Abstract

本发明涉及一种风能设备。
背景技术
风能设备在塔的下部区域中或者围绕塔典型地具有带有变频器的配电柜以及变压器。配电柜和变压器必须具有相应的防火保护装置。
德国专利商标局已经在作为优先权基础的申请中对文献DE 103 10 036A1进行了检索。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是:提供一种具有改进的防火保护的风能设备。
该目的通过一种风能设备来实现,其具有:塔,所述塔具有至少一个下部的塔区段,预先制成的防火保护模块,所述防火保护模块容纳变压器并且用来限制在所述防火保护模块中出现的火,其中所述防火保护模块安置在所述下部的塔区段之内,其中所述防火保护模块呈混凝土成品件的形式,其中所述防火保护模块能够与所述变压器一起运输,所述防火保护模块具有用于在运输期间保护所述变压器的运输保护系统。
因此提供一种具有塔的风能设备,所述塔具有至少一个下部的塔区段和预先制成的用于防火地容纳变压器的防火保护模块。防火保护模块安置在下部的塔区段之内。
防火保护模块用于将出现在模块中的火至少暂时地限制在模块之内。因此能够实现模块至少暂时地与风能设备的其余部分热退耦。
根据本发明的一个方面,防火保护模块具有用于工作人员的第一开口和用于更换变压器的第二开口。
根据本发明的另一方面,防火保护模块具有用于电母线系统和/或电缆的至少一个防火保护封闭件。
根据本发明的另一方面,防火保护模块具有用于更换变压器的变压器运输轨道系统。
根据本发明的另一方面,防火保护模块具有用于在运输期间保护变压器的运输保护系统。
防火保护模块优选由混凝土制成并且优选制造为混凝土成品件。
因此风能设备设有塔,其中在塔的区域中设有预先制成的用于容纳变压器的防火保护模块,其中模块中的开口或者门能够被封闭,使得能够保证所需要的防火保护。
模块特别是设计为防火保护模块并且用于容纳变压器。变压器具有大于1000伏的输出电压、即中压。防火保护模块可选择地具有两个门,所述门受到防火保护。门此外可选择地能够是压力安全的,使得其在发生爆炸的情况下仍保持在防火保护模块的内部中。防火保护模块优选与变压器一起在工厂中预先制成并且作为一个单元被运输到安装地点。防火保护模块优选具有用于维修人员的门和用于更换变压器的门。在防火保护模块中能够设有用于更换变压器的轨道系统。轨道系统能够具有变压器运输保护装置,所述变压器运输保护装置在运输防火保护模块时被激活。防火保护模块可选地在变压器之下能够具有油槽。
除了变压器或者替选于变压器,功率电子单元能够设置在防火保护模块中。

具体实施方式
图1示出具有(带有下部的塔区段102a的)塔102和吊舱104的风能设备100。在吊舱104上设置有具有例如三个转子叶片108和导流罩110的转子106。转子106在运行中通过风置于旋转运动从而驱动吊舱104中的电发电机,以便产生电能。具有下部的塔区段102a的塔102立于地基200上。
图2A至2D示出根据第一个实施例的风能设备的塔的下部区段的不同的示意图。风能设备100的塔102的下部的塔区段102a设置在(混泥土)地基200上。下部的塔区段102a能够具有第一和第二门102b、102c以及线缆10和爬梯20。在下部的塔区段102a的内部中能够设有防火保护模块300。在防火保护模块300的顶盖上能够设有不同的配电柜400。配电柜400能够具有至少一个变频器以及其它的功率电子单元。
在图2D中示出风能设备的下部的塔区段的立体视图。风能设备的塔的下部区段102a设置在地基200上并且具有第一和第二门102b、102c。在下部的塔区段102a的内部中设有防火保护模块300。在防火保护模块的顶盖上能够设有具有变频器和其它的功率电子单元的配电柜400。
图3示出根据第二实施例的防火保护模块的示意图。防火保护模块300具有第一和第二门320、330。第一门320能够用于更换位于防火保护模块300中的变压器。第二门330能够由维修人员使用以用于进入防火保护模块300中的开关设备。防火保护模块300可选地在其底部上具有变压器引导轨道350、导向辊370以及变压器运输保护装置360。此外,在防火保护模块的壁中设有多个防火保护封闭件390。所述防火保护封闭件390用于:在防火保护模块300的内部和外部之间设有电连接。变压器引导轨道350用于使变压器能够沿着轨道运动例如以用于更换。变压器运输保护装置360仅须在运输防火保护模块300时固定在变压器500上。
图4示出根据本发明的第二实施例的防火保护模块300连同变压器500一起的示意图。变压器500安置在轨道350上。变压器500具有多个电接口510,所述电接口分别与母线系统700的第一端710电耦联。
