Abstract

一种微型光缆松套管料的生产工艺。提供了一种具有强度高,能够配套微型光缆、使用寿命长的微型光缆松套管料的生产工艺。包括以下步骤:1)、将60~80%重量比的PBT与20~40%的PC混合,搅拌3~5分钟;2)、在1)步骤中的混合物中加入3‰~6‰重量比的6#白油,搅拌6~8分钟;3)、在2)步骤中的混合物中加入1.2‰~2‰重量比的成核剂NA-9,搅拌4~6分钟;4)、将3)步骤中的混合物投入1:35同向双螺杆挤出机进行混炼,各区温度210~235℃。螺杆转速为40~60r/min,挤出造粒。本发明以PBT为主要材料,加上强度较高的PC(聚碳酸酯)材料,再添加助剂进行配料,采用挤出混炼工艺造粒,以满足微型光缆松套管料性能的特殊要求。

Description

一种微型光缆松套管料的生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种微型光缆松套管料的生产工艺。
背景技术
微型光缆是我国目前正在开发的新型光缆,是光缆突破性的变革。同样光纤芯数,微型光缆外径只有普通光缆的外径的五分之二,使得运营商地下管道资源得到充分利用。与此同时,需要相应的松套管具有低后缩率、低余长、管壁薄、抗侧压性能高等特点,尤其要求提高强度如屈服强度、拉伸弹性模量、弯曲弹性模量等。
发明内容
本发明针对以上问题,提供了一种具有强度高,能够配套微型光缆、使用寿命长的微型光缆松套管料的生产工艺。
    本发明的技术方案是:包括以下步骤:
1)、将60~80%重量比的PBT与20~40%的PC混合,搅拌3~5分钟;
2)、在1)步骤中的混合物中加入3‰~6‰重量比的6#白油,搅拌6~8分钟;
3)、在2)步骤中的混合物中加入1.2‰~2‰重量比的成核剂NA-9,搅拌4~6分钟;
4)、将3)步骤中的混合物投入1:35同向双螺杆挤出机进行混炼,各区温度210~235℃。螺杆转速为40~60r/min,挤出造粒。
本发明以PBT为主要材料,加上强度较高的PC(聚碳酸酯 )材料,再添加助剂进行配料,采用挤出混炼工艺造粒,以满足微型光缆松套管料性能的特殊要求,使得如屈服强度、拉伸弹性模量、弯曲弹性模量等在国家技术指标基础上,提高了25%。
具体实施方式
    实施例一:包括以下步骤:
1)、将60%重量比的PBT与40%的PC混合,搅拌3分钟;
2)、在1)步骤中的混合物中加入6‰重量比的6#白油,搅拌6分钟;
3)、在2)步骤中的混合物中加入1.2‰重量比的成核剂NA-9,搅拌4分钟;
4)、将3)步骤中的混合物投入1:35同向双螺杆挤出机进行混炼,各区温度235℃。螺杆转速为40r/min,挤出造粒,切粒粒子尺寸2.1㎜×2.6㎜,长2.8㎜;筛选、烘干、检验、包装。
    实施例二:包括以下步骤:
1)、将70%重量比的PBT与30%的PC混合,搅拌4分钟;
2)、在1)步骤中的混合物中加入5‰重量比的6#白油,搅拌7分钟;
3)、在2)步骤中的混合物中加入1.6‰重量比的成核剂NA-9,搅拌5分钟;
4)、将3)步骤中的混合物投入1:35同向双螺杆挤出机进行混炼,各区温度220℃。螺杆转速为50r/min,挤出造粒,切粒粒子尺寸2.1㎜×2.6㎜,长2.8㎜;筛选、烘干、检验、包装。
    实施例三:包括以下步骤:
1)、将80%重量比的PBT与20%的PC混合,搅拌5分钟;
2)、在1)步骤中的混合物中加入3‰重量比的6#白油,搅拌8分钟;
3)、在2)步骤中的混合物中加入2‰重量比的成核剂NA-9,搅拌6分钟;
4)、将3)步骤中的混合物投入1:35同向双螺杆挤出机进行混炼,各区温度210℃。螺杆转速为60r/min,挤出造粒,切粒粒子尺寸2.1㎜×2.6㎜,长2.8㎜;筛选、烘干、检验、包装。

Claims (1)

1.一种微型光缆松套管料的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)、将60~80%重量比的PBT与20~40%的PC混合,搅拌3~5分钟;
2)、在1)步骤中的混合物中加入3‰~6‰重量比的6#白油,搅拌6~8分钟;
3)、在2)步骤中的混合物中加入1.2‰~2‰重量比的成核剂NA-9,搅拌4~6分钟;
4)、将3)步骤中的混合物投入1:35同向双螺杆挤出机进行混炼,各区温度210~235℃,螺杆转速为40~60r/min,挤出造粒。
