a turning plate folding and unfolding device comprises a motor, a left-handed screw rod, a right-handed screw rod, a slide block combination, a slide rail, a cover shell, a turning plate rotating shaft and a turning plate, wherein the motor is coaxially connected with one of the two screw rods through a connecting shaft sleeve; the sliding block combination is connected with the scissors fork mechanism.
The scissors fork mechanism is composed of a plurality of traction connecting pieces, and the traction connecting pieces are connected through rivets.
The slider combination comprises a plurality of independent sliders, each independent slider is connected with the turning plate through a turning plate connecting shaft sleeve and a turning plate rotating shaft, a feed screw nut on the left-handed screw rod is connected with any independent slider on the left-handed turning plate group through a feed screw nut sleeve traction plate, and a feed screw nut on the right-handed screw rod is connected with any independent slider on the right-handed turning plate group through a feed screw nut sleeve traction plate.
The slide rail is fixed on the cover shell through channel steel.
The motor is a servo motor.
Has the advantages that: the invention relates to a turning plate folding and unfolding device, which is characterized in that a servo motor with low power and high energy is matched with a speed reducer, a screw rod pair is connected through a coupler, a screw rod is driven to rotate (positive/negative) by the motor, and a slide block is pulled by a screw rod nut on the screw rod to be combined and displaced, so that the automatic folding and unfolding function of a turning plate is realized.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a turning plate folding and unfolding device comprises turning plates 3 and turning plate rotating shafts, wherein the turning plates 3 are fixed on the turning plate rotating shafts, two ends of each turning plate rotating shaft are connected with sliding block combinations 4 through turning plate connecting shaft sleeves, the turning plate folding and unfolding device further comprises a motor 6, a left-handed screw 7, a right-handed screw 8, a sliding rail 16 and a scissor fork mechanism, wherein screw nuts are respectively connected to the left-handed screw 7 and the right-handed screw 11, the two screw nuts are respectively connected with the sliding block combinations 4 through screw nut sleeve traction plates, and the sliding block combinations 4 at the two ends of each turning plate rotating shaft are in linkage connection through the scissor fork mechanism; the slide block assembly 4 moves on the slide rail 16, the left-handed screw rod 7 is connected with the right-handed screw rod 11 through a connecting pair, and a main shaft of the motor 6 is coaxially connected with any one of the left-handed screw rod 7 or the right-handed screw rod 11 through a motor coupling sleeve.
