Abstract

一种双层海底管道内管的拖拉装置,设有:一拖拉杆、拖拉杆的前端设置有一拖拉点,该拖拉点通过卡环与拖拉绞车钢丝相连;其中,拖拉杆的前端均布有数片内管拖拉板,拖拉杆的末端均布有数片外管限位挡板。本发明结构简单,不仅能够有效地避免拖拉作业过程中海底管道管端坡口受损现象的发生,保证了海底管道的铺设质量;而且,还能够使拖拉作业一次性完成,避免了重复作业,优化了施工工艺,提高了作业效率。

双层海底管道内管的拖拉装置
技术领域
本发明涉及双层海底管道,尤其涉及一种对双层海底管道的内管进行拖拉作业的双层海底管道内管的拖拉装置。属于海洋石油工程领域。
背景技术
在双层海底管道铺设作业中,为了分别对双层海底管道两端进行除锈及坡口处理,双层海底管道内管拖拉作业是不可缺少的工作。
目前,双层海底管道内管拖拉作业,普遍采用钢板起重钳夹持或者拖拉钩钩住双层海底管道内管边缘的方式,通过钢板起重钳或者拖拉钩与绞车连接后,进行拖拉作业。
该拖拉方式可实现双层海底管道内管拖拉作业,但是,由于受拖拉过程中,双层海底管道的管端单点受力,所导致的作用力不均衡等问题的影响,拖拉时,容易出现钢板起重钳或者拖拉钩损伤双层海底管道管端坡口或管壁的现象。为了保证海底管道的施工质量,如果海底管道损伤严重,需要重新处理海底管道坡口或者将损坏的部分全部切掉,并对海底管道涂层进行再处理;由于没有限位装置,施工中,可能出现拖拉不到位或拖拉过多的现象以及出现重复操作的情况,降低了作业效率。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于克服现有技术存在的上述缺点,而提供一种双层海底管道内管的拖拉装置,其结构简单,不仅能够有效地避免拖拉作业过程中海底管道管端坡口受损现象的发生,保证了海底管道的铺设质量;而且,还能够使拖拉作业一次性完成,避免了重复作业,优化了施工工艺,提高了作业效率。
本发明的目的是由以下技术方案实现的:
一种双层海底管道内管的拖拉装置,其特征在于:设有:一拖拉杆、拖拉杆的前端设置有一拖拉点,该拖拉点通过卡环与拖拉绞车钢丝相连;其中,拖拉杆的前端均布有数片内管拖拉板,拖拉杆的末端均布有数片外管限位挡板。
所述内管拖拉板及外管限位挡板成放射状布置。
所述内管拖拉板与外管限位挡板分别与双层海底管道的内管管端和外管管端相接触,且接触部位安装有橡胶垫。
本发明的有益效果:本发明由于采用上述技术方案,其结构简单,不仅能够有效地避免拖拉作业过程中海底管道管端坡口受损现象的发生,保证了海底管道的铺设质量;而且,还能够使拖拉作业一次性完成,避免了重复作业,优化了施工工艺,提高了作业效率。

具体实施方式
如图1,图2所示,本发明设有:一拖拉杆1、拖拉杆1的前端设置有一拖拉点4,拖拉点4通过卡环5与拖拉绞车钢丝6相连;其中,拖拉杆1的前端采用焊接方式均布有数片内管拖拉板3,且内管拖拉板3成放射状布置;本实施例内管拖拉板3为:四片。拖拉杆1的末端采用焊接方式均布有数片外管限位挡板2,且外管限位挡板2成放射状布置;外管限位挡板2的长度由双层海底管道的外管9管径确定。
上述内管拖拉板3与外管限位挡板2之间的距离是根据双层海底管道管端坡口处理、焊接作业及无损检测作业所需的空间确定。内管拖拉板3与外管限位挡板2分别双层海底管道的内管8管端和外管9管端相接触,且接触部位采用粘接方式安装有橡胶垫7。使海底管道的管端得到了最大程度的保护,避免产生海管管材损伤的情况。
如图3所示,拖拉作业时,将拖拉绞车钢丝6从内管8中穿过,并通过卡环5与拖拉点4相连接;然后,将内管拖拉板3安装于双层海底管道内管8的端部,利用绞车拖拉双层海底管道内管8,直至外管限位挡板2与双层海底管道外管9接触。

1.一种双层海底管道内管的拖拉装置,其特征在于:设有:一拖拉杆、拖拉杆的前端设置有一拖拉点,该拖拉点通过卡环与拖拉绞车钢丝相连;其中,拖拉杆的前端均布有数片内管拖拉板,拖拉杆的末端均布有数片外管限位挡板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双层海底管道内管的拖拉装置,其特征在于:所述内管拖拉板及外管限位挡板成放射状布置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双层海底管道内管的拖拉装置,其特征在于:所述内管拖拉板与外管限位挡板分别与双层海底管道的内管管端和外管管端相接触,且接触部位安装有橡胶垫。
