向上开口的“Ц”形横梁中间安装有压合汽缸,向上开口的“Ц”形横梁上设有四根可上下活动的导向杆,四根可上下活动的导向杆对称分布于压合汽缸两侧,导向杆的下端均连接到压板,压板的上平面还与压合汽缸的活塞杆连接;
优选的是,所述压板为“H”形平板。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种LED显示屏内置灯管压装设备的压合机构,其结构简单实用,利用汽缸替代人工,压合力比较均匀,同时此设备可以安装于显示屏流水线上配合使用,当显示屏通过时候直接将放置好的LED灯管直接压合,大大提高生产效率。

一种LED显示屏内置灯管压装设备的压合机构,该LED显示屏内置灯管压装设备的压合机构包括向上开口的“Ц”形横梁30、导向杆31、压合汽缸32和压板33,所述向上开口的“Ц”形横梁30两端固定于压合支架1的上连接板2,向上开口的“Ц”形横梁30中间安装有压合汽缸32,向上开口的“Ц”形横梁30上设有四根可上下活动的导向杆31,四根可上下活动的导向杆31对称分布于压合汽缸32两侧,导向杆31的下端均连接到压板33,压板33的上平面还与压合汽缸32的活塞杆连接;所述压板33为“H”形平板。
本发明LED显示屏内置灯管压装设备的压合机构,其结构简单实用,利用汽缸替代人工,压合力比较均匀,同时此设备可以安装于显示屏流水线上配合使用,当显示屏通过时候直接将放置好的LED灯管直接压合,大大提高生产效率。
