[0001] 本发明涉及微震监测领域,具体涉及一种多功能综合集成高精度智能微震监测系 统,适用于矿山(煤矿和非煤矿山)开采、油气田开发、水利水电与道路交通建设、水库蓄 水、核废料储存、温室气体地下封存、海底资源开采、国防建设诱发的岩爆、顶板坍塌、地压 冲击、滑坡、地震等工程灾害的安全监测、评估与管理。
背景技术
[0002] 微震监测技术是19世纪90年代发展起来的一种新的物探技术,该技术的原理是 利用传感器采集岩石裂纹萌生、扩展、滑移时内部积聚的能量以应力波的形式释放而产生 的震动信号,记录微震波形变化的过程与规律,通过分析微震波信息获得岩体破坏的时间、 位置、破坏的尺寸、能量大小及非线性变形的演化规律等数据,从而判断、评估监测范围内 岩体的稳定性,预测预报灾害发生的时间和位置,为工程管理和灾害防治提供技术支持。
[0003] 微震监测技术是现代计算机技术、现代通讯技术、GPS授时技术、地震学相关技术 的综合集成,上世纪九十年代以来,这些技术得到了迅猛发展,因此,微震监测技术与分析 方法近年来取得了突破性进展。加拿大、澳大利亚、美国、英国、南非以及波兰都已进行了微 地震监测技术的研究,国内50年代末期,北京门头沟矿用当时中科院地球物理所研制的微 震仪(哈林地震仪改装),监测冲击矿压活动,记录器采用熏烟走纸笔绘记录。直到今天, 微震监测技术经过不断改进和发展,各种类型的微震监测系统在国内多个领域如雨后春笋 般地应用起来,如加拿大ESG微震监测系统,波兰S0S微震监测系统,南非MS微震监测系 统,山东科技大学与澳大利亚联邦科学院联合研制了用于煤矿的微震监测系统,北京科技 大学、辽宁工程技术大学等单位也先后研制了自具特色的微震监测系统,已经成为矿产资 源勘探与开采、油气田勘探开发、水利水电与道路交通建设等领域重大岩石工程灾害监测 与预报的重要手段,得到了广泛应用。
[0004] 深入研究发现现有监测系统进行深入的科学研究仍有以下不足需要进一步改进 与提商:
[0005] 1)现有微震系统,大多数采取采集仪、供电设备及各种通讯设备独立运行的方案, 这种方案的好处是降低了成本、便于损坏后的维修,但由于现场条件十分复杂,工作区往往 潮汽大、灰尘多、爆破与岩爆灾害等冲击频繁、机械设备密集,很容易造成设备之间接口松 动、接口被潮湿多灰尘的环境锈蚀、设备之间的线路被冲击波或机械设备损坏,致使微震系 统在复杂环境下,难以监测到连续有效的微震数据;而且由于接口繁多,故障排除费时费 力;为此,亦有发明者采取了将采集仪、供电设备及各种通讯设备综合集成的方案,该方案 虽然较好的解决了上述问题,但又带来了新的难题:由于各电器元件综合集成,微震系统长 期运行时背景噪音较高,影响岩石破裂弱信号的采集。
[0006] 2)现有微震系统监测节点与服务器之间多采取GPS (Global Positioning System) 和NTP (Network Time Protocol)相结合的时间同步策略,有GPS信号的条件下,时间同步精 度可达十几个微妙;无 GPS信号的条件下,在WANs (Wide Area Networks)内的时间精度约 在10-100毫秒,在LAN (Local Area Network)内的时间精度约在0. 5-2毫秒。时间同步精 度(尤其是无 GPS信号条件下)难以满足高精度现场试验(比如围岩松动圈测试,岩石微 破裂监测及破裂机制研究)需要。
[0007] 3)A/D转换位数是影响微震系统灵敏度及精度的重要指标,A/D转换位数越高,采 集到的波形数据越真实,系统灵敏性越高。现有微震系统A/D转换位数一般以18位居多, 部分达到了 24位,这虽然可以满足一般监测的需要,但对于深入的科学研究还是不够的, 更精准的微震信号到时拾取、微震源能量计算、破坏源机理分析,需要设计更高精度的A/D 转换采集仪。A/D转换位数越高、采样频率越大,采集模块的负荷就越大,部分数据难以及时 得到有效处理,甚至数据丢失;对集成线路板、处理器及各电器元件之间的配置与优化要求 越高,不合理的配置将会导致采集更多的背景噪音。
[0008] 4)为了确保能采集到更多的有效信号,现有微震系统数据采集多采用连续采集模 式,这种采集模式对信号不设滤波条件,数据量非常巨大,数据传输、存储与处理一直是一 个难题,难以满足对岩石工程灾害快速分析与预警的需要。因此,在采集仪中设置滤波模 块,实时智能的滤除现场环境噪音,减轻采集仪及数据传输线路的负担,提高数据分析的效 率,满足灾害快速分析快速预警需要是非常必要的。
[0009] 因此,对微震系统的多种功能进行优化、设计、改造与集成,引入新的时间同步策 略与滤波技术,设计更高精度的A/D转换采集仪,发明一种尽量减少现场复杂环境的影响, 能使微震系统各个采集节点时间同步精度更高,到时拾取、微震源能量计算、破坏源机理分 析更准确的多功能综合集成的高精度智能微震监测系统是必要的。
发明内容
[0010] 本发明的目的是在于针对现有技术存在的上述问题,提供一种多功能综合集成高 精度智能微震监测系统。

