Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医药配制品，尤其是一种治疗月经不调的中药组合物。
背景技术
月经不调，也称月经失调，是一种常见的妇科疾病，表现为月经周期或出血量的异常，或是月经前、经期时的腹痛及全身症状，分为月经提前，月经延迟，月经过多，月经过少，闭经五类。月经不调的病因可能是器质性病变或是功能失常，如血液病、高血压病、肝病、内分泌病、流产、宫外孕、葡萄胎、生殖道感染、肿瘤等均可引起月经失调。月经不调会给女性带来很多的妇科炎症，威胁女性的身体健康，诸如：子宫内膜移位、宫颈炎、月经性哮喘等病症。目前西医治疗月经不调一般采用雌激素、孕激素单一或联合的周期治疗，这种人工周期疗法虽见效明显，但也只能解决暂时问题，并且激素对肝、胆、心血管、脑血管以及凝血机制均有一定的副作用。
中医认为，月经不调主要分为两种：一是虚证，即“不荣则痛”，是由于气血虚弱或肝肾亏损造成的。二是实证，即“不通则痛”，是由于气血运行不畅造成的。
根据中医理论，针对月经不调的发病机理，采用温补肝肾、活血调经的治法，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中采用雌激素、孕激素单一或联合周期治疗治疗月经不调存在治标不治本及副作用大的不足，本发明提供一种配制简便、成本低、疗效显著、无副作用的治疗月经不调的中药组合物。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种治疗月经不调的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：当归10-30份、小茴香5-20份、白芍10-40份、桃仁5-20份、川芎10-30份、红花5-20份、熟地黄10-40份、益母草5-20份、元胡10-30份、柴胡5-25份、丹参10-40份、艾叶5-20份、肉桂5-20份、黄芪5-25份、川牛膝5-20份、桔梗5-20份、党参5-25份、鹿角胶10-30份、枳壳5-20份、甘草5-15份。
本发明的优选技术方案是：一种治疗月经不调的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：当归20份、小茴香10份、白芍30份、桃仁10份、川芎20份、红花10份、熟地黄30份、益母草10份、元胡20份、柴胡15份、丹参30份、艾叶10份、肉桂10份、黄芪15份、川牛膝10份、桔梗10份、党参15份、鹿角胶20份、枳壳10份、甘草10份。
本发明中药组合物是在传统中医理论和临床经验指导下，精选药物组方。本发明中药组合物中：当归具有补血活血、调经止痛，润肠通便的功效；小茴香具有散寒止痛、理气和胃的功效；白芍具有养血柔肝、缓中止痛、敛阴收汗的功效；桃仁具有活血祛瘀、润肠通便的功效；川芎具有活血祛瘀、行气开郁、祛风止痛的功效；红花具有活血通经、散瘀止痛的功效；熟地黄具有补血养阴、填精益髓的功效；益母草具有活血调经、利尿消肿的功效；元胡具有活血散瘀、利气止痛的功效；柴胡具有疏散退热、升阳舒肝的功效；丹参具有活血调经、祛瘀止痛、凉血消痈、清心除烦、养血安神的功效；艾叶具有温经止血、散寒止痛、降湿杀虫的功效；肉桂具有补火助阳、散寒止痛、活血通经的功效；黄芪具有益气固表、补肺健脾、敛汗固脱、驱风运毒的功效；川牛膝具有活血通经、祛风除湿、通利关节、利尿通淋的功效；桔梗具有宣肺祛痰、养气补血、利五脏、补五劳的功效；党参具有补中益气、健脾益肺的功效；鹿角胶具有温补肝肾、益精养血的功效；枳壳具有理气宽中、行滞消胀的功效；甘草具有补脾益气、清热解毒、祛痰止咳、调和诸药的功效。本发明精选药物组方，其药物组分经辩证配伍，在作用上相互佐助，共奏温补肝肾、活血调经、补血养阴、散寒止痛的功效，对月经不调的治疗达到标本兼治。
本发明组合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便、药源广、成本低。本发明遵循中医的处方用药原则，各种组分药物采用水煎服用。经临床应用验证，其疗效显著可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，有效率达95%，治愈率75%。

一种治疗月经不调的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：当归20g、小茴香10g、白芍30g、桃仁10g、川芎20g、红花10g、熟地黄30g、益母草10g、元胡20g、柴胡15g、丹参30g、艾叶10g、肉桂10g、黄芪15g、川牛膝10g、桔梗10g、党参15g、枳壳10g、甘草10g。
实施例2
