Abstract

本发明涉及一种消毒洗手液,它包含下列重量份的原料药:花叶冷水花1-10份、鸡翎草5-20份、樱草根5-15份、马扫帚1-10份和鹰爪莲5-15份,其中所述消毒是针对支气管炎鲍特氏菌Bordetella bronchiseptica ATCC4617而言的。本发明所述的消毒洗手液采用纯天然药材制成,无任何毒副作用,并且清洗后也不会污染环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及医药领域,具体来说涉及一种消毒洗手液及其应用。
背景技术
本发明是我院重点课题的子课题,该项目研究的是支气管炎中各种致病菌的杀灭以及致病机理,其中支气管炎鲍特氏菌Bordetellabronchiseptica ATCC4617是一种常见的致病菌,因此,研究对于该病菌的杀灭对于该课题具有重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种消毒洗手液。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供一种消毒洗手液,它包含下列重量份的原料药:花叶冷水花1-10份、鸡翎草5-20份、樱草根5-15份、马扫帚1-10份和鹰爪莲5-15份,其中所述消毒是针对支气管炎鲍特氏菌Bordetella bronchiseptica ATCC4617而言的。
优选地,本发明所述的消毒洗手液包含下列重量份的原料药:花叶冷水花5份、鸡翎草9份、樱草根8份、马扫帚7份和鹰爪莲8份。
优选地,本发明所述的消毒洗手液包含下列重量份的原料药:花叶冷水花1份、鸡翎草20份、樱草根5份、马扫帚1份和鹰爪莲15份。
优选地,本发明所述的消毒洗手液包含下列重量份的原料药:花叶冷水花10份、鸡翎草5份、樱草根15份、马扫帚10份和鹰爪莲5份。
更优选地,所述洗手液可以制成喷雾剂、泡沫剂、发泡剂等形式。
本发明还提供消毒洗手液在制备皮肤消毒产品中的应用。
优选地,所述皮肤消毒产品为洗手液。
对于本发明的组合物,根据“君、臣、佐、使”的组方配伍理论,鸡翎草为君药;花叶冷水花为臣药;樱草根、马扫帚为佐药;鹰爪莲为使药。本发明所述的消毒洗手液组成合理,采用纯天然药材制成,无任何毒副作用,并且清洗后也不会污染环境。
具体实施方式
实施例 本发明的洗手液
取花叶冷水花5克和鸡翎草9克,洗净风干,剪断,用600毫升无水乙醇浸泡24小时,用50℃水浴回流抽滤;沉渣再加300毫升无水乙醇浸泡12小时,用60℃水浴回流抽滤;回收乙醇滤液,加入樱草根8克、马扫帚7克和鹰爪莲8克,然后加入5000毫升水,在阴暗处浸渍48小时,过滤,将滤液中的乙醇回收,并且浓缩至1000毫升,即得本发明所述的洗手液。然后将所述洗手液装入喷雾容器中,可以制成喷雾剂。
实验例
本发明中使用的支气管炎鲍特氏菌Bordetella bronchisepticaATCC4617购自北京兰伯瑞生物技术有限责任公司。
药液的制备
将实施例中制备的洗手液用灭菌蒸馏水稀释至原液浓度的40%、50%、60%、70%、80%、90%进行实验。阳性对照使用苯酚,并以蒸馏水将其配制成0.2mg/ml进行实验。
将支气管炎鲍特氏菌Bordetella bronchiseptica ATCC4617接种于琼脂平板,挑取琼脂表面的单个菌落混悬于液体培养基中培养(1个mm菌落/ml)。培养一定时间后,使菌液浓度呈106CFU/ml。用无菌微量加样器吸取已稀释的各浓度药品50μl于96孔无菌培养板中,再加入等量菌液混合,在37℃下孵育,以无试验菌生长的最低浓度为药物的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。
阳性对照:不加药品,只加菌液和等量液体培养基。
阴性对照:不加菌液,只加药品和等量液体培养基。
取已加入相应固体培养基的无菌平板,分别用棉签蘸上相应细菌菌液,均匀涂布于平板表面,用打孔器打孔,分别加入稀释后的各洗手液和对照液。然后将平板置于37℃恒温培养箱中孵育24h,观察药物抑菌环直径(mm),结果见下表。

1.一种消毒洗手液,其特征在于,它包含下列重量份的原料药:花叶冷水花1-10份、鸡翎草5-20份、樱草根5-15份、马扫帚1-10份和鹰爪莲5-15份,其中所述消毒是针对支气管炎鲍特氏菌Bordetella bronchiseptica ATCC4617而言的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的消毒洗手液,其特征在于,它包含下列重量份的原料药:花叶冷水花5份、鸡翎草9份、樱草根8份、马扫帚7份和鹰爪莲8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的消毒洗手液,其特征在于,它包含下列重量份的原料药:花叶冷水花1份、鸡翎草20份、樱草根5份、马扫帚1份和鹰爪莲15份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的消毒洗手液,其特征在于,它包含下列重量份的原料药:花叶冷水花10份、鸡翎草5份、樱草根15份、马扫帚10份和鹰爪莲5份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的消毒洗手液,其特征在于,所述洗手液可以制成喷雾剂、泡沫剂、发泡剂等形式。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的消毒洗手液在制备皮肤消毒产品中的应用。
7.根据权利要求6所述的应用,其特征在于,所述皮肤消毒产品为洗手液。
