水管在零度以下易结冰、爆管、影响正常使用。现有技术是在管道的外壁上包裹一层保温层,或采用塑料泡沫保温,保温层采用棉布条进行包裹缠绕,这些保温方式不仅影响美观而且容易被破坏,影响保温效果。
为此设计一种保温效果良好同时易于抢修的高使用寿命的复合式保温护套三通。
发明内容
本实用新型突破了现有技术的难题,设计了一种保温效果良好同时易于抢修的高使用寿命的复合式保温护套三通。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型设计了一种复合式保温护套三通,包括:半壳体一、半壳体二、保温层,其特征在于:采用发泡方式的保温层紧密贴合在保温护套外壳内部,所述外壳由半壳体一和半壳体二组成,半壳体一和半壳体二之间采用承插式连接,半壳体一轴向底边设有承接扣一,半壳体一端口的两个侧边设有卡扣一,半壳体二底边设有卡扣二,半壳体二端口的两个侧边设有承接扣二,所述承接扣一和承接扣二的内侧均设有凹进卡槽,卡扣一和卡扣二的外侧均设有凸起卡脚。
所述保温层的端面高度高于或等于凸起卡脚和凹进卡槽的高度。
所述外壳的三个通口的外侧均设有三通承口。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,采用发泡方式的保温层紧密贴合在保温护套管外壳形成一个整体,易于安装,便于拆卸。本实用新型的卡槽、卡扣是交叉布置,承插后相互耦合不易脱落。

本实用新型中保温层6的端面高度高于或等于凸起卡脚4和凹进卡槽2的高度。
本实用新型中外壳的三个通口的外侧均设有三通承口7。
本实用新型采用了发泡方式的保温层紧密贴合在保温护套管外壳形成一个整体,易于安装,便于拆卸,并且本实用新型的卡槽、卡扣是交叉布置,承插后相互耦合不易脱落。

1.一种复合式保温护套三通,包括:半壳体一、半壳体二、保温层,其特征在于:采用发泡方式的保温层(6)紧密贴合在外壳的内部,外壳由半壳体一(5)和半壳体二(8)组成,半壳体一和半壳体二之间采用承插式连接,半壳体一(5)轴向底边设有承接扣一(1),半壳体一(5)端口的两个侧边设有卡扣一(3),半壳体二(8)轴向底边设有卡扣二(9),半壳体二(8)端口的两个侧边设有承接扣二(10),所述承接扣一(1)和承接扣二(10)的内侧均设有凹进卡槽(2),卡扣一(3)和卡扣二(9)的外侧均设有凸起卡脚(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合式保温护套三通,其特征在于:所述保温层(6)的端面高度高于或等于凸起卡脚(4)和凹进卡槽(2)的高度。