一种治疗月经不调的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：当归10g、小茴香20g、白芍15g、桃仁5g、川芎30g、红花15g、熟地黄10g、益母草20g、元胡15g、柴胡25g、丹参10g、艾叶20g、肉桂5g、黄芪25g、川牛膝15g、桔梗5g、党参25g、鹿角胶15g、枳壳5g、甘草12g。
实施例3
一种治疗月经不调的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：当归25g、小茴香15g、白芍10g、桃仁20g、川芎25g、红花12g、熟地黄35g、益母草15g、元胡10g、柴胡20g、丹参25g、艾叶15g、肉桂12g、黄芪20g、川牛膝5g、桔梗15g、党参20g、鹿角胶10g、枳壳15g、甘草8g。
实施例4
一种治疗月经不调的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：当归15g、小茴香5g、白芍25g、桃仁15g、川芎10g、红花5g、熟地黄25g、益母草12g、元胡25g、柴胡5g、丹参20g、艾叶12g、肉桂15g、黄芪5g、川牛膝20g、桔梗12g、党参5g、鹿角胶15g、枳壳20g、甘草5g。
实施例5
一种治疗月经不调的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：当归30g、小茴香12g、白芍40g、桃仁5g、川芎15g、红花20g、熟地黄40g、益母草5g、元胡30g、柴胡10g、丹参40g、艾叶5g、肉桂20g、黄芪10g、川牛膝12g、桔梗20g、党参10g、鹿角胶30g、枳壳12g、甘草15g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约4厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗月经不调的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例120例，年龄20～45岁。
二、诊断依据：
(1)月经先期：月经周期提前7天以上，连续出现3个月经周期以上者；
(2)月经后期：月经周期延后7天以上，连续出现3个月经周期以上者；
(3)月经先后无定期：月经时或提前时或延后7天以上但不超过2周，连续出现3个月经周期以上者；
(4)月经过多：月经周期基本正常，而经量较以往明显增多，或经量超过l00ml连续出现两个月经周期以上者；
(5)月经过少：月经周期基本正常，而经量明显减少．或经期缩短不足2天，经量亦少于正常，连续出现两个周期以上者；
(6)经期延长：月经周期及经量基本正常，行经时间超过7天以上但少于2周，连续出现两个月经周期以上者。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。六天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
(1)治愈：月经周期恢复正常，经期、经量均正常；
(2)显效：月经周期恢复正常，经期、经量基本正常；
(3)有效：周期、经期、经量有所改善；
(4)无效：周期、经期、经量均无改变。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-5个疗程，痊愈90例，随访未见复发；显效16例，有效8例，无效6例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：姜某，23岁。月经周期不定，色暗有血块，伴腰疼腿软，少腹胀满，乳房胀疼，面浮肢肿。诊见：舌质微暗，有瘀点，苔白湿，脉弦弱。诊断为：月经不调。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，腰疼腿软等症状基本消失；继续巩固1个疗程，诸症状均消失，月经周期恢复正常，治愈。随访6个月以上月经周期正常。
病例2：刘某，34岁。经来量多，色鲜红或深红，有小血块。常伴心烦口渴，尿黄便秘。诊见：苔薄白，脉沉紧。诊断为：月经过多。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程，血块减少，经量减少；续服1个疗程，心烦口渴感消失；再巩固服用2个疗程，症状消失，5月以上周期正常。

1.一种治疗月经不调的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：当归20份、小茴香10份、白芍30份、桃仁10份、川芎20份、红花10份、熟地黄30份、益母草10份、元胡20份、柴胡15份、丹参30份、艾叶10份、肉桂10份、黄芪15份、川牛膝10份、桔梗10份、党参15份、鹿角胶20份、枳壳10份、甘草10份。
