本发明涉及一种改良的支吊架,包括锁紧装置和管托,所述管托固定在所述锁紧装置上方,其中,所述管托内设有空腔,所述空腔内填充有缓冲层,所述管托内壁设有一层保护层,所述保护层以环氧树脂为材料,使用更加安全,增加了使用寿命,节约了成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及用于支承管道或约束管道位移的装置,具体为一种支吊架。
背景技术
目前在传统支吊架行业中,管道与支吊架之间的连接是由卡箍卡住管道,由卡箍两头的螺栓与支吊架之间穿孔再由螺母锁紧,以达到固定作用。
但是由于天气温度的变化,且管道与支吊架的材质又不尽相同,支吊架中的管道会随着温度的变化发生热胀冷缩现象,从而导致支吊架固定不牢固或者损坏管道的现象发生,使用的安全性和使用寿命大大降低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对以上弊端提供一种改良的支吊架,使用更加安全,增加了使用寿命,节约了成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:、
一种改良的支吊架,包括锁紧装置和管托,所述管托固定在所述锁紧装置上方,其中,所述管托内设有空腔,所述空腔内填充有缓冲层,所述管托内壁设有一层保护层,所述保护层以环氧树脂为材料。

上述一种改良的支吊架,其中,所述缓环氧树脂、聚乙烯与水的重量分数比为1:1:1。
上述一种改良的支吊架,其中,所述缓冲层的制作方法为,将上述组成成分在100—150℃的温度下混合均匀,再冷却到室温即可。本发明的有益效果为:
本发明使用时,将锁紧装置固定在H形钢梁上,将管道固定在管托内,从而起到将两者连接固定在一起的作用,在管托的空腔内填充缓冲层,即减轻了支吊架的自重,同时,增加了支吊架的韧性和抗压性能,保护层进一步的起到了保护防磨损的作用,能够有效避免管道因热胀冷缩而固定松动或者被损坏,更加安全可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
一种改良的支吊架,包括锁紧装置1和管托2,所述管托2固定在所述锁紧装置1上方,所述管托2内设有空腔3,所述空腔3内填充有缓冲层4,所述管托2内壁设有一层保护层5,所述保护层5以环氧树脂为材料。
其中,所述缓冲层4的制作方法有如下几种:
实例一
将环氧树脂25份,聚乙烯25份,云母粉10份,稀土铝酸酯8份,水25份在120℃的温度下混合均匀后,冷却到室温即可。
实例二
将环氧树脂30份,聚乙烯30份,云母粉12份,稀土铝酸酯10份,水30份在120℃的温度下混合均匀后,冷却到室温即可。
实例三
将环氧树脂20份,聚乙烯20份,云母粉6份,稀土铝酸酯10份,水20份在120℃的温度下混合均匀后,冷却到室温即可。
本发明使用时,将锁紧装置固定在H形钢梁6上,将管道7固定在管托内,从而起到将两者连接固定在一起的作用,在管托的空腔内填充缓冲层,即减轻了支吊架的自重,同时,增加了支吊架的韧性和抗压性能,保护层进一步的起到了保护防磨损的作用,能够有效避免管道因热胀冷缩而固定松动或者被损坏,更加安全可靠。

1.一种改良的支吊架,包括锁紧装置和管托,所述管托固定在所述锁紧装置上方,其特征为,所述管托内设有空腔,所述空腔内填充有缓冲层,所述管托内壁设有一层保护层,所述保护层以环氧树脂为材料。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种改良的支吊架,其特征为,所述缓冲层的组成成分按重量分数计为:
环氧树脂        15—40份
聚乙烯          15—40份
云母粉          5—20份
稀土铝酸酯      8—15份
水              15—40份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种改良的支吊架,其特征为,优选的,所述缓冲层的组成成分按重量分数计为:
环氧树脂        25份
聚乙烯          25份
云母粉          10份
稀土铝酸酯      8份
水              25份。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种改良的支吊架,其特征为,所述缓环氧树脂、聚乙烯与水的重量分数比为1:1:1。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的一种改良的支吊架,其特征为,所述缓冲层的制作方法为,将上述组成成分在100—150℃的温度下混合均匀,再冷却到室温即可。
