技术领域
本发明涉及油漆制造技术领域，尤其是一种油漆生产上进行调漆过滤储贮的装置。
背景技术
油漆生产中的调漆工序的设备一般包括调漆罐和储料罐，两个罐之间设置有管道，调好的漆通过管道进入储料罐储贮；调漆罐设置有通过驱动装置驱动的搅拌部件，其主要任务是将罐内的各种原料搅拌均匀，达到标准的要求；由于调漆罐、储料罐及它们之间的管道均没有设置过滤装置，调漆过程带有的杂质会进入储料罐体内，导致罐内油漆质量达不到标准要求，还需将罐内调好的漆从罐内放出进行专门的过滤，增加了生产成本；此外，调漆罐中设置的搅拌轴较为简单，调漆时间长。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种油漆调漆过滤装置，它可以解决油漆生产中调漆罐搅拌装置简单，调漆时间长和储料罐内油漆未经过过滤装置过滤杂质较多的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：
这种油漆调漆过滤装置，包括顶上设有驱动装置和进料口的调漆罐、设有出料口的储料罐、所述调漆罐和储料罐之间设有带截止阀的管道，所述驱动装置连接有垂直转轴，所述垂直转轴上至少设置有二根以上的水平轴，所述水平轴上至少设置有二片以上的叶片；所述管道上设有液压泵，在所述液压泵与所述储料罐之间的管道上依次设置有第一过滤器、第二过滤器和第三过滤器。
进一步的：所述叶片为弧形。
进一步的：所述第一过滤器的过滤层滤网为50~80目,所述第二过滤器的过滤层滤网为100~150目,所述第三过滤器的过滤层滤网为200~300目。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：
1、本发明在调漆罐和储料罐之间的管道上安装有数级过滤器，确保进入储料罐的油漆杂质含量达到出厂标准要求；
2、本发明调漆罐的搅拌装置中，对调漆有重要影响的搅拌叶片进行改进，设计了带弧形的叶片，可提升调漆效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详述：如图1所示，
这种油漆调漆过滤装置，包括顶上设有驱动电机4和进料口2的调漆罐1、设有进料口和出料口14的储料罐13、调漆罐1和储料罐13之间设有带截止阀8的管道7，驱动电机4连接有垂直转轴3，垂直转轴3上安装有四根水平轴6，水平轴6上安装有叶片5，叶片5为弧形；管道7上安装有液压泵9，在液压泵9与储料罐13进料口之间的管道上依次安装有第一过滤器10、第二过滤器11和第三过滤器12，第一过滤器10的过滤层滤网为50~80目,所述第二过滤器11的过滤层滤网为100~150目,所述第三过滤器12的过滤层滤网为200~300目。
生产过程中，关闭截止阀8，在调漆罐1的进料口2处放入待调油漆的原料，启动电机4进行搅拌调漆，调漆结束后，打开截止阀8，启动液压泵（9），调好的油漆源源不断地经过第一过滤器10、第二过滤器11、第三过滤器12进入储料罐13，需要油漆时，只需打开阀门15即可。

1.一种油漆调漆过滤装置，包括顶上设有驱动装置（4）和进料口（2）的调漆罐（1）、设有出料口（14）的储料罐（13）、所述调漆罐（1）和储料罐（13）之间设有带截止阀（8）的管道（7），所述驱动装置（4）连接有垂直转轴（3），所述垂直转轴（3）上至少设置有二根以上的水平轴（6），其特征在于：所述水平轴（6）上至少设置有二片以上的叶片（5）；所述管道（7）上设有液压泵（9），在所述液压泵（9）与所述储料罐（13）之间的管道上依次设置有第一过滤器（10）、第二过滤器（11）和第三过滤器（12）；所述叶片（5）为弧形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油漆调漆过滤装置，其特征在于：所述第一过滤器(10)的过滤层滤网为50~80目,所述第二过滤器(11)的过滤层滤网为100~150目,所述第三过滤器(12)的过滤层滤网为200~300目。
