Abstract
一种多极耳蓄电池,由多耳正极板、多耳负极板、隔板颠倒重叠而成,同性极耳间距离小於异性极耳间距离。单元电池相同极耳通过多个汇流排连接和多个极柱输出。多耳,一般为二个到四个,根据极板大小而定,多耳必须设置在极板的同端。这符合二端网路理论使极板电流分布均匀内阻下降,提高寿命,节约资源。
Description
一,技术领域
本发明涉及铅酸蓄电池类技术,适用於叠片式类各种电池。
二,背景技术
传统的铅蓄电池正负极板基本上各设一个极耳,电池壳体上设有一个正极柱和一个负极柱,单耳极板电池使极板上电流分布不均,内阻高,因此近年也出现各种所谓“双耳”,即正极板在上下边上各设一个极耳,负板上下边框也各设一个耳,即与传统相比多一个耳,故称“双耳”,如图1所示,慾以此来改变电流分布,正负叠加后,经实测与理论分析基本相符,其测试条件是荷电态,电阻分布属“弓”形态,如图2中(b)及(c)所示,造成两端易坏中部电流最小。(b)中极板高/宽比,K=3,极板电阻分布图,最大电阻为1.6512,最小电阻为0.7597,电流比1∶2.1735。(c),K=5,极板电阻分布图,最大电阻为2.5962,最小电阻为0.8360电流比1∶3.1。
本发明经多年实践,从电化学、电子学综合技术多方面着手才较好解决了该难题。
三,发明内容
本发明是在多年的实际工作和多学科,结合二端网络,从电流回路特性提出,目的是使极板上各点能均匀地降低内阻,效果特好,是因为主要两点与传统及“双耳”不同,即:
1,正负极板设有多耳,这里的关键是只能将多耳设置在极板的同一条边上,如图3所示,其它耳数多少对性能影响只是增加或减少而无方向错误。一般宽为10cm以内为双耳;150cm(储能)以内可三耳;150cm至200cm以上可设四耳,如此看来似乎不确定,对於工程上这就足够明确了。
2,正负极板重叠必须保证同性耳间距离小於异性极耳间距离,故通常必须颠倒重叠,图4所示。

(a),K=3,极板电阻分布,最大电阻为1.7703,最小电阻为1.5395。电流比1∶1.145。
大部分比较平坦,只有两头稍高,极耳处很低,平均电阻与传统相比降低2.14倍,,
(b)K=5,极板电阻分布,最大电阻为2.7621,最小电阻为2.5245,电流比为1∶1.09。大部分比较平坦只有两头稍高,极耳处很低。(称电阻分布图为蛤蟆图可用电脑详细调整,当用4极耳时,电阻大小比为1∶1.04,内阻下降4倍)。
图6,多耳单元电池举例,为双多耳单元电池,正极柱、负极柱必须分设在两端,使同性极之间距离小於异性极之间距离,而图2中(d)是在两端分别同时设有一对正负极,使同性极之距离大於异性极之间距离,这是本发明与其它最大区别。
五,实施方案
本发明易於工程实现:1,制成多耳极板、涂膏、固化;2,准备好与多耳匹配之外壳;3,组装、测试、内化、清理、封口包装,基本与传统工艺相似。
Claims (3)
1.一种多极耳蓄电池,其特征是:每片正、负极板具有多个极耳,正极板、隔板、负极板重叠后必须满足同性极耳间距离小於异性极耳之间距离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多极耳蓄电池,其每张极板有多个极耳,该同性极耳必须设置在极板的同一条边上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多极耳蓄电池,当正负极板重叠后使同性极耳间距离必须小於异性极耳之间距离,故正负极板必须颠倒重叠。
