Abstract

本发明提供一种电子装置，包括一壳体、设置于该壳体内的一定位架、一显示屏以及一电池，该定位架包括一方形底板，该显示屏设置于该底板上，该底板开设有一通孔，该通孔的一条边伸出有一挡片，该挡片的底部与上述底板的顶部相持平，该电池固定设置于该定位架背部的通孔位置且与上述显示屏和挡片相抵持。本发明提供的电子装置充分利用电子装置内部的空间资源，进而使得电子装置的厚度减小。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子装置，尤其涉及该电子装置的定位架、显示屏及电池的组装结构。
背景技术
随着信息时代的来临，电子设备已成为日常生活中不可分的日常生活用品，随着电子科技的不断演进，具有人性化，功能性佳的电子产品也一直推陈出新。平板类型电子装置，如平板电脑（Tablet Personal Computer，简称Tablet PC）等，是一种小型、方便携带的个人电脑，以触摸屏作为基本的输入设备。与笔记本电脑和台式电脑相比，平板电脑由于其携带方便而受到人们的欢迎。然而，现有技术的平板电脑通常包括显示屏、固定支架以及电池等必要部件导致其厚度相对较大，因此给用户的携带和使用带来不便。
发明内容
有鉴于此，有必要提供一种结构改进的电子装置，它将其内部的上述部件合理安装在电子装置内部的相应位置上，以充分利用电子装置内部的空间资源，进而使得电子装置的厚度减小。
本发明提供一种电子装置，包括一壳体、设置于该壳体内的一定位架、一显示屏以及一电池，该定位架包括一方形底板，该显示屏设置于该底板上，该底板开设有一通孔，该通孔的一条边伸出有一挡片，该挡片的底部与上述底板的顶部相持平，该电池固定设置于该定位架背部的通孔位置且与上述显示屏和挡片相抵持。
本发明提供的电子装置充分利用电子装置内部的空间资源，进而使得电子装置的厚度减小。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
参考图1至图3，电子装置100包括一壳体10、一定位架20、一显示屏30、一固定框40及一电池50。壳体10包括一本体11和一盖板12，该本体11开设有一腔体110，上述定位架20、显示屏30、固定框40及电池50设置于该腔体110内。所述盖板12覆盖腔体110。
定位架20包括一方形底板21及依次连接至该底板21侧端的第一支撑部22、第二支撑部23、第三支撑部24和第四支撑部25，其中该显示屏30设置于该底板21上且位于该多个支撑部之间。该底板21与第一支撑部22的连接处开设有一通孔26，该第一支撑部22对应该通孔26伸出有一水平延伸的挡片27，该挡片27的底部270与上述底板21的顶部210大致相持平。该底板21的底部还开设有多个固定孔28。
一并参考图4，固定框40形成有与上述通孔26相对应的一电池槽41，固定框40包括连接至其底部的一支撑板42及凸出于其侧壁的多个定位部43，电池50固定设置于该电池槽41内。电路板等其他必要部件（图中未示）则设置于显示屏30且与该电池50相平行的位置。该支撑板42的底部开设有一避位槽420，因此能够有利于电池50散热，且在电池50受热膨胀时提供空间。在本实施方式当中，电池50位于该支撑板42上且使用胶水固定于该电池槽41内。每一定位部43开设有与上述固定孔28对齐的一定位孔430，紧固件穿过该定位孔430后固定于固定孔28，进而将电池50固定至上述定位架20的通孔26处且与上述显示屏30和挡片27相抵持。在本实施方式当中，所述固定框40由塑胶材料制成。
本发明的电池50直接与上述显示屏30接触，因此能够有效地减少由于定位架20底板21的厚度，使得电子装置100的整体厚度更薄。同时，通过设置上述挡片27可以有效地保证固定电池50结构的强度。
尽管对本发明的优选实施方式进行了说明和描述，但是本领域的技术人员将领悟到，可以作出各种不同的变化和改进，这些都不超出本发明的真正范围。因此期望，本发明并不局限于所公开的作为实现本发明所设想的最佳模式的具体实施方式，本发明包括的所有实施方式都有所附权利要求书的保护范围内。

Claims (8)

1.一种电子装置，包括一壳体、设置于该壳体内的一定位架、一显示屏以及一电池，该定位架包括一方形底板，该显示屏设置于该底板上，其特征在于：该底板开设有一通孔，该通孔的一条边伸出有一挡片，该挡片的底部与上述底板的顶部相持平，该电池固定设置于该定位架背部的通孔位置且与上述显示屏和挡片相抵持。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子装置，其特征在于：所述壳体包括一本体和一盖板，该本体开设有一腔体，上述定位架、显示屏及电池设置于该腔体内，所述盖板覆盖该腔体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电子装置，其特征在于：该电子装置还包括固定连接至该定位架的底板上的一固定框，该固定框环绕形成一电池槽，上述电池固定设置于该电池槽内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电子装置，其特征在于：该固定框包括连接至其底部的一支撑板，上述电池位于该支撑板上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电子装置，其特征在于：该支撑板的底部开设有一避位槽。
6.根据权利要求4所述的电子装置，其特征在于：所述电池使用胶水固定于该电池槽的支撑板上。
7.根据权利要求3所述的电子装置，其特征在于：该固定框包括凸起其侧端的多个定位部，每一定位部开设有一定位孔，上述定位架的底板上对应开设有多个固定孔，紧固件穿过上述定位孔后固定于该屏蔽罩的固定孔内。
8.根据权利要求3所述的电子装置，其特征在于：所述固定框由塑胶材料制成。
