因此,一种低糖的粮食饮料的提出越来越有必要。

为了解决上述弊端,本发明提出一种饮料,不含酒精、低糖、口感好,适合各类人群饮用。

一种饮料,原料为罗汉果花、燕麦、生姜、柠檬酸、纯净水,按照重量份数计算,比值分配如下:
罗汉果花6~8份;
燕麦12~20份;
生姜1~3份;
柠檬酸0.5~1.5份;
纯净水60~80份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,原料的比值分配如下:
罗汉果花7份;
燕麦18份;
生姜2份;
柠檬酸1份;
纯净水70份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,原料的比值分配如下:
