本发明公开了一种清除体内重金属铅的功能食品,其特征在于,包括下列重量份数的物质:薯类45-55份,核桃油2-3份,鸡油菌8-13份,松口蘑7-10份,酵母提取物0.3份,南美梨2-6份,香瓜1-2份,菱角8-13份,荞麦9-13份,燕麦15-19份,山茱萸2-8份,牡丹皮3-8份,柠酸酸钾0.6份,乳酸0.2份。本发明的产品具有纳米颗粒独特的小尺寸效应,有较高的稳定性、吸收率,更有利于Ca、Fe及其他各种营养成分的吸收,有助于Hg、Pb等有害元素的代谢排泄。在排出铅、汞等重金属的同时,其他的微量元素及成分不受影响,更有利于吸收。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种清除体内重金属的功能食品。
背景技术
铅是一种具有神经毒性的重金属元素,当铅在体内含量超过一定的水平时,人就会患感冒、肺炎、结核和肝炎等疾病。目前铅中毒采用的解决方案为:采用天然植物与现代高科技纯化技术相结合,提高人体免疫力,增强人体自身的排毒功能,并补充锌、铁、钙等微量元素和天然的维生素;临床上多采用二巯基丁二酸(DMSA)的方法。DMSA作为临床上治疗急性铅中毒的药物必须通过静脉注射,并且其对身体内其他微量元素会有极强的络合作用,导致铅减少的同时,铁、锌等对人体有益的元素也排出体外。而且,DMSA对肾脏的压力是药物都具有的共性,长期使增加了对肾脏的损害,因而影响人体生理功能。上述方案会使人体微量元素丢失,对人体稳态造成不可避免的影响。
