技术领域
本发明涉及工矿开采领域，具体地说是一种石油和矿井管道平行直连扣，适用于矿井及地表液态、气态物质的输送。
背景技术
现在对于液态、气态输送管道之间的连接通常采用如下方法：管体两头加工外螺纹，再用带内螺纹的接头连接，或者采用焊接方式。上述方法在使用现场需要较复杂的专业工具才能成功对接，而且因为有接头所以增加了物质在管内的阻力，在使用过程中受到诸多限制。在连接性和密封性方面存在拉伸力低，密封性不强易造成管体泄露和脱焊断裂等现象。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种石油和矿井管道平行直连扣，该装置连接可靠、密封性好，减少了物质在管内的阻力和原有加工接头连接的复杂程度和成本。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：一种石油和矿井管道平行直连扣，包括第一管体和第二管体，所述第一管体的端部依次设有内螺纹、圆柱面、圆弧面和台阶面，所述第二管体的端部依次设有与第一管体相配合的台阶面、圆弧面、圆柱面和外螺纹。
进一步的技术方案是：所述的内螺纹和外螺纹均为平行圆螺纹。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下有益效果：
1、采用管体两端加工公扣与母扣使其两管直接平滑过渡，减少了物质在管内的阻力和原有加工接头连接的复杂程度和成本；
2、通过加入圆螺纹、密封台阶面和圆弧面使其密封性能得到提高；
3、作业现场在不需要太多复杂工具的情况下实现管体连接的装卸工作。

下面结合说明书附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述：
一种石油和矿井管道平行直连扣，包括第一管体和第二管体，所述第一管体的端部依次设有内螺纹、圆柱面3、圆弧面2和台阶面1，所述第二管体的端部依次设有与第一管体相配合的台阶面、圆弧面、圆柱面和外螺纹；所述的内螺纹和外螺纹均为平行圆螺纹4。
如图1所示，图1中打有剖面线的部分对应的结构为第一管体，图1中空白部分对应的结构为第二管体。
本发明采用管体两端加工公扣与母扣使其两管直接平滑过渡，减少了物质在管内的阻力和原有加工接头连接的复杂程度和成本，通过加入圆螺纹、密封台阶面和圆弧面使其密封性得到提高，作业现场在不需要太多复杂工具的情况下实现管体连接的装卸工作。
