本发明提供了一种防火防老化胶管,其制作工艺包括配料工序,在所述配料工序中所用料,包括:防热老化剂,其重量比为2%;碳酸钙,其重量比为2%;氯磺化聚乙烯,其重量比为23%;氯化丁晴,其重量比为10%;氢氧化铝,其重量比为15%;铂金水,其重量比为3%;石英粉,其重量比为5%;碳黑,其重量比为24%,丁基橡胶,其重量比为20%。本发明通过DIN5510-2防火测试,烟雾试验已通过环保要求。绝缘电阻值不小于100MΩ,能在阳光、潮湿、高温条件下长时间使用不老化,能耐各种极性化学药品,且成本较低,满足了用户的使用需求,便于在产业上进行推广。

防火防老化胶管
技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶领域,特别是一种防火防老化胶管。 
背景技术
胶管是用以输送气体、液体、浆状或粒状物料的一类管状橡胶制品。由内外胶层和骨架层组成,骨架层的材料可用棉纤维、各种合成纤维、碳纤维或石棉、钢丝等。一般胶管的内外胶层材料采用天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶或顺丁橡胶;耐油胶管采用氯丁橡胶、丁腈橡胶;耐酸碱,耐高温胶管采用乙丙橡胶、氟橡胶或硅橡胶等。 
目前,橡胶管在各领域均有广泛应用,而现有市场上的橡胶管的耐热性能普遍不佳,在高温下使用容易导致过早老化,表面发裂发粘等问题,长时间表面出现掉块从而失去功能,导致耐热橡胶管废弃,不能满足用户的使用需求,鉴于此,本发明设计了一种防火防老化胶管。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防火防老化胶管,以满足用户的使用需求。 
为实现本发明的目的,本发明提供了一种防火防老化胶管,其制作工艺包括配料工序,在所述配料工序中所用料,包括:防热老化剂,其重量比为2%;碳酸钙,其重量比为2%;氯磺化聚乙烯,其重量比为23%;氯化丁晴,其重量比为10%;氢氧化铝,其重量比为15%;铂金水,其重量比为3%;石英粉,其重量比为5%;碳黑,其重量比为24%,丁基橡胶,其重量比为20%。 
本发明的有益效果为,与现有技术相比,本发明通过DIN5510-2防火测试,烟雾试验已通过环保要求。绝缘电阻值不小于100MΩ,能在阳光、潮湿、高温条件下长时间使用不老化,能耐各种极性化学药品,且成本较低,满足了用户的使用需求,便于在产业上进行推广。

本发明的制备工艺,包括如下工序: 
本发明中的胶管生产采取下述工艺:配料、密炼、混炼、压胶、挤出、硫化、截断、包装。 
本发明的有益效果为,现有技术相比,本发明通过DIN5510-2防火测试,烟雾试验已通过环保要求。绝缘电阻值不小于100MΩ,能在阳光、潮湿、高温条件下长时间使用不老化,能耐各种极性化学药品,且成本较低,满足了用户的使用需求,便于在产业上进行推广。
