Abstract

本发明公开一种车床刀片保护装置，包括安装盘，所述安装盘下端设置有T型安装槽，所述安装盘前面中间设置有固定孔，所述安装盘后面中间设置有连接孔，所述固定孔直径大于安装孔直径，所述固定孔圆心中心线与连接孔圆心中心线在同一条直线上，所述安装盘后面上方设置有一推动连接孔，所述安装盘两侧设置有相对平行的平行面，所述T型安装槽设置在相对平行的平行面之间。由于本一种车床刀片保护装置是把需要加工的零件固定在此装置固定孔内，再把该装置安装在一带有刻度的横杆上，当对零件进行切割时刀片在固定位置转动，推动该装置让刀片对该装置固定孔内的零件进行加工，这样就能最大限度的防止刀片受损伤。

 本发明涉及一种车床刀片保护装置。
背景技术
车床在加工零件时，因其加工零件精度高，而受到广大机械制造商的青睐。现有的车床在加工零件时多是把零件固定在一定的地方转动，然后推动刀片去进行切割，这样切割容易导致刀片的损毁，浪费原材料。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是在于实现一种车床刀片保护装置，此装置在车床切割零件时精度高，保护刀片。
为解决上述问题，本发明采用如下技术方案：一种车床刀片保护装置，包括安装盘，所述安装盘下端设置有T型安装槽，所述安装盘前面中间设置有固定孔，所述安装盘后面中间设置有连接孔，所述固定孔直径大于安装孔直径，所述固定孔圆心中心线与连接孔圆心中心线在同一条直线上，所述安装盘后面上方设置有一推动连接孔。
作为优选，所述安装盘两侧设置有相对平行的平行面。
作为优选，所述T型安装槽设置在相对平行的平行面之间。
本发明的有益效果是：由于本车床刀片保护装置是把需要加工的零件固定在此装置固定孔内，再把该装置安装在一带有刻度的横杆上，当对零件进行切割时刀片在固定位置转动，推动该装置让刀片对该装置固定孔内的零件进行加工，这样就能最大限度的防止刀片受损伤。

参阅图1和图2所示，一种车床刀片保护装置，包括安装盘1，所述安装盘1下端设置有T型安装槽2，所述安装盘1前面中间设置有固定孔3，所述安装盘1后面中间设置有连接孔4，所述固定孔3直径大于连接孔4直径，所述固定孔3圆心中心线与连接孔4圆心中心线在同一条直线上，所述安装盘1后面上方设置有一推动连接孔5。
所述安装盘1两侧设置有相对平行的平行面6，所述T型安装槽2设置在相对平行的平行面6之间。
