Abstract

本发明涉及医疗器械,尤其涉及微量采血管的改进。本发明自吸式定量微量采血管,包括两端开口且连通的微管和一端开口且中空的可挤压的气囊,所述微管由亲水材料制成,所述微管的一端插入并固定在所述气囊的端口中,且所述微管的内腔与所述气囊的内腔连通,所述气囊的壁上开有与该气囊的内腔连通的通气孔。它不需要进行亲水处理,成本低,易于推广,大大提高采血过程的准确性和效率。

Description

自吸式定量微量采血管
技术领域:
本发明涉及医疗器械,尤其涉及微量采血管的改进。
背景技术:
微量采血管是医院等医疗部门采集血液的常用工具,这种微量采血管由内径较小、两端开口且连通的玻璃管制成,采集血液时将微量采血管的一端与待采集血液接触,利用毛细管原理,使待采集血液自动进入微量采血管内部,采集血液时一般有容量的要求,在微量采血管上标有容量刻度,如5微升、10微升、15微升、20微升、……、50微升。由于待采血液进入微量采血管的速度较快,医务人员往往来不及在血液到达需要的刻度上时移开微量采血管,致使实际采血量大于需要的采血量,因而在取出微量采血管中的血液时,不仅需要将微量采血管插入到乳胶红滴头中,再用手指挤压乳胶红滴头,才能移出微量采血管中的血液,而且要控制取出的量,整个过程用时较长且不精确、也不方便,美国一医疗器械商生产了一种由塑料制成的自吸式微量采血管,将微量采血管与可挤压的气囊在制造时成为一个整体,并在微量采血管管壁上的指定刻度处设有通气孔,当血液到达指定刻度时,血液即堵住通气孔,使得毛细作用停止,血液不再进入微量采血管,从而完成定量微量采血,再用手指挤压气囊即可取出血液,整个取血过程准确、快速、方便,但由于该自吸式微量采血管由塑料制成,微量采血管内壁具有疏水性,不容易发生毛细作用而吸入血液,故在制造时要对塑料微量采血管的内壁进行亲水性处理,这一过程用时较长,生产效率很低,大大增加了产品成本,阻碍了自吸式微量采血管的推广应用。目前不需要进行亲水处理的低成本的自吸式定量微量采血管尚未见到。
发明内容:
针对现有技术所存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是要提供一种自吸式定量微量采血管,它不需要进行亲水处理,成本低,易于推广,大大提高采血过程的准确性和效率。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明解决技术问题的方案是:自吸式定量微量采血管,包括两端开口且连通的微量采血管和一端开口且中空的可挤压的气囊,所述微量采血管由亲水材料制成,所述微量采血管的一端插入并固定在所述气囊的端口中,且所述微量采血管的内腔与所述气囊的内腔连通,所述气囊的壁上开有与该气囊内腔连通的通气孔。
采用上述方案后,由于所述微量采血管由亲水材料制成,所述微量采血管的一端插入并固定在所述气囊的端口中,且所述微量采血管的内腔与所述气囊的内腔连通,所述气囊上开有与该气囊内腔连通的通气孔,因而微量采血管与血液接触能够发生毛细现象,待采血液能够容易的进入微量采血管。取出微量采血管中的血液时,用手指堵住气囊的壁上的通气孔并挤压气囊即可,另一方面,气囊和微量采血管成本很小,便于推广应用,大大提高使用过程的效率和方便性。
微量采血管内腔的横切面积与长度的乘积为微量采血管的容积,适当选取微量采血管的内径和长度(微量采血管一般为圆管,其内腔的横切面积由内径确定),可以制成各种容量规格的微量采血管。如5微升、10微升、15微升、20微升、……、50微升等。
所述微量采血管的外壁与气囊端口的内壁用胶粘接固定在一起。
所述气囊为扁平状。便于操作时用手指固定。
所述气囊为椭球状。便于操作时用手指固定。
所述通气孔设置在所述气囊的端部,
所述通气孔设置在所述气囊的囊体上,挤压气囊时手指可以方便的堵住通气孔。
所述微量采血管由玻璃制成。
所述微量采血管由亲水性高分子材料制成。

具体实施方式:
图1中,自吸式定量微量采血管包括两端开口且连通的玻璃的微量采血管(2)和一端开口且中空的可挤压的气囊(1),微量采血管(2)由玻璃制成,微量采血管(2)的一端插入并固定在气囊(1)的端口中,且微量采血管(2)的内腔(3)与气囊(1)的内腔(5)连通,气囊(1)的壁上开有与该气囊(1)的内腔(5)连通的通气孔(4)。挤压气囊时手指可以方便的堵住通气(4)孔。微量采血管(2)的外壁与气囊(1)端口的内壁用胶粘接固定在一起。气囊(1)为扁平状,便于操作时用手指固定。

Claims (8)

1.自吸式定量微量采血管,包括两端开口且连通的微量采血管(2)和一端开口且中空的可挤压的气囊(1),所述微量采血管(2)由亲水材料制成,其特征是:所述微量采血管(2)的一端插入并固定在所述气囊(1)的端口中,且所述微量采血管(2)的内腔(3)与所述气囊(1)的内腔(5)连通,所述气囊(1)的壁上开有与该气囊(1)的内腔(5)连通的通气孔(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自吸式定量微量采血管,其特征是:所述微量采血管(2)的外壁与所述气囊(1)端口的内壁用胶粘接固定在一起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自吸式定量微量采血管,其特征是:所述气囊(1)为扁平状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自吸式定量微量采血管,其特征是:所述气囊(1)为椭球状。
5.根据权利要求1所述的自吸式定量微量采血管,其特征是:所述通气孔(4)设置在所述气囊(1)的端部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的自吸式定量微量采血管,其特征是:所述通气孔(4)设置在所述气囊(1)的囊体上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的自吸式定量微量采血管,其特征是:所述微量采血管(2)由玻璃制成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的自吸式定量微量采血管,其特征是:所述微量采血管(2)由亲水性高分子材料制成。
