本发明公开了一种密封电磁阀,包括外壳、开阀线圈、动铁芯、阀体、主阀腔、活塞、阀杆,还包括上阀腔、小阀、密封件、压盖法兰,所述外壳内设置有开阀线圈,开阀线圈内设置有动铁芯;所述外壳与阀体通过压盖法兰相连接;所述动铁芯底部连接有阀杆,阀杆中部套接有密封件,阀杆末端设置有小阀,所述小阀设置于活塞内,用于启闭活塞上的缺口;所述活塞设置在上阀腔内,所述上阀腔通过活塞上的缺口与主阀腔相导通。本发明提供的密封电磁阀,可使用在深冷和高温工作介质的管路系统中,并且采用自锁结构,可达到节能目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种密封电磁阀,属于电磁阀技术领域。
背景技术
目前,电磁阀用在易燃、易爆和有毒工况场合中,常常遇到温度过高或过低的情况,长期使用下,会出现阀门泄漏情况,给现场工作人员带来安全风险。
发明内容
目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种密封电磁阀。 
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种密封电磁阀,包括外壳、开阀线圈、动铁芯、阀体、主阀腔、活塞、阀杆,还包括上阀腔、小阀、密封件、压盖法兰,所述外壳内设置有开阀线圈,开阀线圈内设置有动铁芯;所述外壳与阀体通过压盖法兰相连接;所述动铁芯底部连接有阀杆,阀杆中部套接有密封件,阀杆末端设置有小阀,所述小阀设置于活塞内,用于启闭活塞上的缺口;所述活塞设置在上阀腔内,所述上阀腔通过活塞上的缺口与主阀腔相导通。
还包括缸套,所述缸套嵌套于上阀腔侧壁上。
还包括悬挂杆、关阀线圈、关阀动铁芯、卡子,所述悬挂杆设置于动铁芯顶端;所述关阀线圈设置于开阀线圈上部,关阀线圈顶部设置有关阀动铁芯,关阀动铁芯顶部设置有两个卡子,关阀动铁芯向下,两个卡子松开;悬挂杆顶端向上,可卡接于两个卡子内。
作为优选方案,所述密封件设置为填料。
作为优选方案,所述密封件设置为波纹管。
作为优选方案,所述阀体两端设置有法兰接口。
有益效果:本发明提供的密封电磁阀,可使用在深冷和高温工作介质的管路系统中,并且采用自锁结构,可达到节能目的。

如图1所示,一种密封电磁阀,包括外壳1、开阀线圈2、动铁芯3、阀体4、主阀腔5、活塞6、阀杆7,还包括上阀腔8、小阀9、密封件10、压盖法兰11,所述外壳1内设置有开阀线圈2,开阀线圈2内设置有动铁芯3;所述外壳1与阀体4通过压盖法兰11相连接;所述动铁芯3底部连接有阀杆7,阀杆7中部套接有密封件10,阀杆7末端设置有小阀9,所述小阀9设置于活塞6内,用于启闭活塞6上的缺口;所述活塞6设置在上阀腔8内,所述上阀腔8通过活塞6上的缺口与主阀腔5相导通。
还包括缸套12,所述缸套12嵌套于上阀腔8侧壁上。
还包括悬挂杆13、关阀线圈14、关阀动铁芯15、卡子16,所述悬挂杆13设置于动铁芯3顶端;所述关阀线圈14设置于开阀线圈2上部,关阀线圈14顶部设置有关阀动铁芯15,关阀动铁芯15顶部设置有两个卡子16,关阀动铁芯15向下,两个卡子16松开;悬挂杆13顶端向上,可卡接于两个卡子16内。
作为优选方案,所述密封件10设置为填料。
作为优选方案,所述密封件10设置为波纹管。
作为优选方案,所述阀体4两端设置有法兰接口。
本发明提供的密封电磁阀,可使用在深冷和高温工作介质的管路系统中,并且采用自锁结构,可达到节能目的。

1.一种密封电磁阀,包括外壳、开阀线圈、动铁芯、阀体、主阀腔、活塞、阀杆,其特征在于:还包括上阀腔、小阀、密封件、压盖法兰,所述外壳内设置有开阀线圈,开阀线圈内设置有动铁芯;所述外壳与阀体通过压盖法兰相连接;所述动铁芯底部连接有阀杆,阀杆中部套接有密封件,阀杆末端设置有小阀,所述小阀设置于活塞内,用于启闭活塞上的缺口;所述活塞设置在上阀腔内,所述上阀腔通过活塞上的缺口与主阀腔相导通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封电磁阀,其特征在于:还包括缸套,所述缸套嵌套于上阀腔侧壁上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的密封电磁阀,其特征在于:还包括悬挂杆、关阀线圈、关阀动铁芯、卡子,所述悬挂杆设置于动铁芯顶端;所述关阀线圈设置于开阀线圈上部,关阀线圈顶部设置有关阀动铁芯,关阀动铁芯顶部设置有两个卡子,关阀动铁芯向下,两个卡子松开;悬挂杆顶端向上,可卡接于两个卡子内。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的密封电磁阀,其特征在于:所述密封件设置为填料。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的密封电磁阀,其特征在于:所述密封件设置为波纹管。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的密封电磁阀,其特征在于:所述阀体两端设置有法兰接口。
