本发明属于下水管道修理技术领域,具体涉及一种修理下水道的方法。本发明主要解决管道修理时无法控制管箍和伸缩节的接触面,致使一边多一边少的问题。本发明一种修理下水道的方法包括以下步骤:(1)先拿管箍或伸缩节在被修理的管子上比量,估计管子伸进管箍和或伸缩节一半的地方用铅笔在被修理的管道上做个标记;(2)再把市面上现有的管箍和或伸缩节用钢锯条顺着管箍和或伸缩节的内壁把中间分界的棱条锯掉,用砂纸沿内壁打磨平整,使管箍和或伸缩节的内经大于被修理的管道;(3)然后步骤(2)的管箍和或伸缩节分别套在被修理的管道上,抹上胶水,顺着管道移动管箍和或伸缩节,刚好露出事先做的标记,待胶水凝固即可。

本发明属于下水管道修理技术领域,具体涉及一种修理下水道的方法。
背景技术
目前PVC管材广泛应用于建筑界的排水设施,这种材料安装方便快捷,但容易损坏。工人师傅安装新下水道的时候,市场上有现成管子和管件,在延长管子时要用管箍或伸缩节,这种管箍或伸缩节中间都有一条分界的棱条,这样在安装管道的时候可以保证被接的管道两个接触面平均插入,不会出现一边多一边少的现象,这种管箍和伸缩节在新安装管道时使用较好。但是在修理下水管道的时候,这种管箍和伸缩节就不好用了。因为在修理下水管道的时候,被修理的管道两端都已经固定在建筑物里无法移动,即使使劲掰也只有幅度很小的角度偏差很难修理。经常出现管子伸进管箍和伸缩节的接触面不相等,一边多一边少。
发明内容
本发明主要针对管道修理时无法控制管箍和伸缩节的接触面,致使一边多一边少的问题,提供一种修理下水道的方法。
本发明为解决上述问题而采取的技术方案为:
一种修理下水道的方法,其特征是包括以下步骤:
(1)先拿管箍或伸缩节在被修理的管子上比量,估计管子伸进管箍和或伸缩节一半的地方用铅笔在被修理的管道上做个标记;
(2)再把市面上现有的管箍和或伸缩节用钢锯条顺着管箍和或伸缩节的内壁把中间分界的棱条锯掉,用砂纸沿内壁打磨平整,使管箍和或伸缩节的内经大于被修理的管道;
(3)然后步骤(2)的管箍和或伸缩节分别套在被修理的管道上,抹上胶水,顺着管道移动管箍和或伸缩节,刚好露出事先做的标记,待胶水凝固即可。
本发明采用上述技术方案,使用时先拿管箍或伸缩节在被接的管子上比量,估计管子伸进管箍和伸缩节一半的地方用铅笔在被接的管子上做个标记,这样可以保证管子伸进管箍和伸缩节的接触面相等,不会一边多一边少;把市面上现有的管箍和伸缩节用钢锯条顺着管箍和伸缩节的内壁把中间分界的棱条锯掉,再用砂纸沿内壁打磨平整,使管箍和伸缩节的内经稍大于被接的管子,保证管箍和伸缩节能够套在被接的管子上活动,但内经不能太大。在建筑物热胀冷缩不太大的时候可以用两个这样的管箍,如果建筑物热胀冷缩太厉害的时候就用一个管箍和一个伸缩节,这样可以防止管道因为热胀冷缩被拉开或压坏。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种修理下水道的方法包括以下步骤:
(1)先拿管箍或伸缩节在被修理的管子上比量,估计管子伸进管箍和伸缩节一半的地方用铅笔在被修理的管道上做个标记;
(2)再把市面上现有的管箍和伸缩节用钢锯条顺着管箍和或伸缩节的内壁把中间分界的棱条锯掉,用砂纸沿内壁打磨平整,使管箍和伸缩节的内经大于被修理的管道;
(3)然后步骤(2)的管箍和伸缩节分别套在被修理的管道上,抹上胶水,顺着管道移动管箍和或伸缩节,刚好露出事先做的标记,待胶水凝固即可。

(1)先拿管箍或伸缩节在被修理的管道上比量,估计管子伸进管箍和伸缩节一半的地方用铅笔在被修理的管道上做个标记;
(2)再把市面上现有的管箍和伸缩节用钢锯条顺着管箍和伸缩节的内壁把中间分界的棱条锯掉,用砂纸沿内壁打磨平整,使管箍和伸缩节的内径大于被修理的管道;
(3)然后步骤(2)的管箍和伸缩节分别套在被修理的管道上,抹上胶水,顺着管道移动管箍和伸缩节,刚好露出事先做的标记,待胶水凝固即可。
