Abstract

本发明公开一种枇杷核挥发油保健抗氧化剂,以重量份计其组分为:枇杷核挥发油30~50份,维生素C10~20份,维生素E10~20份,氨基酸10~20份,蜂蜜5~10份,枸杞5~10份。抗氧剂采用天然复合配方,安全健康、配方合理,有效清除自由基,补充营养。本发明还公开了枇杷核挥发油抗氧化剂的制备方法,方法简单、易于生产。

一种枇杷核挥发油保健抗氧化剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健用品及其制备方法,具体涉及一种枇杷核挥发油保健抗氧化剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代医学研究表明,人体内会自动产生抗氧化剂,如脂溶性的维生素E、水溶性的维生素C、辅酶、硫辛酸、谷胱甘肽和超氧化物歧化酶,从而清除可加速人体老化及致病的自由基,但是人体细胞中的DNA每天都要受到氧化攻击大约可达一万次,单靠的人体内自动产生的抗氧化剂不可能达到理想的效果,也无法满足如今人们“崇尚健康、永葆青春”的理念。
枇杷核为枇杷的种子,其性味苦、寒、平,枇杷核含有淀粉、苦杏仁甙、氨基酸、黄酮、脂肪酸等成分。枇杷核挥发油具有抗癌、消炎、清除羟自由基和调节免疫功能,然而目前枇杷挥发油基本还没有开发及应用相关领域,尤其是保健抗氧化方面。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种安全、有效、优质的枇杷核挥发油保健抗氧护剂。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种枇杷核挥发油保健抗氧化剂,以重量份计其组分为:枇杷核挥发油30~50份,维生素C10~20份,维生素E10~20份,氨基酸10~20份,蜂蜜5~10份,枸杞5~10份。
作为优选成分,枇杷核挥发油保健抗氧化剂,以重量份计其组分为:枇杷核挥发油35~45份,维生素C12~18份,维生素E12~18份,氨基酸12~18份,蜂蜜6~9份,枸杞6~9份。
作为优选成分,枇杷核挥发油保健抗氧化剂,以重量份计其组分为:枇杷核挥发油38~42份,维生素C14~16份,维生素E14~16份,氨基酸14~16份,蜂蜜7~8份,枸杞7~8份。
作为较佳成分,枇杷核挥发油保健抗氧化剂,以重量份计其组分为:枇杷核挥发油40份,维生素C15份,维生素E15份,氨基酸15份,蜂蜜7份,枸杞8份。
枇杷核挥发油保健抗氧化剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量比称取各组分后,将枇杷核挥发油、维生素E混合均匀成混合油液,维生素C、氨基酸、蜂蜜混合均匀成混合溶液,备用;
(2)将枸杞放入粉碎机粉碎成枸杞粉末,过20~40目的筛;
(3)将经过目筛的枸杞粉末、混合油液和混合溶液放入水域加热,冷却至室温后,高温消毒灭菌,进一步制作成口服药。
作为制备方法的优选技术方案,为了保证枸杞粉末的细腻,枸杞粉末过20目筛。
作为制备方法的优选技术方案,为了保证枸杞粉末充分溶于混合液体,水域加热的温度为120℃。
作为制备方法的优选技术方案,为了保证抗氧化剂的安全及健康有效,高温消毒的温度为180℃。
作为制备方法的优选技术方案,为了满足多种需要,制成的口服药可以是粉剂、胶囊剂、冲剂、片剂、丸剂、饮料剂、口服液等任何一种药剂学上所说的口服剂型中的一种。
本发明具有的优点是:抗氧剂采用天然复合配方,安全健康、配方合理,有效清除自由基,从而延迟老化;含有维生素、维生素E、氨基酸,不仅增加抗氧化能力,还可补充营养;抗氧化剂的制备方法简单、易于生产。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步地说明。
实施例1
首先,按照以下各组分称取原料:枇杷核挥发油30份,维生素C20份,维生素E20份,氨基酸20份,蜂蜜5份,枸杞5份。
然后,制备抗氧化剂,包括以下步骤:(1)将枇杷核挥发油、维生素E混合均匀成混合油液,维生素C、氨基酸、蜂蜜混合均匀成混合溶液,备用;(2)将枸杞放入粉碎机粉碎成枸杞粉末,过30目的筛;(3)将经过目筛的枸杞粉末、混合油液和混合溶液放入水域加热120℃,冷却至室温后,高温180℃消毒灭菌,进一步制作成胶囊剂。
实施例2
首先,按照以下各组分称取原料:枇杷核挥发油40份,维生素C15份,维生素E15份,氨基酸15份,蜂蜜7份,枸杞8份。
然后,制备抗氧化剂,包括以下步骤:(1)将枇杷核挥发油、维生素E混合均匀成混合油液,维生素C、氨基酸、蜂蜜混合均匀成混合溶液,备用;(2)将枸杞放入粉碎机粉碎成枸杞粉末,过20目的筛;(3)将经过目筛的枸杞粉末、混合油液和混合溶液放入水域加热120℃,冷却至室温后,高温180℃消毒灭菌,进一步制作成粉剂。
实施例3
首先,按照以下各组分称取原料:枇杷核挥发油50份,维生素C10份,维生素E10份,氨基酸10份,蜂蜜10份,枸杞10份。
然后,制备抗氧化剂,包括以下步骤:(1)将枇杷核挥发油、维生素E混合均匀成混合油液,维生素C、氨基酸、蜂蜜混合均匀成混合溶液,备用;(2)将枸杞放入粉碎机粉碎成枸杞粉末,过40目的筛;(3)将经过目筛的枸杞粉末、混合油液和混合溶液放入水域加热120℃,冷却至室温后,高温180℃消毒灭菌,进一步制作成冲。
应当指出,以上案例仅是本发明有代表性的例子。显然,本发明的技术方案并不限于上述实施例,还可以有许多变性。

