本实用新型涉及涂料搅拌釜，尤其涉及涂料搅拌釜的出料装置。
背景技术
目前涂料的制备过程中，涂料原料经搅拌完毕由压力从搅拌釜打入出料桶，再由出料桶连接的出料管送入分装机中自动灌装。现有的出料桶中未设置过滤装置，当涂料原料在分散或搅拌过程中混入杂质，在出料时未经滤过，则直接混入产品中，从而影响产品质量。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的是提供一种可将涂料原料中混入的杂质进行过滤的涂料搅拌釜的出料装置。
本实用新型涂料搅拌釜的出料装置，其包括搅拌釜本体和出料桶，搅拌釜本体由出料管路与出料桶连接，搅拌釜本体上连接有空气压缩机，出料桶与空气压缩机连通，所述出料桶内设有涂料过滤装置。
所述出料桶上部设有上盖。
所述出料桶的上盖上设有压力表。
所述出料桶的出料管上设有流量阀。 
所述涂料过滤装置为过滤网。
采用本实用新型的涂料搅拌釜的出料装置，搅拌釜本体与出料桶连接，由空气压缩机给搅拌釜本体加压，将搅拌釜本体中的涂料经由出料桶打出。同时，利用出料桶内设置的涂料过滤装置，将涂料原料在分散及搅拌过程中带入的杂质过滤，从而保证涂料质量。

如图1所示，本实用新型涂料搅拌釜的出料装置，其包括搅拌釜本体1和出料桶2，搅拌釜本体1由出料管路3与出料桶2连接，搅拌釜本体1上连接有空气压缩机4，出料桶2与空气压缩机4连通，所述出料桶2内设有涂料过滤装置5。
所述出料桶2上部设有上盖8，出料桶2可方便地进行清洗等操作。
所述出料桶2的上盖上设有压力表7，从而控制出料桶2中的出料压力。
所述出料桶2的出料管6上设有流量阀9，这样可控制涂料流出的速度和流量。
所述涂料过滤装置5为过滤网。
采用以上结构，搅拌釜本体1与出料桶2连通，由空气压缩机4给搅拌釜本体1加压，将搅拌釜本体1中的涂料经由出料管路3打入出料桶2，再由出料桶2的出料管6打出。同时，利用出料桶2内设置的涂料过滤装置5，将涂料原料在分散及搅拌过程中带入的杂质过滤，从而保证涂料质量。
