Abstract

发明涉及一种拼接型医用接骨板,目的在于通过将接骨板设计为拼接型,根据骨折的部位及长度选择不同的拼接接骨板单元,拼接后达到接骨板长度及类型任意调整的作用。

一种拼接型医用接骨板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种拼接型医用接骨板。 
背景技术
目前接骨板固定治疗是目前治疗骨折的主要治疗方法之一。但因骨折类型多样,特别是粉碎骨折部位过长,骨折过碎时,累及整个骨干时,很难找到适宜长度及类型的接骨板固定。现在临床多采用定制接骨板的方法,但该方法有周期长,费用高等缺点。 
发明内容
本发明目的在于通过将接骨板设计为拼接型,根据骨折的部位及长度选择不同的拼接接骨板单元,拼接后达到接骨板长度及类型任意调整的作用。 
本发明的技术方案如下 
接骨板拼接部为拼接单元(1、2)相互嵌插,同时用拼接单元有一个及以上相应的拼接孔,内可用螺钉(3)将上下两个拼接单元固定。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,接骨板拼接部为拼接单元(1、2)相互嵌插,为保证接骨板单元能相互嵌插,增加稳定性,拼接单元侧方剖面的角度(4)应小于90度。接骨单元拼接完毕后用螺钉(3)固定。为增加拼接连接部位(5)的摩擦力,上下拼接单元可为相互咬合的齿状结构。如图2所示,为适应需固定骨的弧度变化,拼接部位的连接角度(7)可为非90度,使形成一定的前弧弧度(6),如骨折部位为股骨干等。连接单元(1、2)的螺钉孔(8)可为锁定型螺钉孔,也可为限制及加压型螺钉孔。 

Claims (8)

1.一种拼接型医用接骨板,其特征为接骨板可通过拼接单元(1、2)的选择实现接骨板的长度及类型任意选择。 
2.权利请求1所述的拼接单元(1、2)用一枚及以上螺钉(3)固定。 
3.权利请求2所述的接骨板拼接单元(1、2)相互嵌插,为保证接骨板单元能相互嵌插,增加稳定性,拼接单元侧方剖面的角度(4)应小于90度。 
4.权利请求1所述的接骨板,为增加拼接连接部位(5)的摩擦力,上下拼接单元可为相互咬合的齿状结构。 
5.权利请求1所述的接骨板为适应需固定骨的弧度变化,拼接部位的连接角度(7)可为非90度,使形成一定的前弧弧度(6),如骨折部位为股骨干等。 
6.权利请求1所述的拼接单元,可根据骨折的不同部位(如股骨、胫骨、腓骨、肱骨、尺骨、桡骨、指骨等)设计为不同的大小及长度。 
7.权利要求一所属的拼接单元可为各骨的形态的表面解剖结构(如股骨、胫骨、腓骨、肱骨、尺骨、桡骨、指骨等近远端结构)。 
8.权利请求一所述的连接单元(1、2)可为锁定型螺钉孔(8),也可为限制及加压型螺钉孔。