在防火保护模块300之内设有第一和第二门320、330,其中变压器500能够通过第一门320拆除或者运走。
图5示出具有根据第三实施例的防火保护模块的风能设备的塔的下端的剖面图,所述第三实施例能够基于第一或者第二实施例。下部的塔区段102的下端102a安置在地基200上。在下部的塔区段102a中设有两个开口102e和102f。第一开口102f用于能够运走变压器500,并且第二开口102e用于维修人员的进入。防火保护模块300能够安置在地基200的上端210上。防火保护模块300能够具有第一和第二门320、330、变压器引导轨道350、导向辊370并且可选地具有变压器防滚动装置375。变压器500安置在轨道系统350上。在运输期间,变压器能够经由变压器保护装置360保持。
可选地,变压器防滚动装置375(除了在运输的情况下)固定地安装。借助于导向辊370和相应的绳索,变压器能够被牵拉到防火保护模块的内部中。
在防火保护模块300中同样设有开关设备600。
防火保护模块300可选地能够具有风扇800,所述风扇抽吸送入的空气以用于冷却变压器并且再次输出热空气。
图6示出根据第三实施例的防火保护模块300的另一剖面图。在防火保护模块的底部上设有轨道系统350,所述轨道系统能够容纳变压器500的辊子520。在变压器500的上侧上设有电接口510,所述电接口用于与母线700电耦联。母线700因此从防火保护模块导出。
防火保护封闭件340、390用于从防火保护模块的内部中向外引导电缆和/或电母线系统700。在此防火保护封闭件340、390设计为,使得所述防火保护封闭件能够至少暂时地在防火保护模块的内部区域和外部区域之间提供热退耦。这通过如下方式实现:由隔热材料制成的防火保护铸件391设置在防火保护封闭件390的区域中。防火保护铸件391的材料围绕电缆和/或电母线系统700、701并且密封防火保护封闭件390。因此防火保护铸件391围绕引导穿过防火保护封闭件390的母线系统的部段701。母线702的部段702在防火保护模块之上或之外伸出。彼此隔开的母线701在部段703中共同被引导或者彼此贴靠。
防火保护铸件的材料例如能够是Flammadur 430。
可选地,除了两个开口102e和102f之外在塔壁部中还能够设有另一开口。在所述另一开口和防火保护模块之间能够设有通风通道。该通道以及该另一开口特别是用于:将例如由于爆炸而在防火保护模块中产生的过压向外导出。优选所述另一开口的高度例如至少位于底部之上三米的高度中。因此能够保证,即使人员位于所述另一开口的附近,该人员也不会因突然从所述另一开口中排出的气体而受伤。因此能够进一步改进防火保护模块的安全性。
此外在防火保护模块之内可选地能够设有灭火单元。该灭火单元能够用于熄灭在防火保护模块之内产生的火灾。
Claims (5)
1.一种风能设备,具有
塔(102),所述塔具有至少一个下部的塔区段(102a),
预先制成的防火保护模块(300),所述防火保护模块容纳变压器(500)并且用来限制在所述防火保护模块(300)中出现的火,
其中所述防火保护模块(300)安置在所述下部的塔区段(102b)之内,
其中所述防火保护模块(300)呈混凝土成品件的形式,其中所述防火保护模块(300)能够与所述变压器(500)一起运输,
其中所述防火保护模块(300)具有用于在运输期间保护所述变压器(500)的运输保护系统(360,375)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的风能设备,其中
所述防火保护模块(300)具有用于更换所述变压器(500)的第一开口(320)和用于维修人员的第二开口(330)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的风能设备,其中
所述防火保护模块(300)具有至少一个用于电母线系统和电缆中的至少一个的防火保护封闭件(390)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的风能设备,其中
所述防火保护模块(300)具有变压器运输轨道系统(350)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的风能设备,其中
所述电母线系统(700)和所述电缆中的至少一个引导穿过所述防火保护封闭件(390)并且所述防火保护封闭件(340,390)具有由隔热材料制成的防火保护铸件(391)用于至少暂时地热隔离。
