本发明涉及一种块冰机。
背景技术
块冰机是制冰机中的一种，所制出的冰块是冰类产品中外形尺寸最大，与外界的接触面积小，不容易融化。可根据不同要求粉碎成各种形式的冰块。适用于冰雕、冰块储存海运、海上捕捞等。粉碎后可以用于所有用冰的场所。但冰经过粉碎后，会部分融化，冰量损耗。冰块可以分为透明冰块和乳白色冰块。现有的块冰机机械化程度低，在制冰完成后卸冰较困难，增加了人力物力，而且冰块易融化。
发明内容
本发明的目的，在于克服上述局限，从而提供一种结构新颖，便于运输与安装，承重能力强，卸冰方便节约生产成本，经久耐用的块冰机。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现：一种块冰机，基座和蒸发器，基座上安装有多个支撑架和滑轨，滑轨上设有滑轮和限位块，滑轮通过轴连接在机台上，机台上设有托板，托板上设有防水层和蒸发器。
优选的是，机台下表面设有固定块，固定块的一侧设有张紧阀，张紧阀穿过机台、托板和防水层，张紧阀的上端位于蒸发器侧面的支撑条内。
优选的是，机台上表面设有多个凹槽，凹槽深度为3厘米，托板下表面设有多个凸块，凸块高度为5厘米，机台下表面为气缸支撑结构。
优选的是，多个支撑架之间通过螺栓连接，张紧阀的上端包裹有橡胶圈。
综上所述，本发明的块冰机具有以下优点：结构新颖，便于运输与安装，承重能力强，卸冰方便节约生产成本，经久耐用。

本发明的一个实施例：如图1和图2所示的一种块冰机，包括基座1和蒸发器2，基座1上安装有多个支撑架3和滑轨4，滑轨4上设有滑轮5和限位块6，滑轮5通过轴连接在机台7上，机台7上设有托板8，托板8上设有防水层9和蒸发器2；机台7下表面设有固定块10，固定块10的一侧设有张紧阀11，张紧阀11穿过机台7、托板8和防水层9，张紧阀11的上端位于蒸发器2侧面的支撑条12内；机台7上表面设有多个凹槽13，凹槽13深度为3厘米，托板8下表面设有多个凸块14，凸块14高度为5厘米，机台7下表面为气缸支撑结构；多个支撑架3之间通过螺栓连接，张紧阀11的上端包裹有橡胶圈15；当逆时针旋转张紧阀11使其与固定块10接触时为挤紧状态，此时蒸发器2中正在制冰，当制冰完成，顺时针旋转张紧阀11使其向下松开与固定块10的接触，此时可调节机台7的高低，可使制好的冰块直接从蒸发器2中分离出来，再通过滑轮5在滑轨4上的滑动，可顺利运送冰块。
综上所述，本发明的块冰机具有以下优点：结构新颖，便于运输与安装，承重能力强，卸冰方便节约生产成本，经久耐用。

1.一种块冰机，包括基座（1）和蒸发器（2），所述基座（1）上安装有多个支撑架（3）和滑轨（4），其特征在于：所述滑轨（4）上设有滑轮（5）和限位块（6），所述滑轮（5）通过轴连接在机台（7）上，所述机台（7）上设有托板（8），所述托板（8）上设有防水层（9）和蒸发器（2），所述机台（7）下表面设有多个固定块（10），所述固定块（10）的一侧设有张紧阀（11），所述张紧阀（11）穿过机台（7）、托板（8）和防水层（9），所述张紧阀（11）的上端位于蒸发器（2）侧面的支撑条（12）内，机台（7）上表面设有多个凹槽（13），所述凹槽（13）深度为3厘米，所述托板（8）下表面设有多个凸块（14），所述凸块（14）高度为5厘米，所述机台（7）下表面为气缸支撑结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种块冰机，其特征在于：所述多个支撑架（3）之间通过螺栓连接，所述张紧阀（11）的上端包裹有橡胶圈（15）。