[0012] 一种多功能综合集成高精度智能微震监测系统,包括微震采集仪,微震采集仪包 括中央处理器和信号硬件滤波模块,信号硬件滤波模块依次通过AD采集模块、信号特征分 析模块和多指标智能滤波模块与中央处理器连接,

[0014] 频谱分析模块,用于通过离散傅立叶变换建立位移-频率或速度-频率或加速 度-频率关系,获取信号的最大振幅频率和平均频率;
[0015] 计数分析模块,用于统计波形信号振幅超过预先设置的电压门槛值的次数;
[0016] 上升时间分析模块,用于计算波形信号的振幅超过预先设置的电压门槛值到振幅 最大的时间;
[0017] 下降时间分析模块,用于计算波形信号从振幅最大到振幅低于预先设置的电压门 槛值的时间;
[0018] 持续时间分析模块,用于计算波形信号从振幅超过预先设置的电压门槛值到振幅 低于预先设置的电压门槛值的时间;
[0019] 振幅分析模块,用于记录波形信号的最大振幅;
[0020] 转角频率分析模块,用于通过最小二乘法反分析确定微震事件的转角频率;
[0021] 能量计算模块,用于计算岩石破裂P波能量、S波能量和总能量;
[0022] 短时平均比长时平均模块,用于计算信号在第η个采样点时的短时平均值和长时 平均值的比值;
[0023] 多指标智能滤波模块,用于将信号特征分析模块获得的参数根据预定的筛选方式 与预设的阈值范围进行比较,选取滤除后的信号。
[0024] 如上所述的多指标智能滤波模块包括单指标滤波模块,单指标滤波模块预先设定 平均频率、最大振幅频率、转角频率、计数、上升时间、下降时间、持续时间、振幅、能量和短 时平均比长时平均指标中的1个指标的阈值范围,然后和信号特征分析模块的分析结果进 行比较,若信号特征分析模块的分析结果在单指标滤波模块设定的范围内,则滤除该信号, 否则进行采集和存储。
[0025] 如上所述的多指标智能滤波模块还包括多指标滤波模块,多指标滤波模块预先设 定平均频率、最大振幅频率、转角频率、计数、上升时间、下降时间、持续时间、振幅、能量和 短时平均比长时平均指标中若干个指标的范围,然后和信号特征分析模块的分析结果进行 比较,若信号特征分析模块的分析结果均在多指标滤波模块设定的范围内,则滤除该信号, 否则进行采集和存储。
[0026] 如上所述的多指标智能滤波模块还包括智能学习滤波模块,智能学习滤波模块通 过ΒΡ神经网络对波形信号进行滤除,ΒΡ神经网络包括1个输入层、2个中间层和1个输出 层,输入层包括平均频率、最大振幅频率、转角频率、计数、上升时间、下降时间、持续时间、 振幅、能量和短时平均比长时平均这10个神经元,输出层包括信号类型1个神经元。

[0047] 1、本发明在确保微震系统长期运行时背景噪音保持较低水平的前提下,较好地解 决了复杂环境下,微震系统难以监测到连续有效的微震数据的难题;
[0048] 2、本发明提高了微震监测系统在无 GPS信号的条件下采集仪之间的时间同步精 度,能满足高精度现场试验(如围岩松动圈测试,岩石破裂机制研究)需要;
[0049] 3、本发明实现了高精度A/D转换与采集系统的整体协调,既能有效的处理监测到 数据,同时又能将噪音水平保持在一个较低的水平;
[0050] 4、本发明在微震采集仪中同时添加了硬件滤波和多指标智能滤波模块,并可根据 实际需求,设置是否采集波形,实现了数据的稳定传输、存储与处理,为灾害快速分析快速 预警提供了保障。

