技术领域
本发明涉及模具，特别涉及一种消音塑料管挤出模具。
背景技术
现有诸如船舶通风管等需消音的场合所采用的消音管大多是采用中间带圆孔的普通圆塑料管，这种消音管虽然成本低，但强度低，易破损，而且，消音效果较差。 
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种加工出的消音塑料管强度高、刚度大、消音效果佳、使用寿命长的消音塑料管挤出模具。
为达到上述目的，本发明包括模体、支架板二、支架板一、汇流板、口模二、口模一、短螺钉和长螺钉，所述口模一的中间设有圆形口模孔，所述圆形口模孔内装有圆芯棒和五个周向均布的扇形芯棒，所述五个周向均布的扇形芯棒均采用镶脚装于支架板一上，所述圆芯棒采用镶脚装于支架板二上，所述口模一用短螺钉与口模二连接，所述长螺钉依次将口模二、汇流板、支架板一、支架板二及模体连接。
本发明由于在口模一的中间设有圆形口模孔，并且在圆形口模孔内装有圆芯棒和五个周向均布的扇形芯棒，这样，在圆形口模孔与圆芯棒及五个周向均布的扇形芯棒之间形成一个用于挤出的型腔，通过共挤工艺，便可加工出中间带圆孔和五个周向均布的扇形孔的消音塑料管。本发明加工出的消音塑料管强度高，刚度大，消音效果佳，使用寿命长。

参见图1至图2，本发明包括模体1、支架板二2、支架板一3、汇流板4、口模二5、口模一6、短螺钉7和长螺钉8，所述口模一6的中间设有圆形口模孔61，所述圆形口模孔61内装有圆芯棒9和五个周向均布的扇形芯棒10，所述五个周向均布的扇形芯棒10均采用镶脚装于支架板一3上，所述圆芯棒9采用镶脚装于支架板二2上，所述口模一6用短螺钉7与口模二5连接，所述长螺钉8依次将口模二5、汇流板4、支架板一3、支架板二2及模体1连接。

1.一种消音塑料管挤出模具，包括模体（1）、支架板二（2）、支架板一（3）、汇流板（4）、口模二（5）、口模一（6）、短螺钉（7）和长螺钉（8），其特征在于：所述口模一（6）的中间设有圆形口模孔（61），所述圆形口模孔（61）内装有圆芯棒（9）和五个周向均布的扇形芯棒（10），所述五个周向均布的扇形芯棒（10）均采用镶脚装于支架板一（3）上，所述圆芯棒（9）采用镶脚装于支架板二（2）上，所述口模一（6）用短螺钉（7）与口模二（5）连接，所述长螺钉（8）依次将口模二（5）、汇流板（4）、支架板一（3）、支架板二（2）及模体（1）连接。
