本发明涉及一种射流泵,该射流泵包括箱体、离心泵和喷射器,所述喷射器安装在箱体的顶部,所述箱体的一侧上部设有溢流管,所述离心泵的入水口与箱体连通,所述离心泵的出水口与喷射器连通,所述喷射器上设有连通管,所述连通管穿出箱体后与流体源连接;所述喷射器包括依次连接的直管、缩管、喉管和扩散管,所述直管内设有喷嘴,所述直管上设有连通管;所述连通管包括金属管和贴覆于金属管内壁的陶瓷板,所述金属管和陶瓷板之间涂敷有树脂胶,所述金属管内壁上设有沉孔,所述陶瓷板上设有可插入相应沉孔的陶瓷柱,相邻陶瓷板的相向侧面制有相配的舌榫和榫槽。该射流泵可以提高射流泵中工作流体的流速,进而可以提高其工作效率。

一种射流泵
技术领域
本发明涉及一种射流泵,属于泵体技术领域。
背景技术
射流泵利用流体来传递能量和质量的真空获得装置,采用有一定压力的水流通过喷嘴射流喷出,由于喷射水流速特别高,将压力能转变为速度能,使吸气区压力降低产生真空,在大气压的作用下将物料带走。射流泵具有加工制作简单、运行安全、维修方便、效果较好等优点,可适应不同的工作环境和要求,甚至可直接抽吸高浓度腐蚀性液体,并可以应用于减少环境污染改善工作条件等方面,有着机械式、水环式真空泵不可比拟的优点。
但目前射流泵中用的输送管多为柔性软管,耐腐蚀性较差,不适合恶劣环境下的生产应用。
另外,喷射器是射流泵中的关键部件之一,主要由喷嘴、喉管、扩散管等组成。现有的喷射器通常呈文氏管结构,是把工作流体由粗变细,以加快工作流体流速,使工作流体在文氏管出口的后侧形成一个“真空”区。本发明的目的是进一步增加工作流体的流速,从而使该真空区的负压更低,提高工作效率。
发明内容
本发明要解决技术问题是:提供一种高效且耐腐蚀的射流泵,该射流泵可以减少连通管的更换周期,从而降低生产成本。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案是:一种射流泵,包括箱体、离心泵和喷射器,所述喷射器安装在箱体的顶部,所述箱体的一侧上部设有溢流管,所述离心泵的入水口与箱体连通,所述离心泵的出水口与喷射器连通;所述喷射器包括依次连接的直管、缩管、喉管和扩散管,所述直管内设有插入该直管并延伸至缩管的喷嘴,所述直管上设有连通管,所述连通管穿出箱体后与流体源连接;所述连通管包括金属管和贴覆于金属管内壁的陶瓷板,所述金属管和陶瓷板之间涂敷有树脂胶,所述金属管内壁上设有沉孔,所述陶瓷板上设有可插入相应沉孔的陶瓷柱,相邻陶瓷板的相向侧面制有相配的舌榫和榫槽;所述喷嘴包括依次连接的入口、收缩段和扩张段,所述扩张段离收缩段远处的口径较离收缩段近处的口径更大。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述陶瓷板的横截面为沿金属管径向逐渐向内收缩的梯形,相邻陶瓷板的侧面之间也涂敷有树脂胶。
上述技术方案的进一步改进是:所述陶瓷柱的外表面设有均匀的颗粒状凸起。
上述技术方案的进一步改进是:所述舌榫和榫槽均呈条状且贯穿陶瓷板的侧面。
作为优选方案,所述扩张段为锥形的空心圆管。进一步地,所述空心圆管的锥度为60-80度。
根据流体的连续性定理,当流体连续不断而稳定地流过一个粗细不等的管道时,由于管道中任何一部分的流体都不能中断或挤压起来,因此在同一时间内,流进任一切面的流体的质量和从另一切面流出的流体质量是相等的。另根据伯努利定理,流体在一个管道中流动时,流速大的地方压力小,流速小的地方压力大。当表面突出时,流管较细,流速加快,压力降低。
因此,当流体通过特定的扩张段时,在扩张段的边沿形成漩涡,此漩涡使扩张段出口附近形成低压区,流体就朝着低压区不断流入,可以得到很大的增速效果。本发明与文氏管结构的扩张器相比,流体的流速更快,扩张段出口后侧形成的“真空”区得到更低的负压,在大气的压力下可以使流体更快的输出到射流器的扩散管中,从而提高了射流泵的工作效率。
本发明在使用时,所述连通管与流体源(如水源)连通,喷射器在喷嘴出口后侧形成“真空”区,流体在大气压的作用下流向真空区,并与喷射器喷出的流体进行混合,然后从溢流管流出,从而实现流体的传输。
