本发明公开了一种基于注塑的聚氯酯保温抗菌管,包括内层塑料管和外层塑料管,所述内层塑料管和外层塑料管之间设有聚氨酯保温层;所述的内层塑料管注塑成型,中间设有隔断,隔断上开流道孔,流道孔内嵌入有铜管,铜管表面设有镀银的碳管。本发明通过内层塑料管和外层塑料管之间设置聚氨酯保温层,实现良好的保温效果,而通过注塑形成的隔断结构,由铜管表面设置镀银的碳管结构达到了长期抗菌的技术目的。

基于注塑的聚氨酯保温抗菌管
技术领域
本发明涉及一种保温管,尤其涉及基于注塑的聚氨酯保温抗菌管。
背景技术
目前保温管主要用于液体、气体及其他介质的输送,特别在生活、饮用热水的输送过程中往往存在管道内细菌的二次污染,传统对于二次污染较为先进的处理方法是管道的制造材料中加入抗菌成分,该种做发不仅制造成本高,而且抗菌成分随着使用会不断流失,导致抗菌性能下降。另外传统的保温管均采用挤出成型工艺成型,该种工艺虽然适合大批量的管道生产但是管道内部结构单一,对于抗菌等细化要求缺乏应变手段。
传统的保温管大都采用发泡橡胶材料进行保温,该种保温过程由于橡胶材料具有的高吸水率往往导致管道内的水流渗出导致橡胶材料湿度较大,形成了穿“湿棉袄”的技术效果,导致了保温效果的降低,如何提高保温管的保温效果也是本领域技术人员研究的对象。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种结构简单、保温性能好、抗菌持久的基于注塑的聚氨酯保温抗菌管。
一种基于注塑的聚氨酯保温抗菌管,包括内层塑料管和外层塑料管,所述内层塑料管和外层塑料管之间设有聚氨酯保温层,聚氨酯材料由于其发泡过程是全封闭的硬质泡沫孔,闭孔率高达92%有效隔断了外界空气以及管道内水汽的交流,改变了传统保温管“穿湿棉袄”的状况,大大减少了供热管道的整体热损耗,热网热损失为2%,大大小于国际10%的标准要求。为了达到长期的抗菌效果所述的内层塑料管注塑成型,中间设有隔断,隔断上开流道孔,流道孔内嵌入有铜管,铜管表面设有镀银的碳管。隔断结构是传统管道生产设备的挤出工艺所不具备的,本发明的隔断采用注塑模具两端注塑形成管道本体,而后在通过模具注塑出隔断结构,由于隔断上的铜管以及镀银的碳管结构,在具备管道流通的性能基础上,利用碳管的活性炭元素大量吸附水体中的有毒有害物质,而银离子特有的杀菌功能进一步进行杀菌,实现了管道长期抗菌目的,完全不同于传统的抗菌材料流失性、短时间抗菌。
对于铜管表面设有镀银的碳管其制造工艺,包括如下步骤:
一、获取活性炭粉末进行清洗、干燥预处理完成后进行化学镀银处理,化学镀银过程中引入超声波,实现活性炭表面的化学镀银。
二、在离心铸造机中增加电磁装置,使得离心铸造机内的金属铜熔体内产生电磁力,同时加入步骤一的镀银活性炭粉,根据电磁离心力形成外周为铜内侧为镀银活性炭粉的基体,基体最终通过切削,获得铜管表面设有镀银的碳管这一技术结构。
作为结构优选所述的隔断两侧设有对称的球形凹陷,由于球形凹陷的缩径性能,加强该处水流的流速、流量防止堵塞。
所述的隔断上开有两个流道孔,流道孔配合有清洗装置,清洗装置包括配合连接球形凹陷的球头,球头外端设有两个配合流道孔的凸起,凸起外周设有绒毛。该种清洗装置通过相互配合的球头以及凸起结构,由绒毛实现了两个流道孔的清洗,防止了堵塞问题。
本发明通过内层塑料管和外层塑料管之间设置聚氨酯保温层,实现良好的保温效果,而通过注塑形成的隔断结构,由铜管表面设置镀银的碳管结构达到了长期抗菌的技术目的。

具体实施方式
如图1所示一种基于注塑的聚氨酯保温抗菌管,包括内层塑料管3和外层塑料管1,内层塑料管3和外层塑料管1之间设有聚氨酯保温层2;内层塑料管1注塑成型,中间设有隔断,隔断上开流道孔,流道孔内嵌入有铜管4,铜管4表面设有镀银的碳管。
作为结构优选隔断两侧设有对称的球形凹陷。如图2所示隔断上开有两个流道孔,流道孔配合有清洗装置,清洗装置包括配合连接球形凹陷的球头7,球头7外端设有两个配合流道孔的凸起6,凸起6外周设有绒毛5。

1.一种基于注塑的聚氨酯保温抗菌管,包括内层塑料管和外层塑料管,其特征在于:所述内层塑料管和外层塑料管之间设有聚氨酯保温层;所述的内层塑料管注塑成型,中间设有隔断,隔断上开流道孔,流道孔内嵌入有铜管,铜管表面设有镀银的碳管。
2.如权利要求1所述的基于注塑的聚氨酯保温抗菌管,其特征在于:所述的隔断两侧设有对称的球形凹陷。
