本发明涉及一种合金钢,尤其是一种高韧性刀具钢。
背景技术
钢是刀具的核心,人们钢材中寻找更高性能的材料。钢材本身的性质是决定刀具性能的一项重要的决定因素,传统的高速钢因具有很高的抗弯强度和冲击韧性,以及良好的可加工性,现代仍是应用最广的刀具材料,但其淬火后组织中仍有25%~35%的残余奥氏体,致使高速钢刀具容易产生裂纹和腐蚀。随着科技发展又出现了硬质合金刀具,传统的硬质合金刀具主要分为两大类,一是钨钴合金,另一是钨钴钛合金,但其制作成本非常昂贵,因此急需一种新的材料来解决上述问题。

所述加入元素按照重量百分比为:C:0.18%-0.2%,Mn:0.75%-0.85%,Si:1.2%-1.8%,Ni:0.15%-0.3%,Ti:0.25%-0.55%,B:0.45%-0.7%,N:0.3%-0.45%,其余为Fe以及不可除去的杂质。
所述加入元素按照重量百分比为:C:0.1%-0.15%,Mn:0.65%-0.9%,Si:1.4%-1.9%,Ni:0.18%-0.25%,Ti:0.25%-0.6%,B:0.35%-0.7%,N:0.4%-0.8%,其余为Fe以及不可除去的杂质。
