Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃气燃烧器用的装置，尤其是一种燃气燃烧器用于空气和燃气混合的喷嘴。
背景技术
目前现有技术，如图1所示，一种燃气燃烧器用的喷嘴，包括喷嘴本体2，所述喷嘴本体2包括燃气进气管部21、扩压管部22。存在问题是：燃气经扩压后喷射出后与周围形成负压实现与周围的空气混合，但这种结构燃气和空气混合能力有限，混合不均匀。
发明内容
本发明的目的是：提供一种多次引射空气的喷嘴，它具有燃气和空气混合充足均匀的特点，能改善燃烧器烟气含量高、热负荷底等问题，使燃烧更充分、环保.。
本发明是这样实现的：一种多次引射空气的喷嘴，包括喷嘴本体，所述喷嘴本体包括燃气进气管部和扩压管部；其特征在于：还包括空气引射混合部件，所述空气引射混合部件，所述空气引射混合部件的出气端与喷嘴本体的燃气进气管部连接接通。
所述的一种多次引射空气的喷嘴，其特殊之处在于：所述空气引射混合部件包括内部呈圆锥台形的进气管部、扩压管部、混合出气管部和空气引射孔，空气引射孔设置在与增压部相邻的混合出气管部上；

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1
如图2、图3、图4所示，一种多次引射空气的喷嘴，包括喷嘴本体2，所述喷嘴本体2包括燃气进气管部21、扩压管部22；扩压管部22包括圆锥台形部221和筒形部222
还包括空气引射混合部件1，所述空气引射混合部件1的出气端与喷嘴本体2的燃气进气管部21连接接通。
所述空气引射混合部件1包括内部呈圆锥台形的进气管部11、扩压管部12、混合出气管部13和空气引射孔14。空气引射孔14设置在与扩压管部12相邻的混合出气管部13上；
所述喷嘴本体2的燃气进气管部21与混合出气管部13连接接通。
使用时，燃气进入进气管部11并收缩扩压通过扩压管部12；然后燃气快速与进入混合气出气管13内并与经空气引射孔14进入的空气进行预混；燃气和空气混合气预混后，经扩压部22进一步扩压，然后喷出，从而使燃气和空气混合均匀；
燃气混合气在扩压部22喷出，在进入炉头时，由于流速快与外界包围的空气3引射混合，能使更多的空气3进入炉头的引射管内进行混合。达到了燃气和空气混合均匀、空气充足和燃烧充分的目的。
实施例2
如图5所示，所述空气引射混合部件1有二个串联；
相邻二个空气引射混合部件1中，一个空气引射混合部件1的混合出气管部13与另一空气引射混合部件1的进气管部11连接接通；
前端的空气引射混合部件1的进气管部11与气源连接接通、末端的空气引射混合部件1的混合出气管部13与燃气进气管部21连接接通。
所述首端即与燃气源连接的空气引射混合部件1，末端即与喷嘴本体2连接的空气引射部件1。

所述空气引射混合部件包括内部呈圆锥台形的进气管部、增压管部、混合出气管部和空气引射孔，空气引射孔设置在与增压管部相邻的混合出气管部上；
所述喷嘴本体的燃气进气管部与混合出气管部连接接通；
所述空气引射混合部件至少有二个串联；

前端的空气引射混合部件的进气管部与气源连接接通、末端的空气引射混合部件的混合出气管部与燃气进气管部连接接通。