1.一种枇杷核挥发油保健抗氧化剂,其特征在于,以重量份计其组分为:枇杷核挥发油30~50份,维生素C10~20份,维生素E10~20份,氨基酸10~20份,蜂蜜5~10份,枸杞5~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种枇杷核挥发油保健抗氧化剂,其特征在于,以重量份计其组分为:枇杷核挥发油35~45份,维生素C12~18份,维生素E12~18份,氨基酸12~18份,蜂蜜6~9份,枸杞6~9份。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种枇杷核挥发油保健抗氧化剂,其特征在于,以重量份计其组分为:枇杷核挥发油38~42份,维生素C14~16份,维生素E14~16份,氨基酸14~16份,蜂蜜7~8份,枸杞7~8份。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种枇杷核挥发油保健抗氧化剂,其特征在于,以重量份计其组分为:枇杷核挥发油40份,维生素C15份,维生素E15份,氨基酸15份,蜂蜜7份,枸杞8份。
5.权利要求1~4任意一项所述一种枇杷核挥发油保健抗氧化剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量比称取各组分后,将枇杷核挥发油、维生素C、维生素E、氨基酸、蜂蜜混合均匀均匀成混合液体,备用;
(2)将枸杞放入粉碎机粉碎成枸杞粉末,过20~40目的筛;
(3)将经过目筛的枸杞粉末加入混合液体,混合均匀后水域加热,冷却至室温后,高温消毒灭菌,进一步制作成口服药。
6.根据权利要求5所述一种枇杷核挥发油保健抗氧化剂的制备方法,其特征在于:枸杞粉末过20目筛。
7.根据权利要求5所述一种枇杷核挥发油保健抗氧化剂的制备方法,其特征在于:水域加热的温度为120℃。
8.根据权利要求5所述一种枇杷核挥发油保健抗氧化剂的制备方法,其特征在于:高温消毒的温度为180℃。
9.根据权利要求5所述一种枇杷核挥发油保健抗氧化剂的制备方法,其特征在于:制成的口服药是粉剂、胶囊剂、冲剂、片剂、丸剂、饮料剂、口服液中的一种。
