本发明公开了一种旋转补偿器,包括内管,套装在该内管的外侧且由螺柱串连接的弹簧法兰、压缩弹簧、填料法兰和外套管,所述内管的外壁和填料法兰的内孔之间设有间隙,所述弹簧法兰的内孔与内管的外壁之间设有间隙。本发明的内管外壁和填料法兰内孔之间、内管外壁和弹簧法兰内孔之间均设有间隙,内管旋转灵活、补偿快捷,而且内管外壁与填料均匀接触、填料磨损少。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种管道补偿装置,具体涉及一种旋转补偿器。
背景技术
工业管网及热力管网均由纵横交错的管道组成,当管道内传输介质的温度或压力变化,必引起管道轴向推力及变形。为保证管网安全运行,常规情况是在管网中设置必要的管道补偿装置来吸收轴向推力及补偿变形。目前,在管网中应用较多的是一种补偿量大、吸收能力强、密封严、载压高的旋转补偿器。
例如中国实用新型专利CN200958669Y公开的一种旋转补偿器,它由内管外壁上套装的支承法兰、压盖、密封座、填料、支承座和滚珠构成可相对旋转的主体结构,以及由螺栓串连接的支承法兰、弹簧、压盖和密封座构成压紧填料的自调密封结构;所述支承法兰内孔设有凹形环槽并嵌装滚珠与内管外壁滚动配合;所述内管右端设有与填料右端面相接触的环形凸台,支承座左端面与环形凸台右端面之间也设有滚珠;所述支承座内置在密封座内孔中并连接成一体;所述内管右端外壁伸至支承座左端内孔中且间隙配合,内管右端面与支承座之间设有间隙。该实用新型径向定位的内管旋转自由、补偿量大、填料磨损少、密封效果好,特别适合作热力管网的补偿装置。但是,由该实用新型的说明书附图可知,内管外壁和压盖内孔之间无间隙,内管旋转时其与压盖之间的摩擦会增加旋转力矩,降低旋转补偿的灵活性,也增加内管外壁对填料磨损的不均匀性。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种内管旋转灵活、补偿快捷、填料磨损均匀的旋转补偿器。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种旋转补偿器,包括内管,套装在该内管的外侧且由螺柱串连接的弹簧法兰、压缩弹簧、填料法兰和外套管,所述内管的外壁和填料法兰的内孔之间设有间隙。
上述技术方案中,所述内管的右端侧同轴设置变径管,该变径管由变径管左段和变径管右段构成,所述变径管左段的外径较之变径管右段的外径大,所述变径管左段设于所述外套管的内孔中,所述变径管左段的右端面与外套管的右端面对齐且V形焊连接。
上述技术方案中,所述内管的外壁上设有内管环形凸台,所述外套管的内孔面上设有外套管环形凸台,所述内管环形凸台的左端面和外套管环形凸台的右端面之间设有钢球。
上述技术方案中,所述内管的外壁与外套管环形凸台的内孔之间设有间隙。
上述技术方案中,所述弹簧法兰的内孔与内管的外壁之间设有间隙。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有的优点是:
1.本发明的内管外壁和填料法兰内孔之间、内管外壁和弹簧法兰内孔之间均设有间隙,内管旋转灵活、补偿快捷,而且内管外壁与填料均匀接触、填料磨损少。

下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例一:参见图1所示,一种旋转补偿器,包括内管1,套装在该内管1的外侧且由螺柱2依次串连接的弹簧法兰6、压缩弹簧7、填料法兰8和外套管9,所述内管1的外壁和填料法兰8的内孔之间设有间隙。
所述螺柱2选用双头螺柱,其两端分别设有一个弹簧垫圈4、一个垫圈5和两个六角螺母3。
所述内管1的右端侧同轴设置变径管13,该变径管13由变径管左段130和变径管右段131焊接而成,如图3所示,所述变径管左段130的外径较之变径管右段131的外径大,所述变径管左段130设于所述外套管9的内孔中,所述变径管左段130的右端面与外套管9的右端面对齐且V形焊连接,见图2。
所述内管1的外壁上设有内管环形凸台10,所述外套管9的内孔面上设有外套管环形凸台90,如图4所示,所述内管环形凸台10的左端面和外套管环形凸台90的右端面之间设有钢球12。
所述内管1的外壁与外套管环形凸台90的内孔之间设有间隙。
所述弹簧法兰6的内孔与内管1的外壁之间设有间隙。
所述填料法兰8的右端面和外套管环形凸台90的左端面之间设有密封填料11。
本发明的内管外壁和填料法兰内孔之间、内管外壁和弹簧法兰内孔之间均设有间隙,内管旋转灵活、补偿快捷,而且内管外壁与填料均匀接触、填料磨损少。

1.一种旋转补偿器,包括内管(1),套装在该内管(1)的外侧且由螺柱(2)串连接的弹簧法兰(6)、压缩弹簧(7)、填料法兰(8)和外套管(9),其特征在于:所述内管(1)的外壁和填料法兰(8)的内孔之间设有间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋转补偿器,其特征在于:所述内管(1)的右端侧同轴设置变径管(13),该变径管(13)由变径管左段(130)和变径管右段(131)构成,所述变径管左段(130)的外径较之变径管右段(131)的外径大,所述变径管左段(130)设于所述外套管(9)的内孔中,所述变径管左段(130)的右端面与外套管(9)的右端面对齐且V形焊连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的旋转补偿器,其特征在于:所述内管(1)的外壁上设有内管环形凸台(10),所述外套管(9)的内孔面上设有外套管环形凸台(90),所述内管环形凸台(10)的左端面和外套管环形凸台(90)的右端面之间设有钢球(12)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的旋转补偿器,其特征在于:所述内管(1)的外壁与外套管环形凸台(90)的内孔之间设有间隙。
5.根据权利要求1所述的旋转补偿器,其特征在于:所述弹簧法兰(6)的内孔与内管(1)的外壁之间设有间隙。
