Abstract
本发明涉及一种不可拆卸式液化石油气瓶阀。包括阀体(1)和设置在阀体(1)内的阀杆(3),阀杆(3)上设有由阀杆(3)带动的活门组件(2),所述阀体(1)外部设有和阀体(1)过盈配合的压帽(5),压帽(5)下端和阀体(1)外台阶形成全包收口。本发明结构简单、零部件较少,由于采用压帽与阀体轴孔小过盈配合,压帽下端并采用全包收口,同时在阀体和压帽之间增设了聚四氟乙烯垫片,防止了瓶阀全开启时发生咬死现象,其可靠性和耐用性都得到了保证。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种不可拆卸式液化石油气瓶阀,属于瓶阀技术领域。
背景技术
液化石油气是可燃气体,而瓶阀是液化石油气瓶的主要安全附件,因其特殊性,要求瓶阀具备不可拆卸性,否则极易会因为人们的随意拆卸和装配,极易会发生漏气等现象的发生;为此各个生产厂家都采用各种方式来实现这一目的,总的来说现有的瓶阀其不可拆卸结构形式可用一般工具拆卸,其拆卸件可见损坏,从而证明此阀被拆卸过。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种压帽全包收口的不可拆卸式液化石油气智能瓶阀,其一般工具不可拆卸,从而使瓶阀更安全。
为此本发明采用的技术方案是:本发明包括阀体(1)和设置在阀体(1)内的阀杆(3),阀杆(3)上设有由阀杆(3)带动的活门组件(2),所述阀体(1)外部设有和阀体(1)过盈配合的压帽(5),压帽(5)下端和阀体(1)外台阶形成全包收口。
所述压帽(5)端面和阀体(1)之间设弹性垫片(4)。
阀杆(3)上部通过自锁螺母(7)和手轮(6)形成连接,阀杆(3)和阀体(1)螺纹连接,阀杆(3)和活门组件(2)T槽连接。
所述弹性垫片(4)为聚四氟乙烯。
本发明的优点是:本发明结构简单、零部件较少,由于采用压帽与阀体轴孔小过盈配合,压帽下端并采用全包收口,同时在阀体和压帽之间增设了聚四氟乙烯垫片,防止了瓶阀全开启时发生咬死现象,其可靠性和耐用性都得到了保证。

具体实施方式
本发明包括阀体1,阀体1的组装从内到外依次设有活门组件2、阀杆3,其阀体1外部设垫片4、压帽5、手轮6和自锁螺母7。
所述垫片4为聚四氟乙烯材料,防止阀杆3全开启时与压帽5发生咬死。
所述压帽5与阀体1为轴孔小过盈配合,其下端全包收口与阀体外台阶紧密咬合。
本发明当正常使用时,逆时针旋转手轮6,因手轮6通过自锁螺母7固定在阀杆3上,又因阀杆3与阀体1是螺纹连接,以及阀杆3与活门组件是通过T槽连接,所以阀杆3和活门组件2同时向上运动,实现瓶阀开启;当手轮6顺时针旋转,此时阀杆3和活门组件2同时向下运动,实现瓶阀关闭,同时本阀还具备有芯片读取功能。

1.不可拆卸式液化石油气智能瓶阀,包括阀体(1)和设置在阀体(1)内的阀杆(3),阀杆(3)上设有由阀杆(3)带动的活门组件(2),其特征在于,所述阀体(1)外部设有和阀体(1)过盈配合的压帽(5),压帽(5)下端和阀体(1)外台阶形成全包收口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的不可拆卸式液化石油气智能瓶阀,其特征在于,所述压帽(5)端面和阀体(1)之间设弹性垫片(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的不可拆卸式液化石油气智能瓶阀,其特征在于,阀杆(3)上部通过自锁螺母(7)和手轮(6)形成连接,阀杆(3)和阀体(1)螺纹连接,阀杆(3)和活门组件(2)T槽连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的不可拆卸式液化石油气智能瓶阀,其特征在于,所述弹性垫片(4)为聚四氟乙烯。