本发明由于将带有陶瓷柱的陶瓷板均匀插入到带有沉孔的金属管,同时金属管和陶瓷板之间涂敷有树脂胶,因此增加了金属管和陶瓷板之间的贴合能力,使本发明的连通管不容易脱落和损坏,提高了耐磨强度和使用寿命,能够有效地减少连通管的更换频率,从而降低了生产成本。由于陶瓷较金属更耐腐蚀,因而本发明通过避免金属与腐蚀性流体直接接触,提高了连通管的耐腐蚀性,进一步降低了连通管的更换频率,从而进一步降低了生产成本。另外,本发明可以利用陶瓷板表面光滑且容易制造的优点,减小液体在连通管内流动的阻力,提高生产了效率。

具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例的射流泵如图1和图2所示,包括箱体1、离心泵3和喷射器4,喷射器4安装在箱体1的顶部,箱体1的一侧上部设有溢流管5,离心泵3的入水口与箱体1连通,离心泵3的出水口与喷射器4连通;喷射器4上设有连通管6,连通管6穿出箱体1后与流体源连接;连通管6包括金属管6-1和贴覆于金属管6-1内壁的陶瓷板6-2,金属管6-1内壁上设有沉孔,陶瓷板6-2上设有可插入相应沉孔的陶瓷柱6-3,金属管6-1和陶瓷板6-2之间涂敷有树脂胶,相邻陶瓷板6-2的相向侧面制有相配的舌榫和榫槽。本实施例中舌榫和榫槽均呈条状且贯穿陶瓷板的侧面,树脂胶可以采用环氧树脂胶。
如图3所示,本实施例中喷射器4包括依次连接的直管4-1、缩管4-2、喉管4-3和扩散管4-4,直管4-1内设有插入该直管4-1并延伸至缩管4-2的喷嘴,直管4-1上设有与流体源连接的连通管6;喷嘴包括依次连接的入口4-6、收缩段4-7和扩张段4-8,扩张段4-8离收缩段4-7远处的口径较离收缩段4-7近处的口径更大。
本实施例中扩张段4-8为锥形的空心圆管,空心圆管的锥度为70度。当然空心圆管的锥度可以选择60-80度之间的任意值。
本实施例中,陶瓷板6-2的横截面为沿金属管6-1径向逐渐向内收缩的梯形,相邻陶瓷板6-2的侧面之间也涂敷有树脂胶,陶瓷柱6-3的外表面设有均匀的颗粒状凸起。颗粒状凸起可以增加陶瓷板6-2和金属管6-1的结合力,进一步防止陶瓷板6-2从金属管6-1上脱落。
本实施例中箱体1内还可以设置竖直的隔离板2,溢流管5和喷射器4分居隔离板2的两侧,离心泵3的入水口与溢流管5位于隔离板2的相同侧。这样可以避免喷射器4喷出的高速水流引起的水面波动影响离心泵3的平稳运转。
本发明不局限于上述实施例所述的具体技术方案,除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均为本发明要求的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1. 一种射流泵,包括箱体、离心泵和喷射器,所述喷射器安装在箱体的顶部,所述箱体的一侧上部设有溢流管,所述离心泵的入水口与箱体连通,所述离心泵的出水口与喷射器连通;所述喷射器包括依次连接的直管、缩管、喉管和扩散管,所述直管内设有插入该直管并延伸至缩管的喷嘴,所述直管上设有连通管,所述连通管穿出箱体后与流体源连接;其特征在于:所述连通管包括金属管和贴覆于金属管内壁的陶瓷板,所述金属管和陶瓷板之间涂敷有树脂胶,所述金属管内壁上设有沉孔,所述陶瓷板上设有可插入相应沉孔的陶瓷柱,相邻陶瓷板的相向侧面制有相配的舌榫和榫槽;所述喷嘴包括依次连接的入口、收缩段和扩张段,所述扩张段离收缩段远处的口径较离收缩段近处的口径更大。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的射流泵,其特征在于:所述陶瓷板的横截面为沿金属管径向逐渐向内收缩的梯形,相邻陶瓷板的侧面之间也涂敷有树脂胶。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的射流泵,其特征在于:所述陶瓷柱的外表面设有均匀的颗粒状凸起。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的射流泵,其特征在于:所述舌榫和榫槽均呈条状且贯穿陶瓷板的侧面。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的射流泵,其特征在于:所述扩张段为锥形的空心圆管。
6. 根据权利要求5所述的射流泵,其特征在于:所述空心圆管的锥度为60-80度。