[0146] 为解决复杂环境下微震系统设备之间接口易松动、接口易被潮湿多灰尘的环境锈 蚀、设备之间的线路易被冲击波或机械设备损坏及问题出现之后难以及时排除的问题,本 发明采取将信号保真模块6、硬件滤波模块7、AD采集模块12、远距离高精度时间同步从模 块18、光电转换模块19和不间断电源25综合集成到采集仪的策略,并对元器件及线路设置 进行优选与优化,尽可能的减少元器件本身及线路设置的不合理产生的电气噪音,为进一 步消除综合集成后设备长期运行产生的电器噪音的影响,利用硬件滤波模块7和多指标智 能滤波模块9双重滤波,消除采集仪自身线路板产生的电气噪音。
[0147] 为了尽可能的发挥AD采集模块12的优势,降低其不利因素,首先利用信号保真模 块6对模拟信号进行保真处理,接着利用硬件滤波模块7进行硬件滤波,既滤除了电气噪音 的影响,又减轻了 A/D转换的负担,达到较好的效果。
[0148] 为了减轻微震系统连续采集数据传输及存储的负担,提高数据分析的效率,达到 灾害快速分析快速预警目的,本发明采取了 2条有效措施1)首先利用硬件滤波模块7对各 种环境噪音进行滤除;2)对A/D转换后的数字信号,利用信号特征分析模块8对信号特征 进行计算与分析,然后根据噪音信号的特征,利用多指标智能滤波模块9进行信号类型识 另IJ,对于噪音信号只存储信号特征分析模块8分析获得的波形特征参数;对于有用信号同 时存储信号特征分析模块8分析获得的波形特征参数和采集仪采集的波形数据,进一步减 轻数据传输及存储的负担。
[0149] 以某隧道围岩损伤监测为例,说明本发明的具体实施过程。用于该隧道围岩损伤 监测的微震监测系统共使用2台6通道微震采集仪,共12个通道,具体实施过程如下:
[0150] 第一步,1号采集仪线路连接:1)将IP67标准传感器接口 3与过流过压保护模块4 连接,将过流过压保护模块4与信号保真模块6连接,将信号保真模块6与硬件滤波模块7 连接,将硬件滤波模块7与AD采集模块12连接,将AD采集模块12与中央处理器14连接; 2)将IP67标准USB接口 16与中央处理器14连接;3)将IP67标准电源接口 26与过流过 压保护模块4连接,将过流过压保护模块4与不间断电源25连接,将不间断电源25与中央 处理器14连接;4)将IP67标准以太网和光纤接口 20与光电转换模块19连接,光电转换 模块19与过流过压保护模块4连接,过流过压保护模块4有两个线路与中央处理器14连 接,一个是直接连接到中央处理器14,另一个是经远距离高精度时间同步从模块18与中央 处理器14连接。所有过流过压保护模块4与接地柱5连接。

[0180] 信号采集与通讯过程:微震系统通过加速度传感器1接收外界微震动信号,并通 过IP67标准传感器接口 3和过流过压保护模块4,将微震动信号传递到信号保真模块6,经 信号保真模块6处理过的微震信号,首先通过硬件滤波模块7进行硬件滤波,通过硬件滤波 模块7的微震信号,由AD采集模块12负责信号的采集,然后通过信号特征分析模块8进行 信号特征分析,根据信号特征分析模块8的分析结果通过多指标智能滤波模块9进行二次 滤波,滤除环境噪音,识别信号类型,确定需要存储的有效信号,然后通过数据与高精度时 间融合模块15将需要存储的有效微震数据打上时间戳,当采集仪和微震系统服务器通讯 线路通畅时,将微震数据信息通过光电转换模块19和IP67标准以太网和光纤接口 20存储 到微震系统服务器;当采集仪和微震系统服务器通讯线路不通畅时,将微震数据信息暂时 存储到移动存储设备17上,线路通畅后将存储到移动存储设备17上的数据上传至微震系 统服务器。
[0181] 高精度时间信号由时间源模块21通过远距离高精度时间同步授时模块22和远距 离高精度时间同步从模块18同步矫正确定,时间同步顺序按采集仪IP地址由小到大的顺 序进行,时间同步周期1分钟。
[0182] 本发明与现有微震系统相比,效果如图5-8所不,从图5可以看出,相同工作条 件下本发明比现有微震监测系统监测到的数据更连续,更有利于灾害的分析与预报;从图 6(a)和6(b)可以看出相同工作条件下,本发明采用PTP+铷钟时间同步策略,不同采集仪 采集到的脉冲信号时间同步误差为250ns左右;而现有微震系统采用NTP+铷钟时间同步 策略,不同采集仪采集到的脉冲信号时间同步误差为180ms左右,时间同步精度提高到纳 秒级别,可以满足高精度现场试验(比如围岩松动圈测试,岩石破裂机制研究)需要。从 图7(a)和7(b)可以看出,在背景噪音干扰较小的相同实验条件下本发明背景噪音小于 1. 0E-7m. s'现有24位微震系统背景噪音大于4. 0E-7m. ίΓ1,本发明信号识别能力高于已有 系统4倍。从图8(a)和8(b)可以看出,相同背景噪音干扰下,本发明监测到102个信号, 采取双重滤波措施后获取48个有用信号,而现有微震系统获取82个信号,可见本发明具有 更好的滤噪效果。
