本发明一种电激发式燃爆切割绳索装置属于航空救生仪表机电控制技术，涉及对某降落伞开伞装置的改进，它包括外壳（1）、环刀（2）、电激发式燃爆弹（4）以及电缆引线（5），其中，降落伞的收缩绳索（6）通过外壳的穿绳孔穿过，环刀（2）和电激发式燃爆弹（4）套装在外壳（1）内，环刀（2）与外壳（1）内壁之间装有密封圈（3），电激发式燃爆弹（4）通过电缆引线（5）与外部连接。当电缆引线通电电流超过300mA时燃爆弹激发，切割装置工作，通过环刀切断降落伞收缩绳索，降落伞伞包打开，实现开伞控制。本发明的优点是可使降落伞开伞控制装置的体积小、重量轻、结构简单、使用方便。

技术领域
本发明属于航空救生仪表的机电控制技术，涉及对某降落伞开伞装置的改进。
背景技术
目前的某降落伞开伞装置是通过机械式开伞器输出275N弹簧拉力拉开伞包的收缩绳，打开降落伞伞包，实现开伞控制。其缺点是：体积大、重量重、结构复杂、使用不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是：提出一种体积小、重量轻、结构简单、使用方便的电激发式燃爆切割绳索装置，打开降落伞伞包，实现开伞控制。
本发明的技术方案是：一种电激发式燃爆切割绳索装置，本装置包括外壳1、环刀2、电激发式燃爆弹4以及电缆引线5，其中，降落伞的收缩绳索6通过外壳的穿绳孔穿过，环刀2和电激发式燃爆弹4套装在外壳1内，环刀2与外壳1内壁之间装有密封圈3，电激发式燃爆弹4通过电缆引线5与外部连接。
本发明的优点是：本发明可使降落伞开伞控制装置的体积小、重量轻、结构简单、使用方便。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明做进一步详细说明。参考图1,一种电激发式燃爆切割绳索装置，包括1个电激发式燃爆弹4、1个环刀2、1个外壳1以及密封圈3和电缆引线5等。外壳用不锈钢加工成形，环刀采用优质工具钢T7A材料制造，降落伞的收缩绳索通过该装置的穿绳孔6穿入捆扎伞包。
本装置通过电信号启动降落伞开伞控制。当电缆引线通电电流超过300mA时燃爆弹激发，切割装置工作，通过环刀切断降落伞收缩绳索，降落伞伞包打开，实现开伞控制。

1.一种电激发式燃爆切割绳索装置，其特征是，本装置包括外壳（1）、环刀（2）、电激发式燃爆弹（4）以及电缆引线（5），其中，降落伞的收缩绳索（6）通过外壳的穿绳孔穿过，环刀（2）和电激发式燃爆弹（4）套装在外壳（1）内，环刀（2）与外壳（1）内壁之间装有密封圈（3），电激发式燃爆弹（4）通过电缆引线（5）与外部连接。
