技术领域
本发明属于化工企业对车间空气清洗所使用的一种后背式高效率空气过滤器，具体是把空气中的有害杂质分离出去的一种后背式高效率空气过滤器。 
背景技术
现在化工企业车间里的空气的质量非常差，特别是加工过程中的二次污染非常严重，如空气中的甲醛、甲苯等严重影响人们的健康。 
发明内容
本发明的目的，就在于克服上述的缺点，而提供的一种后背式高效率空气过滤器。
本发明是这样实现的：一种后背式高效率空气过滤器，是由固定板和连接板所组成的，其特征是：在固定板的右面加工有很多的小孔，在固定板的顶部加工有进气口，在固定板的左面安装有连接板，在固定板和连接板之间通过活性炭布袋安装有活性竹炭，在连接板的上面加工有背带口。 
本发明使用时，通过背带与背带口相连接，安装在人体的后背上的，出气口通过教管和人的面部相连接。 
本发明的有益效果在于：它能使空气经过初级过滤后，初步去掉空气中的微小颗粒，在经过活性炭布袋内的活性炭过滤后，能使空气更加清洁，确保工人的身体健康。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细的说明。 
本发明除了活性炭布袋7和活性竹炭6外，其余的部件全为聚乙烯塑料材料在模具中加工制作，现在分别描述，固定板3的作用就是在上面加工有好多的小孔，让污染的空气通过小孔进入。在固定板3的内部安装有活性炭布袋7，活性炭布袋7选用不同的纱布加工制作，在活性炭布袋7的内部安装有活性竹炭6，活性竹炭6的作用就是过滤掉空气中的有害物质，连接板5的作用就是固定活性竹炭6和活性炭布袋7，在连接板5的上面加工有背带口2，背带口2的作用就是通过背带链接背带口2固定在人的后背上。出气口1的作用就是听过胶管来输送清洁的空气。胶管的另一端面对人的面部。 
综上所述，本发明工作效果稳定，大大的空气质量，从而确保人身健康。

1.一种后背式高效率空气过滤器，是由固定板和连接板所组成的，其特征是：在固定板的右面加工有很多的小孔，在固定板的顶部加工有进气口，在固定板的左面安装有连接板，在固定板和连接板之间通过活性炭布袋安装有活性竹炭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种后背式高效率空气过滤器，其特征在于：在连接板的上面加工有背带口。
