本发明公开了一种锂离子电池排气用单向阀,所述单向阀包括阀体、阀芯以及下排气通道、上排气通道,所述阀体的下部设置有下排气通道,其上部设置有上排气通道,所述下排气通道与上排气通道通过透气孔相通,所述上排气通道内设置有阀芯,所述阀芯底面为球面,所述下排气通道的底面为与所述阀芯底面球面相配合结构的球面。本发明通过设置排气通道以及阀芯结构,在排气过程安装在电池排气孔上,由于气体在此本发明内只能单向流动,因此可将电池中的气体排出,同时阻止空气中的水分进入电池内部,从而排气工序可在普通环境中进行,无需建造专用干燥间,即降低了初期厂房投资又节约了大量的运营能耗,有效地降低了电池生产成本。

Description

一种锂离子电池排气用单向阀
技术领域
本发明涉及锂离子电池制造技术领域,特别地涉及一种锂离子电池排气用单向阀。
背景技术
锂离子电池在生产过程中需要进行排气,而在排气的过程中又必须防止空气中的水分进入电池内部。为了解决上述问题,传统的生产方式是建造一个露点很低的干燥间,除去干燥间内空气中的水分,然后将排气设备放置在干燥间中,确保排气工序是在低水分的环境中进行,该生产方式为保证环境干燥需要配备大量的干燥机组,能耗非常大,从而带来电池成本的上升和能源消耗的增大。
鉴于此,本发明提出了一种结构简单、成本较低的锂离子电池排气用单向阀,以满足用户的使用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种锂离子电池排气用单向阀,以解决上述采用干燥机组所带来的能耗非常大,进而带来电池成本的上升和能源消耗的增大的问题。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供了一种锂离子电池排气用单向阀,所述单向阀包括阀体、阀芯以及下排气通道、上排气通道,所述阀体的下部设置有下排气通道,其上部设置有上排气通道,所述下排气通道与上排气通道通过透气孔相通,所述上排气通道内设置有阀芯,所述阀芯底面为球面,所述下排气通道的底面为与所述阀芯底面球面相配合结构的球面,非排气状态时,所述阀芯底面球面密封住所述透气孔,排气状态时,所述下排气通道的气体压强足够大时,所述阀芯移动,所述下排气通道内的气体通过所述透气孔排往所述上排气通道;所述阀体的下端面固定于所述锂离子电池的排气孔上方。
进一步地,所述上排气通道的侧壁包括倒置的圆锥面,所述圆锥面的底部与所述下排气通道的底面一体。
本发明,与现有技术相比,通过设置排气通道以及阀芯结构,在排气过程安装在电池排气孔上,由于气体在此本发明内只能单向流动,因此可将电池中的气体排出,同时阻止空气中的水分进入电池内部,从而排气工序可在普通环境中进行,无需建造专用干燥间,即降低了初期厂房投资又节约了大量的运营能耗,有效地降低了电池生产成本。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解为此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种锂离子电池排气用单向阀,所述单向阀包括阀体、阀芯以及下排气通道、上排气通道,所述阀体的下部设置有下排气通道,其上部设置有上排气通道,所述下排气通道与上排气通道通过透气孔相通,所述上排气通道内设置有阀芯,所述阀芯底面为球面,所述下排气通道的底面为与所述阀芯底面球面相配合结构的球面,非排气状态时,所述阀芯底面球面密封住所述透气孔,排气状态时,所述下排气通道的气体压强足够大时,所述阀芯移动,所述下排气通道内的气体通过所述透气孔排往所述上排气通道;所述阀体的下端面固定于所述锂离子电池的排气孔上方。
优选地,所述上排气通道的侧壁包括倒置的圆锥面,所述圆锥面的底部与所述下排气通道的底面一体。
工作原理:本发明主要包括阀芯、气体通道和阀体三个部分组成。气体通道被透气孔隔成了上排气通道和下排气通道,使用时,本发明竖直安装在电池排气孔上方,在重力的作用下阀芯一直堵塞着下排气通道,阻止水分进入电池内部,当排气工序开始,电池内部产生气体时,电池内压力升高,当电池内压力与大气压差大于阀芯重力时,阀芯上移气体通道被打开,下排气通道和上排气通道连通,电池内气体排出,同时电池内压力下降,阀芯又重新堵塞透气孔,阻止水分进入电池内部。如此循环,在排气工序结束时,电池内产生的气体全部从电池内排出,而水分始终无法进入电池内部。
本发明,与现有技术相比,通过设置排气通道以及阀芯结构,在排气过程安装在电池排气孔上,由于气体在此本发明内只能单向流动,因此可将电池中的气体排出,同时阻止空气中的水分进入电池内部,从而排气工序可在普通环境中进行,无需建造专用干燥间,即降低了初期厂房投资又节约了大量的运营能耗,又有效地降低了电池生产成本。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种锂离子电池排气用单向阀,其特征在于,所述单向阀包括阀体、阀芯以及下排气通道、上排气通道,所述阀体的下部设置有下排气通道,其上部设置有上排气通道,所述下排气通道与上排气通道通过透气孔相通,所述上排气通道内设置有阀芯,所述阀芯底面为球面,所述下排气通道的底面为与所述阀芯底面球面相配合结构的球面,非排气状态时,所述阀芯底面球面密封住所述透气孔,排气状态时,所述下排气通道的气体压强足够大时,所述阀芯移动,所述下排气通道内的气体通过所述透气孔排往所述上排气通道;所述阀体的下端面固定于所述锂离子电池的排气孔上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锂离子电池排气用单向阀,其特征在于,所述上排气通道的侧壁包括倒置的圆锥面,所述圆锥面的底部与所述下排气通道的底面一体。
