本发明公开了一种养殖池塘专用喷头,其特征在于:所述的喷头包括圆台状的喷头体(1),喷头体(1)直径较小的底面上设置有与水质净化机的出水口相连的入水口(2),直径较大的底面上设置有出水口(3),并且这个圆台状喷头体(1)的母线与轴之间的夹角范围是7-15度,在喷头体(1)的侧壁上沿喷头体(1)的轴向均匀开设有五层进水孔圈(4),每一层进水孔圈(4)都由多个在圆周上均匀分布的多个进水孔(5)组成,并且从入水口(2)到出水口(3)的方向,五层进水孔圈(4)的进水孔(5)的直径依次为4mm、6mm、8mm、10mm和12mm。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种养殖池塘用喷头,特别是一种能够降低水流对养殖物冲击力的养殖池塘专用喷头。
背景技术
养殖池塘水质跃层现象普遍,而水质跃层对养殖物危害明显,生产证明养殖池塘水质净化方法(ZL200610077526.5)能够有效解决水质跃层引发的诸多水质问题。而上述方法的核心技术是取池塘表层水通过水质净化机输送到底层,实现表层水与底层水的交换。传统结构的水质净化机采用在水面下通过水泵出水口直接喷射的方法,在实践上具有一定缺点:1、对具有游泳习性的养殖对象(如鱼类)的幼苗而言,出水口处的水流速度过急,经常造成个体机械性伤害或死亡;2、对于身体较为柔软易碎的养殖对象(如海蜇),强烈的水流冲击更是会直接导致养殖物身体破碎死亡;3、水流从出水口射出,水质交换点集中,影响的扇面范围较小,混合效果差。因此现在需要一种能够解决上述问题的方法或装置。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有技术所存在的上述不足,提出一种结构简单,设计巧妙,能够在不对养殖物造成冲击而又可以增强水层混合效果的养殖池塘用喷头。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种养殖池塘专用喷头,其特征在于:所述的喷头包括圆台状的喷头体1,喷头体1直径较小的底面上设置有与水质净化机的出水口相连的入水口2,直径较大的底面上设置有出水口3,并且这个圆台状喷头体1的母线与轴之间的夹角范围是7-15度,在喷头体1的侧壁上沿喷头体1的轴向均匀开设有五层进水孔圈4,每一层进水孔圈4都由多个在圆周上均匀分布的多个进水孔5组成,并且从入水口2到出水口3的方向,五层进水孔圈4的进水孔5的直径依次为4mm、6mm、8mm、10mm和12mm。
本发明同现有技术相比,具有如下优点:
为了解决在池塘养殖过程中因水质跃层引发的多种水质问题,中国专利(ZL200610077526.5)公开了一种水质处理方法,该方法的核心技术是将池塘表层水通过水质净化机输送到底层,但传统的水质净化机由于结构上的缺陷,喷射出的水流呈柱状,容易导致海蜇等软体养殖物的损伤,并且其所能产生的水层交换效果也较差,针对上述问题,本发明公开了一种特殊结构的喷头,它独特的喇叭口和侧壁上多层进水孔的设计能够最大程度的缓解水流的冲击力,同时扩大了水体交换的面积,这样既能够保护软体的养殖物(如海蜇等),又可以增强水体交换的效果。因此可以说它具备了多种优点,特别适合于在本领域中推广应用,其市场前景十分广阔。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。如图1所示:一种养殖池塘专用喷头,它包括一个管道直径逐级放大的圆台状的喷头体1,这个喷头体1直径较小的底面上设置有入水口2,这个入水口2能够与水质净化机的出水口相连,而在直径较大的底面上则设置有出水口3,同时这个圆台状的喷头体1的母线与轴之间的夹角范围是7-15度,优选的夹角角度为10度,在喷头体1的侧壁上,沿着喷头体1的轴向均匀地设置有五层进水孔圈4,每层进水孔圈4都由多个在圆周上均匀分布的进水孔5组成,并且沿着从入水口2到出水口3的方向,上述五层进水孔圈4的进水孔5的直径依次为4mm、6mm、8mm、10mm和12mm。
本发明实施例的养殖池塘专用喷头的工作过程如下:首先将喷头体1安装到水质净化机上,具体地说是将喷头体1上的入水口2与水质净化机上的出水口连接起来,然后启动水质净化机,水质净化机将上层的水体抽取后通过喷头体1输送到池塘下层,在水体通过喷头体1的过程中,由于喷头体1整体形状呈圆台状,因此水体的流速逐渐降低,出水口3处的水体流速要小于入水口2处的水体流速,能够有效地保护养殖池塘底部的软体动物不受伤害;同时开设在喷头体1侧壁上的多层进水孔圈4也会让一部分水体经过进水孔5进入喷头体1内部,这样可以提高喷头体1的出水量,提高水体交换能力。

1.一种养殖池塘专用喷头,其特征在于:所述的喷头包括圆台状的喷头体(1),喷头体(1)直径较小的底面上设置有与水质净化机的出水口相连的入水口(2),直径较大的底面上设置有出水口(3),并且这个圆台状喷头体(1)的母线与轴之间的夹角范围是7-15度,在喷头体(1)的侧壁上沿喷头体(1)的轴向均匀开设有五层进水孔圈(4),每一层进水孔圈(4)都由多个在圆周上均匀分布的多个进水孔(5)组成,并且从入水口(2)到出水口(3)的方向,五层进水孔圈(4)的进水孔(5)的直径依次为4mm、6mm、8mm、10mm和12mm。
